If, during the warranty period, this device fails to operate under normal use and
service, due to defects in materials or workmanship, the Sony Mobile authorised
distributors or service partners will, at their option, either repair or replace the
device in accordance with the conditions stipulated herein.

1The warranty is valid only if the original receipt issued to the original purchaser
by the authorised dealer, specifying the date of purchase and serial number, is
presented with the device to be repaired or replaced.
• For customers in the U.S.A.
Sony Mobile is not responsible for any labor or parts costs you incur relating
to repairs or service from providers/services other than from an authorised
Sony Mobile service partner.
• For customers in other countries and regions
Tampering with any of the seals on the product will void the warranty.
2If Sony Mobile repairs or replaces the device, the repaired or replaced device
shall be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period or for
ninety days from the date of repair, whichever is longer. Repair or replacement
may involve the use of functionally equivalent reconditioned units. Replaced
parts or components will become the property of Sony Mobile.
3This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunctions and/or failures of the
device due to normal wear and tear, or due to misuse, including but not limited
to use in other than the normal and customary manner, in accordance with
instructions for use and maintenance of the device. Nor does this warranty
cover any damage, malfunctions and/or failures of the device due to accident,
modication or adjustment, acts of God or damage resulting from liquid
outside of the approved levels.
4There are no express warranties, where written or oral, other than this printed
limited warranty. All implied warranties, including without limitation the implied
warranties of merchantability or for a particular purpose, are limited totness
the duration of this limited warranty. In no event shall Sony Mobile or its
vendors be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature
whatsoever, including but not limited to lost prots or commercial loss, to the
full extent those damages can be disclaimed by law. Some countries/states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or
limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the preceding limitations or
exclusions may not apply to you.

•At a high volume outside sounds may become inaudible. Avoid listening to the
unit in situations where hearing must not be impaired, for example, while
driving or cycling.
•Do not expose your device to levels of dust, dirt, liquid, moisture or humidity
above or outside the intended use.
•The operating temperature of the device is between -10°C (+14°F) and +35°C
(+95°F).
•Do not use any other accessories than Sony Mobile originals intended for use
with this device.
•Do not attempt to disassemble your device.
•Microwaves emitting from a Bluetooth device may the operation ofaect
electronic medical devices. Turn the headset and other Bluetooth devices ino
the following locations, as it may cause an accident where gas isinî„­ammable
present, in a hospital, on an airplanes, or a petrol station.
•Do not expose the device or its accessories to magnetic mediums (diskettes,
credit cards, etc).
• Caution: Cracked or broken parts may create sharp edges or splinters that
could be harmful upon contact.
•Heat may be generated when used. If you feel irritation or discomfort remove
the product.
