Setting the time
Analogue
1. Pull out theadjustment crown and turn it
to adjust theminute and hour hands.
2. Push theadjustment crown back in to
restart theanalogue watch.

Use
Press MODE (B) repeatedly to change functions. Thesequence is:
Time – stopwatch – countdown timer – alarm.
A. Time
• 12/24-hour display
• Hours, minutes, seconds, day and date display
• 100-year calendar (2000–2099)
B. Stopwatch SP
• Accuracy: 1/100 second
• Stopwatch range: 00:00:00–23:59:59
C. Countdown timer TR
Countdown range: 23:59:59–00:00:00
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for theremaining settings.
Thesettings sequence is as follows: Seconds – hours –
minutes – year – month – date.
6. Push (A) when you have completed inputting all RESET
your settings. Theday is automatically set when theyear,
month and date is set.
Switching between the12 and 24 hour display
When thewatch is in time display mode, press
start/stop (D) once to switch between 12 and
24 hour display. “PM” will be displayed when in
12 hour display mode.
Stopwatch
Without split-time
1. Press (B) therequired number of MODE
times to reach thestopwatch settings (SP).
2. Press (D) to start start/stop
thestopwatch.
4. Press (A) to reset RESET
thestopwatch back to zero.
3. Stop thestopwatch by
pressing start/stop (D) again.
Digital
1. When thewatch is in time display mode
press and hold (A) until theseconds RESET
display starts to flash.
2. Press start/stop (D) to reset theseconds display.
3. Press MODE (B) to switch to thenext setting.
4. Press (D) repeatedly to increase start/stop
thedigits incrementally. Hold thebutton in to
increase thedigits quickly.

With split-time
1. Press (B) therequired number of times to reach MODE
thestopwatch settings.
2. Press (D) to start thestopwatch.start/stop
3. Press (A) to display split-time. RESET
Thestopwatch will not be visible
but will continue running in
thebackground.
4. Press (A) to view RESET
therunning stopwatch display.
5. Steps 3 and 4 can be repeated as many
times as you like.
6. Press (D) to stop thestopwatch.start/stop
7. Press (A) to reset thestopwatch back to zero.RESET
Countdown timer
When thewatch has counted down to zero analarm
will sound. Turn it off by pressing any button. Otherwise
thealarm will continue to sound for about 60 seconds.
Setting thecountdown timer
1. Press therequired number of times to reach MODE
countdown timer mode. “TR” will be displayed.
2. Press for thehours display. Once RESET
it starts flashing you may input thedesired
setting.
3. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
4. Press to reach to thenext MODE
setting.
5. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
6. Push once you have completed inputting your RESET
settings.
Using thecountdown timer
1. Set thecountdown timer according to theinstructions
above.
2. Press to start thecountdown timer.start/stop
3. Press again if you wish to pause start/stop
thecountdown.
4. Press (C) to return to thepreset countdown
time.
Alarm & hourly chime
When thealarm is activated thesignal will sound daily at
thepreset time. Turn thealarm off by pressing any button
when thealarm sounds. Otherwise thealarm will sound for
about 60 sec. With thehourly chime activated thewatch will
sound every hour on thehour.
Setting thealarm
5 alarm times can be set.
1. With thewatch in time display mode, press
MODE therequired number of times to
reach thealarm settings. Press RESET
once. Thealarm symbol will be displayed
and thehour display will begin flashing.
2. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
3. Press to switch to thenext setting.MODE
4. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
5. Press to save your settings when RESET
you have completed inputting them.
To set several alarm times (1–5), advance
by pressing (C) and repeat theprevious
procedures. Press therequired MODE
amount of times return to normal time display.
Activating thealarm and hourly chime
• With thewatch in time display mode, press
MODE therequired number of times to reach
thealarm settings. Press start/stop once.
Thechime symbol will be displayed. Press
start/stop once more to turn it off.
• Press (C) to advance to thenext alarm (1–5)
setting. Press (D) to activate thecurrent
alarm. Press once more to turn start/stop
it off.
Combining the alarm and hourly chime
• Alarm only (alarm symbol displayed)
• Hourly chime only (chime symbol displayed)
• Both alarm and hourly chime (both symbols displayed).
Backlight
Thebacklight can be turned on by pushing
thebacklight button (C). Thebacklight will
be lit for about 3 seconds.

• Alarmet ljuder varje dag vid förvald tid

Ställa in tiden
Analogt
1. Dra ut knoppen för och vrid för att
justera minut och timvisaren.
2. Tryck tillbaka knoppen för att visarna
ska börja fungera igen.
Digitalt
1. När klockan visar tid, tryck och håll in
RESET-knappen (A) tills sekundangivelsen
börjar blinka.
2. Tryck på (D) för att start-/stoppknappen
nollställa sekundangivelsen.
3. Tryck på -knappen (B) för att växla till MODE
nästa inställningsläge.
5. Repetera steg 3 och 4 för att göra samtliga inställningar.
Sekvensen på inställningar är: Sekunder – timmar –
minuter – år – månad – datum.
6. Tryck på -knappen (A) när du gjort alla inställningar. RESET
Veckodagen ställs in automatiskt när du ställt in år, månad
och datum.
Ă„ndra mellan 12 eller 24-timmars visning
När klockan visar tid, tryck en gång på
Start/Stop (D) för att växla mellan 12-eller
24-timmarsvisning. ”PM” visas i displayen
vid 12-timmarsvisning.

Utan mellantid
1. Tryck på -knappen (B) upprepade gånger för att MODE
komma till stoppuret (SP).
2. Tryck på (D) för start-/stoppknappen
att starta stoppuret.
4. Tryck pĂĄ (D) upprepade start-/stoppknappen
gånger för att öka värdet ett steg i taget. Håll
in knappen om du vill öka värdet snabbt.
4. Tryck på -knappen (A) för RESET
att nollställa stoppuret.
3. Stanna stoppuret genom
att trycka pĂĄ start-/
stoppknappen (D) igen.
