Battery
The stopwatch operates on 1x 3 V CR2032 battery. For change
of battery, open the battery compartment on the back of the
stopwatch by twisting open the ïŹap with e.g. a coin. Remove
the old battery and insert a new one. Make sure that the plus
pole is placed upward.
Stopwatch
5. The upper part of the display resumes to showing the time
for the next lap. The amount of laps are updated as well.
The lower part of the display continues to run time.
6. Press to stop the timekeeping. âPAUSEâ is Start/stop
shown on the display. The total time and remaining laps are
shown in alternate blinking.
7. Now you can press to start the timekeeping Split/Reset
again, or press to stop the timekeeping.Start/Stop
8. If you would like to store the data from the stopwatch, hold
in for 2 seconds. âSTORE DATAâ is displayed.Start/stop
9. If you would like to erase the data, hold in for two se-Light
conds. âCLEAR DATAâ blinks while you hold in the button.
Note that all stored data in the stopwatch is erased.

with 1/100 seconds precision, split time and sound signal
with lap-time records.

âą Pulse clock from 50 to 240 beats/minute. The user can set
age, gender and high/low limit. The pulse indicator reads
data from the ïŹnger.
âą Display of time, date and day.
âą Automatic year digit from 2005 to 2035.
âą Two time zones.
âą 12 or 24 hour display.
âą Alarm with possibility for two alarm settings.
âą Hour signal.
âą Pace keeper, adjustable from 10 to 240 signals/minute.
1. Press Mode once or several times until the display shows
CHRO for approx. one second and then changes to
the following:
âą To retrieve stored data from the stopwatch press Split/
Reset to browse the lap you would like to look at.
Then press to see the lap you have chosen.Start/stop
âą Press to browse to the laps. The sequence is: Start/stop
Individual lap-time â total time â best lap time â average
lap-time.
Time, date and day
Settings
1. Press once or several times to move to normal time Mode
mode. Time is shown for 0.5 seconds before the display
shows normal time mode.
2. Hold in for 2 seconds to move to the setting mode. Light

2. Start the timekeeping by pressing . The display Start/stop
shows minutes, seconds and 1/100.
If the timekeeping exceeds 1 hour, the number of hours are
given in the upper part of the display.
3. In the displayâs upper left corner the number of laps are
shown. The upper part of the display shows lap-times and
the lower part shows split times. Split time refers to the time
it takes to travel from start to a given point along the track.
Lap-Time refers to the time it takes to travel a given dis-
tance within the total distance.
4. Every time you ïŹnish a lap press
Split/Reset to save the time.
This time blinks in the upper part
of the display for 2 seconds at
the same time as the current time

part of the display. Every time you
set a lap record âFASTESTâ blinks
at the same time as a signal sounds.

8. The year indicator starts to blink. It can be set from 2005
to 2035. Press to increase the value and press Start/stop

9. The setting for the time signal blinks: Activate/deactivate by
pressing . âON/OFFâ blinks. ConïŹrm the setting Start/stop
by pressing .Mode
10. The setting for 12/24 hours blinks. Select format by pressing
Start/stop. ConïŹrm the setting by pressing Mode.
11. Exit the time setting mode by pressing .Light
Pulse Indicator

âUPPERâ appears on the display and suggests that you set
the highest. Press to increase the value and press Start/stop
Split/Reset to decrease. Increase or decrease the value quickly
by holding in the respective button. ConïŹrm the setting by
pressing .Mode
âLOWERâ appears on the display and recommends that you
set the lower pulse level. Press to increase the value Start/stop
and press to decrease. Increase or decrease Split/Reset
the value quickly by holding in the respective button. ConïŹrm
the setting by pressing .Mode
Shut off or turn on the alarm for the pulse indicatorâs highest/
lowest level by pressing alternately on the button. Start/stop
Push the button to conïŹrm the setup.Light
Place a ïŹnger on the pulse indicator (do not push too hard).
After a couple of seconds the pulse indicator shows your pulse
rate in beats per minute (BPM).
If the pulse rises above or sinks below the set values the pulse
indicator gives a signal which recommends that you either
lower of increase the intensity of your training.
NOTE!
âą The pulse indicatorâs measuring range is 50 to 240 BPM.
âą If the pulse indicator does not receive a signal within
30 seconds the display shows Err and automatically
returns to normal time mode.
Alarm
The pulse indicator is used for ïŹnding a good pulse level while
training. You get to this function by pressing once or Mode
several times. The function suggests the highest and lowest
pulse level based on your age. You can also adjust these set-
tings from your own physical condition.
Setting
Make sure that the stopwatch is in position for pulse indicator
and then hold in . Now you can set your age. Press Light Start/

by pressing . Do the same procedure with Mode
the minute indicator.
4. You then leave the time setting by pressing .Light
âą The alarm sounds for 30 seconds when the alarm is
activated. Press any button to shut the alarm off.
Pace Keeper
1. Press once or several times on so that âPACERâ Mode
appears on the display. To set the desired pace, hold in
Light until âHOLDâ disappears from the display and the
pace keeper starts to blink. You increase the value by
pressing the button repeatedly. You decrease Start/stop
the pace with the button. The sequence is: Split/Reset
10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 180, 240. Push
the button to conïŹrm the setup.Light
2. Push or to activate/deactivate the Split/Reset Start/stop
pace keeper. If you have chosen BPM the pace keeper will
give 100 signals per minute. As long as the pace keeper
is activated it will continue to give signals even when you
change positions e.g. normal mode or stopwatch. You
activate or deactivate the pace keeper only in the setting
for pace keeper.
Care and Maintenance
âą Never try to take apart or repair the stopwatch yourself.
âą Do not expose the stopwatch to impact, extreme heat or
direct sunlight.
âą Do not expose the stopwatch to e.g. hairspray, deodorants,
sun screen or other hygiene products since they can dry
out the plastic parts on the stopwatch. If for any reason the
stopwatch would get in contact with any of these products,
immediately wipe it off.
âą Clean the stopwatch as needed with a lightly moistened
cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using strong detergents
and solvents.
âą Store the stopwatch in a dry place when you are not using it.
Press once or several times to Mode

deactivate the alarm by pressing the

ction is activated an alarm symbol
is shown in the display. You can even
alternate between two different alarm

Setting
1. Hold in the button for 2 seconds to come to the set Light
mode. âHOLDâ appears for 2 seconds before the hour
indicator begins to blink and you can set it.
2. Press to increase the value and press Start/stop Split/
Reset to decrease. Increase or decrease the value quickly
by holding in the respective button.

2. Starta tidtagningen genom att trycka pÄ Start/stop-knappen.
Displayen visar minuter, sekunder och hundradelar. Om
tidtagningen överstiger 1 timme anges antal timmar pÄ den
övre delen av displayen.
3. Uppe i displayens vÀnstra hörn visas antal varv. Den övre
delen av displayen visar varvtid, och den nedre delen visar
mellantid. Mellantid hÀnvisar till den tid det tar att avverka
distansen frÄn start till en given punkt lÀngs banan. Varvtid
hÀnvisar till den tid det tar att avverka en given distans inom
den totala distansen.
4. Varje gÄng du avslutar ett varv, tryck
pÄ knappen för att lagra Split/Reset-
tiden. Denna tid blinkar i den övre
delen av displayen i 2 sekunder sam-
tidigt som innevarande tid visas fortlö-
pande i den nedre delen av displayen.
Varje gÄng du sÀtter varvrekord blinkar
Ă€ven ordet âFASTESTâ samtidigt som
en ljudsignal hörs.
5. Den övre delen av displayen ÄtergÄr sedan till att visa tiden
för nÀsta varv. Varvnumret uppdateras ocksÄ. Den nedre
delen av displayen fortsÀtter löpande att visa tiden.

Batteri
Stoppuret drivs av 1 st 3 V-batteri av typ CR2032. Vid byte av
batteri, öppna batteriluckan pÄ baksidan av stoppuret genom
att vrida pÄ luckan med t.ex. ett mynt. Tag ur det gamla batte-
riet och sÀtt i ett nytt. Kontrollera att pluspolen placeras uppÄt.

1. Tryck pĂ„ -knappen en eller ïŹera gĂ„nger tills displayen Mode
visar âCHROâ under ca en sekund och sedan Ă€ndrar till
följande:
6. Tryck pÄ -knappen för att pausa eller stoppa tid-Start/stop
tagningen. Ordet âPAUSEâ visas pĂ„ displayen. Totaltid och
innevarande varvantal blinkar vÀxlande.
7. Nu kan du antingen trycka pÄ -knappen för att Split/Reset
starta tidtagningen igen, eller trycka pÄ -knappen Start/stop
för att stoppa tidtagningen.
8. Om du vill lagra datan frÄn stoppuret, hÄll in -Start/stop
knappen i 2 sekunder. âSTORE DATAâ visas.
9. Om du vill radera datan, hÄll in -knappen i tvÄ sekun-Light
der. âCLEAR DATAâ blinkar medan du hĂ„ller in knappen.
Observera att all lagrad data i stoppuret raderas.
Lagring och anvÀndning av data
⹠För att hÀmta lagrad data frÄn stoppuret, tryck pÄ Split/
Reset-knappen för att blÀddra fram det lopp du vill titta pÄ.
Tryck sedan pÄ -knappen för att titta pÄ det lopp Start/stop
du har valt.
⹠Tryck pÄ -knappen för att blÀddra igenom loppet Start/stop
varv för varv. Sekvensen Ă€r: Individuell varvtid â totaltid â
bĂ€sta varvtid â genomsnittlig varvtid.
Tid, datum och veckodag
InstÀllning
1. Tryck pĂ„ -knappen en eller ïŹera gĂ„nger för att komma Mode
till normaltidslĂ€ge. âTimeâ visas i 0,5 sekund innan displayen
visar normaltid.
2. HÄll in -knappen i 2 sekunder för att komma till Light
instÀllningslÀge. Siffran för tidszon börjar blinka. Tryck pÄ
Start/stop-knappen för att vÀxla mellan tidszonerna och
bekrÀfta sedan instÀllningen med -knappen.Mode
3. Timangivelsen börjar blinka. Tryck pÄ -knappen Start/stop
för att öka vÀrdet och tryck pÄ -knappen för att Split/Reset
minska. Ăka eller minska vĂ€rdet snabbt genom att hĂ„lla in
respektive knapp. BekrÀfta instÀllningen genom att trycka
pÄ -knappen.Mode
