WARNING! ALWAYS ENSURE THE BLOWER IS
DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SUPPLY
DURING ASSEMBLY AND/OR MAINTENANCE.
Using the extension cord retaining hook
The cord retaining hook is used to âanchorâ an extension cord when it is
connected to the power lead of the tool. It prevents the extension cord
from being accidentally disconnected from the blowerâs power cable or
shaken loose during use. It should be used at all times.
1. Make a loop in the end of the
extension lead and pass the loop
though the hole in the rear of the
handle.
2. Hook the loop over the cord
retaining hook. Pull the extension
cord to secure it in position over the
cord retaining hook.
3. Connect the extension
lead to the power cord.
Route the power and
extension cord away
from the work area to
prevent contact with the
blower.
NOTE: Always use an approved extension lead suitable for the power
input of this tool.
Turning ON
To turn the blower on, depress
the trigger switch.
Turning OFF
To turn the blower off, release
the trigger switch.
