Important safety instructions
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
General warnings
â– This appliance is intended to be used in household only.
â– This product may be used by children 8 years of age and older
and by persons with physical or mental impairments or by
inexperienced persons, if they are properly supervised or have
been informed about how to use the product in asafe manner
and understand the potential dangers.
â– Children must not play with the product.
â– Cleaning and maintenance performed by the user must not be
performed by unsupervised children.
â– Do not disassemble the product (with the exception of the
battery compartment cover). There is a risk of injury if the
appliance is incorrectly assembled.
â– Do not place any objects into the product.
â– Do not submerge the motor unit in water or in any other liquid.
This could result in irreparable damage to the product.
â– Prevent contact with hot surfaces.
â– Use the product only in accordance to the instructions contained
in this user'smanual. The product is intended only for frothing
milk. Do not use it for any other purposes than those intended.
Never use this product for processing solid, frozen or other
types of food.
Safety instructions related to batteries:
■Do not throw batteries into afire. Do not charge batteries that
are not intended for recharging. There is arisk of the appliance
exploding.

■Never disassemble, solder or weld the battery. There is arisk of
the appliance exploding.
â– Regularly check the condition of the battery. Leaking electrolyte
may damage the product.
â– When not using the product for an extended period of time,
remove the batteries. In the event that the electrolyte leaks,
first put on a pair of protective gloves. Clean the battery
compartment and contacts using adry cloth.
■Keep the batteries out of children's reach. Children may put
the battery in their mouth and swallow it. In the event that the
battery is swallowed, immediately seek professional medical
help.
â– Never use old and new batteries at the same time.
â– When inserting the batteries, heed correct polarity.
â– Always insert only new batteries of the same type into the
product.
â– In the event that the batteries are flat, take them out of the
product and dispose of them according to valid local legal
codes. Do not throw the batteries into communal household
waste.
