Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Der Batterielötkolben ist ein mobiles und vielseitig einsetzbares Gerät. Er dient als
Gerät für Feinlötarbeiten im Elektronik-, Modellbau- und Hobbybereich. Eine abwei-
chende Verwendung ist nicht zulässig und kann zu Verletzungen führen. In diesen
Fällen besteht keine Haftung des Herstellers.
Der Batterielötkolben wird mit 3 Batterien à 1,5V (Typ AA) betrieben.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam durch, um sich
mit dem Gerät vertraut zu machen. Bewahren Sie die Anweisung auf, um sie von
neuem lesen zu können. Zusammenbau und Einstellungen, die vom Hersteller vorge-
nommen wurden, sind nicht zu verändern. Es kann gefährlich sein, eigenmächtig am
Gerät bauliche Änderungen vorzunehmen, Teile zu entfernen oder andere Teile zu
verwenden, die für das Gerät nicht vom Hersteller zugelassen sind (bei eigenmächtig
am Gerät vorgenommenen baulichen Änderungen besteht z.B. Verbrennungsgefahr).
Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich für die Benutzung in privaten Haushalten bestimmt.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht gewerblich.
Sicherheitshinweise
• ACHTUNG! Dieses Werkzeug muss, wie in Abb. IV gezeigt, abgelegt werden,
wenn es nicht in Gebrauch ist.

• Während der Arbeit und zum Abkühlen muss der Batterielötkolben immer auf
einer stabilen, ebenen und hitzebeständigen Fläche abgelegt werden. (siehe
Abb. IV)
• Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie von Personen
mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder
Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder
bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die
daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät
spielen. Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beauf-
sichtigung durchgeführt werden.
• Reparaturen müssen durch den Hersteller oder seinen Kundendienst oder
einer ähnlich qualifizierten Person durchgeführt werden, um Gefährdungen zu
vermeiden.
• E
in Brand kann entstehen, wenn mit dem Gerät nicht sorgsam umgegangen wird.
• Entfernen Sie vor der Benutzung brennbare Gegenstände, Flüssigkeiten und
Gase aus dem Arbeitsbereich des Gerätes. Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich
sauber, um Unfällen vorzubeugen.
• Prüfen Sie vor der Benutzung, ob die Werkzeugspitze ordnungsgemäß am
Gerät angebracht ist. Die heiße Werkzeugspitze darf nicht mit Haut, Haaren
etc. in Verbindung gebracht werden. Verbrennungsgefahr.
• Das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, solange es in Betrieb ist. Nicht ins
Wasser tauchen.
• Nach dem Gebrauch schalten Sie den Batterielötkolben immer aus, indem Sie
den I/O-Schalter in die „O“-Position bringen.
• Nach Gebrauch das Gerät gemäß Abb. IV ablegen und abkühlen lassen,
bevor es weggepackt wird.
• Wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird, bewahren Sie es an einem sicheren Ort
und vor Staub und Feuchtigkeit geschützt auf.
• Bei der Lagerung des Gerätes setzen Sie die Schutzkappe auf die abgekühl-
te Lötspitze , so dass die Schutzkappe den I/O-Schalter in die Position
„O“-Position schiebt.
• Das Gerät auf Beschädigungen überprüfen. Bei Beschädigungen nicht ver-
wenden!
• Während des Betriebs für ausreichende Belüftung sorgen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass keine giftigen Dämpfe oder Gase eingeatmet werden. Schutzkleidung
tragen (z.B.: langarmige Kleidung).
• Falls Sie den Batterielötkolben längere Zeit nicht gebrauchen, nehmen Sie die
Batterien heraus (mit der Zeit können Batterien auslaufen und der Batterielötkol-
ben wird beschädigt).
• Nationale und internationale Sicherheits-, Gesundheits-, und Arbeitsschutzvor-
schriften sind zu beachten.
Sicherheitshinweise Batterien
• Halten Sie das Produkt von Hitzequellen und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung fern,
die Batterien können durch Überhitzung explodieren. Es besteht Verletzungs-
gefahr.
• Beachten Sie beim Einlegen der Batterien die richtige Polarität.
• EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR! Batterien dürfen nicht geladen oder mit anderen Mitteln
reaktiviert, nicht auseinander genommen, ins Feuer geworfen oder kurzge-
schlossen werden.

• Nehmen Sie verbrauchte Batterien immer sofort aus dem Gerät heraus, da
diese auslaufen und somit Schäden verursachen können.
• Setzen Sie Batterien keinen extremen Bedingungen aus, legen Sie sie nicht auf
Heizkörpern ab und setzen Sie sie nicht direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aus. Es
besteht ansonsten erhöhte Auslaufgefahr.
• Wenn Batteriesäure ausgelaufen ist, vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Haut, Au-
gen und Schleimhäuten. Spülen Sie bei Kontakt mit der Säure die betroffenen
Stellen sofort mit reichlich klarem Wasser und suchen Sie umgehend einen Arzt
auf.
• Batterien sollten nicht in der Nähe von Kindern aufbewahrt werden. Batterien
können beim Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein, daher muss dieser Artikel und
die dazugehörigen Batterien für Kleinkinder unzugänglich aufbewahrt werden.
• Verwenden Sie nur Batterien des Typs AA gleicher Hersteller.
• Setzen Sie Batterien Ihrer Polarität entsprechend in das dafür vorgesehene
Batteriefach ein.
• Verwenden Sie keine Kombinationen aus alten und neuen Batterien.
• Lagern Sie Ihre Batterien trocken und kühl, nicht feucht.
• Einwegbatterien verlieren auch bei der Lagerung einen Teil ihrer Energie.
• Entnehmen Sie bei Nichtbenutzung des Gerätes die Batterien.
• Lagern Sie Einwegbatterien getrennt von entladenen Batterien, um Verwechs-
lungen zu vermeiden.
Wichtige Hinweise vor Inbetriebnahme
• Vor Inbetriebnahme Sicherheitshinweise lesen!
• Das beste Arbeitsergebnis erzielen Sie mit alkalischen Batterien. Für die Inbe-
triebnahme des Batterielötkolbens benötigen Sie 3 Batterien à 1,5V (Typ AA).
• Wechseln Sie die Batterien nur in trockener Umgebung. Feuchtigkeit wirkt sich
negativ auf die Lebensdauer der Batterien aus.
Inbetriebnahme
• Nehmen Sie den Batterieverschluss ab (siehe Abb. I).
• Entfernen Sie den Schutzstreifen zwischen den Batterien
• Legen Sie die 3 Batterien à 1,5V (Typ AA) , polrichtig wie abgebildet, hinein
und setzen Sie den Batterieverschluss wieder auf.
• Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappe von der Lötspitze ab.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Lötspitze fest angebracht ist.
• Stellen Sie den I/O-Schalter in die „I“-Position.
• Halten Sie den Batterielötkolben wie einen Stift (siehe Abb. II).
• Drücken Sie nun den runden Kontaktknopf oben am I/O-Schalter
ununterbrochen für ca. 15 Sekunden (Strom fließt, wenn sich der „I/O-Schal-
ter“ in der „I“-Position befindet und gleichzeitig der Kontaktknopf gedrückt wird
– siehe Abb. II).
• Jetzt hat die Lötspitze die Arbeitstemperatur erreicht und Sie können mit der
Arbeit beginnen.
• Um Energie zu sparen, drücken Sie den Kontaktknopf nur dann, wenn Sie
wirklich löten.
• Während Sie den Kontaktknopf drücken, leuchtet die Funktionskontroll-
leuchte .
• Wird der heiße Batterielötkolben nicht gebraucht, stellen Sie diesen immer
senkrecht, mit der Lötspitze nach oben zeigend, ab (siehe Abb. IV) und
lassen Sie ihn vollständig abkühlen.

Außerbetriebnahme
•
Nach dem Gebrauch stellen Sie den I/O-Schalter in die „O“-Position.
• Lötspitze abkühlen lassen, indem Sie den Batterielötkolben gemäß Abb. IV
ablegen.
• Zum Abkühlen den Batterielötkolben immer auf eine stabile, ebene und hitzebe-
ständige Fläche ablegen.
• Die Lötspitze kühlt in ca. 22 Minuten von der maximalen Arbeitstemperatur
von 550°C auf ca. 22°C ab (die Umgebungstemperatur spielt bei dem Abkühl-
vorgang ebenfalls eine wichtige Rolle).
• Setzen Sie abschließend die Schutzkappe auf die abgekühlte Lötspitze .
Die Schutzkappe schiebt den I/O-Schalter in die „O“-Position.
Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reinigung
• Falls es länger als 30 Sekunden dauert, bis die Arbeitstemperatur erreicht wird,
tauschen Sie die Batterien aus.
• Die Lötspitze ist dauerhaft mit Eisen überzogen, deswegen feilen Sie die Spitze
nicht.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät und die Lötspitze ausschließlich in abgekühltem
Zustand (siehe Abb. III) mit einem trockenen Tuch oder einem Reinigungsvlies
(z.B. CFH-No. 52349). Reinigungsvlies ist in vielen Baumärkten erhältlich.
• I m Reparaturfall Hersteller kontaktieren unter der unten angegebenen Service-
adresse.
Garantie
Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Die Garantiefrist be-
ginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Original Kassenbon gut auf. Diese
Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt. Tritt innerhalb von 3 Jahren ab
dem Kaufdatum dieses Produktes ein Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das
Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese
Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der 3-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und
der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der
Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist. Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie
gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Im Garantiefall

züglich mit Ihnen in Verbindung.
Entsorgung des Elektrogeräts
Die durchgestrichene Mülltonne auf diesem Produkt weist Sie darauf hin,
dass das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer getrennt vom Hausmüll
entsorgt werden muss. Bitte bringen Sie den Batterielötkolben zu den
eingerichteten kommunalen Sammelstellen in Ihrer Gemeinde.
Entsorgung der Batterien
Batterien dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll. Verbrauchte Batterien müssen
sachgerecht entsorgt werden. Zu diesem Zweck stehen im batterievertrei-
benden Handel sowie bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen entsprechen-
de Behälter zur Batterie-Entsorgung bereit. Batterien und Akkus, die mit
den folgenden Buchstaben versehen sind, beinhalten u. a. die Schadstoffe:
Cd (Cadmium), Hg (Quecksilber), Pb (Blei).

Intended Use
The battery-powered soldering iron is a portable multi-purpose appliance. It is inten-
ded for fine soldering in electronics, model constructing and for hobby work. Any
other use is not permitted as it can lead to injuries. In these cases, the manufacturer
carries no liability.
The battery-powered soldering iron is operated with 3 à 1,5V (type AA) batteries.
Important information: Please read these instructions for use carefully and get to
know the appliance first. Keep the leaflet for further reference. Assembly and settings
which were performed by the manufacturer should not be changed. It is dangerous to
change the structure of the appliance on your own authority, to remove parts or to use
parts, which are not approved by the manufacturer. (If you change the structure of the
appliance on your own authority, you would risk yourself to get burns, etc.)
This appliance is intended for use only in private households. Never use the applian-
ce for commercial purposes.
Safety Instructions
• ATTENTION! When not in use, this appliance must be put down as shown in
Illustr. IV.

• When the battery-powered soldering iron is in use or when it cools down,
it must be always put down on a firm, flat and heat resistant surface (see
Illustr. IV).
• This appliance may only be used by children with the age of 8 years or more
as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or were instructed re-
garding the safe use of the appliance and understand the risks resulting hereof.
Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user experience must
not be performed by children without supervision.
• In order to avoid hazards, the appliance must be repaired by the manufacturer
or his customer service or a similarly qualified person.
• Fire can be caused if the appliance is not thoroughly handled.
• Before using the appliance, remove all ignitable objects, liquids and gases
from the working area of the appliance. Keep the working area clean in order
to prevent accidents.
• Before use, check that the tool tip is correctly attached to the appliance. The hot
tool tip must not be brought into contact with skin, hair, etc. Risk of burns.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is operating. Do not emerge the
appliance into water.
• After use always switch off the battery-powered soldering iron by sliding the
I/O switch to the position “O”.
• After use put the appliance down according to the Illustr. IV and let it cool
down. Only after that you can store it away.
• When the appliance is not in use, store it in a safe place protected from dust
and moisture.
• When storing the appliance, put the protective cap onto the cooled down
tip , so that the protective cap shifts the I/O switch to the position “O”.
• Check the appliance for damage. Do not use if damaged!
• During use, ensure adequate ventilation. Make sure that you do not inhale any
toxic vapours or gases. Wear protective clothing (e.g. long sleeved clothing).
• Please remove the batteries from the battery-powered soldering iron, if it is not
going to be used for a longer period of time (the batteries can leak after some
time and the battery-powered soldering iron will be damaged).
• Observe national and international safety, health and work protection regula-
tions.
Safety notes for batteries
• Keep the product away from heat sources and direct solar radiation, the batte-
ries can explode due to overheating. There is a risk of injury.
• Observe if the polarity when inserting the batteries.
• RISK OF EXPLOSION! Batteries must not be loaded or reactivated with other
means, disassembled, thrown into the fire or short-circuited.
• Always remove used batteries immediately from the appliance, since they can
leak and therefore cause damages.
• Do not expose the batteries to any extreme conditions, do not put them on
radiators and do not expose them to direct solar radiation. Otherwise there is
an increased risk of leakage.
• If battery acid has leaked, avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous mem-
branes. In case of contact, rinse the affected area immediately with abundant
of clear water and immediately consult a doctor.

• Do not keep batteries in the vicinity of children. Batteries can be life-threatening
if swallowed, therefore this item and the corresponding batteries need to be
stored inaccessible for infants.
• Only use batteries of the type AA of the same manufacturer.

Insert the batteries according to their polarity into the provided battery compartment.
• Do not use a combination of used and new batteries.
• Store your batteries dry and cool, not humid.
• Disposable batteries will lose part of their energy when they are stored.
• Remove the batteries when the appliance is not stored.
• Store the disposable batteries separately from discharged batteries, in order to
avoid mistakes.
Important information before start up
• Before putting the appliance into operation read the operating instructions!
• In order to achieve best working results use alkaline batteries. To use the bat-
tery-powered soldering iron, you will need 3 batteries à 1.5 V (type AA).
• Replace the batteries only in a dry working environment. Moisture has a nega-
tive influence on the durability of the batteries.
Start up
• Slide open the battery cover (see Illustr. I).
• Remove the protective strip between the batteries
• Insert the 3 batteries à 1,5V (type AA) , according to the polarity as illustra-
ted, and put on the cover of the battery compartment
.
• Remove the protective cap
from the soldering tip .
• Make sure the soldering tip is firmly fitted.
• Slide the I/O switch to the position “I”.
• Hold the battery-powered soldering iron
like a pen (see Illustr. II).
• Press now the round contact button on the top of the I/O switch and hold
it pressed continuously for approximately 15 seconds (the current flows when
the “I/O switch” is in the position “I” and the contact button is pressed at the
same time - see Illustr. /Fig./Pic. II).
• After this time the soldering tip has reached the working temperature and
you can start working.
• In order to save power, only press the contact button when you are actually
soldering.
•
When you hold the contact button pressed the function control lamp is on.
• If the battery-powered soldering iron is not in use, put it down only in a
vertical position with the soldering tip pointing up (see Illustr. IV) and let it
cool down completely.
Shut down
•
After use put the I/O switch
into the position “O”.
• Put the battery-powered soldering iron down according to Illustr. IV and let the
soldering tip
cool down.
• To cool down always put the battery-powered soldering iron onto a firm, flat and
heat resistant surface.
• The soldering tip
cools down from the maximum temperature of 550°C to
about 22° within approximately 22 minutes. (The ambient temperature also has
an important influence on the cooling down time.)

Repairs, maintenance and cleaning
• If it takes longer than 30 seconds to reach the working temperature, replace
the batteries.
• The soldering tip is temporary iron-plated. Therefore please do not file the tip.
• Only clean the appliance and the tip with a dry cloth or a cleaning abrasive
mat (e.g. CFH No. when it has cooled down (see Illustr. III). Cleaning abrasive
mats are available in lots of DIY stores.
• In case of repair, please contact the manufacturer under the address stated
below.
Warranty
The warranty for this appliance is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty
starts with the date of purchase. Please keep the original receipt in a safe place. This
document is required as a proof of purchase. If any material or manufacturing defects
occur within 3 years from the date of purchase of this product, the product will either
be repaired or replaced free of charge for you - at our discretion. This guarantee
presumes that you submit the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt)
together with a short description of the defect and when the defect occurred within 3
years. In case that the defect is covered by our warranty, you will receive either the
repaired product or a new one. In case of a warranty claim, please contact us by
e-mail under info@cfh-gmbh.de. We will get in touch with you immediately.
Disposal of the electrical appliance
The crossed through dustbin on this product indicates that at the end
of its service life the appliance has to be disposed of separately and
not together with household waste. Please bring the battery-powered
soldering iron to the established municipal collecting points in your local
community.
Disposal of the batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of in the household waste. Used batteries
must be properly disposed of. For this purpose, corresponding containers
for the disposal of batteries are available in the shops which sell batte-
ries as well as in the municipal container parks. Batteries and accumula-
tors, which are provided with the following letters, include among others the harmful
substances: Cd (cadmium), Hg (mercury), Pb (lead).

Uso appropriato
Il saldatore a batteria è un apparecchio mobile e multiuso. Funge da apparecchio
per lavori di saldatura fine nel settore elettronico, nel modellismo e nel settore faida-
te. Non è ammissibile un uso divergente che potrebbe causare lesioni. In questi casi
il produttore non risponde dei danni.
Il saldatore a batteria viene fatto funzionare con 3 batterie da 1,5 V (tipo AA).
Importante: Leggere attentamente le istruzioni d’uso per acquistare dimestichezza
con l’apparecchio. Conservare le istruzioni d’uso così da poterle rileggere per future
consultazioni. E’ vietato modificare ciò che è stato assemblato e impostato in fabbri-

Avvertenze di sicurezza
• ATTENZIONE! Quando non utilizzato, l’apparecchio va riposto come indicato

Durante il lavoro e il raffreddamento, il saldatore a batteria va riposto sempre su
una superficie stabile, piana e resistente alle temperature elevate (vedi figg. IV).
• Questa apparecchiatura può essere utilizzata da bambini dagli 8 anni e sopra
e da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o mancanza di
esperienza e conoscenza, quando sono supervisionate o istruite circa l‘uso
sicuro del dispositivo e comprendono i rischi che ne derivano. Non lasciare
che i bambini giochino con l‘apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione non
possono essere effettuate da bambini non supervisionati.
• Le riparazioni vanno effettuate dal produttore, dal relativo servizio assistenza
clienti o da persona similmente qualificata per evitare pericoli.
• In caso di utilizzo non accurato dell‘apparecchio sussiste pericolo d‘incendio.
• Prima dell’utilizzo togliere oggetti, liquidi e gas infiammabili dall’area d’uso
dell‘ apparecchio. Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita, per evitare incidenti.
• Prima dell’uso verificare che la punta dell’apparecchio sia stata applicata
correttamente sull‘apparecchio. La punta rovente dell’utensile non deve entrare
in contatto con pelle, capelli ecc. Pericolo d’ustione.
• Non lasciare l‘apparecchio incustodito quando è acceso. Non immergerlo in
acqua.
• Ad utilizzo terminato, spegnere sempre il saldatore a batteria portando l’inter-
ruttore I/O in posizione “O”.
• Ad utilizzo terminato, appoggiare l’apparecchio conformemente alla fig. IV e
lasciare raffreddare prima di riporlo.
• Quando l‘ apparecchio non viene utilizzato, dev’essere conservato in un luogo
sicuro, al riparo da polvere e umidità.
• Durante lo stoccaggio dell’apparecchio porre il cappuccio di protezione
sulla punta del saldatore raffreddata in modo che il cappuccio di protezio-
ne spinga l’interruttore I/O nella posizione “O”.
• Verificare che l‘apparecchio non presenti danni. Se risulta danneggiato, non
dev’essere utilizzato!
• Durante l’utilizzo prevedere areazione sufficiente. Fare attenzione a che non
vengano inalati vapori o gas tossici. Indossare abbigliamento protettivo (ad
esempio indumenti a maniche lunghe).
• Qualora non si dovesse utilizzare il saldatore a batteria per un intervallo pro-
lungato, rimuovere le batterie (con il tempo le batterie possono perdere liquido
danneggiando così il saldatore a batteria).
• Devono essere osservate le normative nazionali ed internazionali relative a
sicurezza, salute e antinfortunistica.
Indicazioni di sicurezza per le batterie
•
Non avvicinare il prodotto a fonte di calore e irradiazione solare diretta, le
batterie potrebbero esplodere se si surriscaldassero. Sussiste pericolo di lesioni!
• Inserendo le batterie verificare la giusta polarità.
•
PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE! Le batterie non possono essere caricate o reatti-
vate con altri mezzi, né essere smontate, buttate nel fuoco o messe in corto
circuito.
• togliere le batterie scariche subito dall‘apparecchio, perchè potrebbe fuoriusci-
re del liquido e causare danni.
• Non esporre le batterie a condizioni estreme, non deporle su caloriferi e non
esporrle a irradiazione solare diretta. Altrimenti sussiste un maggiore rischio di
fuoriuscita di liquidi.

• Se fuoriesce dell‘acido dalle batterie, evitare il contatto con gli occhi, la pelle
e le mucose. In caso di contatto con l‘acido risciacquare il punto con molta
acqua e recarsi al più presto da un medico.
• Le batterie non dovrebbero essere custodite in vicinanze di bambini. Se
inghiottite le batterie possono mettere in pericolo di vita, di conseguenza il
presente articolo e le batterie devono essere conservate fuori dalla portata
di bambini piccoli.
• Utilizzare esclusivamente batterie di tipo AA degli stessi produttori.
• Inserire le batterie con la direzione della polarità corretta nell‘apposito scom-
parto.
• Non usare combinazioni di batterie vecchie e nuove.
• Conservare le batterie in u n luogo fresco e asciutto, senza umidità.
• Le batterie monouso perdono parte della loro energia anche durante lo
stoccaggio.
• In caso l‘apparecchio non venisse utilizzato, togliere le batterie.
• Conservare le batterie monouso lontano da batterie scariche per evitare di
confondersi.
Avvisi importanti prima della messa in funzione
• Prima della messa in funzione leggere le indicazioni di sicurezza!
• Il risultato di lavoro migliore lo si ottiene utilizzando batterie alcaline. Per
la messa in servizio del saldatore a batteria occorrono 3 batterie da 1,5V
(tipo AA).
• Sostituire le batterie esclusivamente in ambiente asciutto. L’umidità influisce
negativamente sulla durata delle batterie.
Messa in funzione
• Rimuovere lo sportellino di chiusura (vedi fig. I).
• Togliere la striscia di protezionetra le batterie.
• Inserire le 3 batterie da 1,5V (tipo AA ), come riportato con la polarità
corretta e riporre lo sportellino di chiusura .
• Rimuovere il cappuccio di protezione dalla punta del saldatore .
• Assicurarsi che la punta del saldatore
sia fissata bene.
• Porre l’interruttore I/O in posizione “I“.
• Tenere il saldatore a batteria
come se fosse una penna (vedi fig. II).
• Premere ininterrottamente il tasto di contatto rotondo posizionato sull’inter-
ruttore I/O per 15 secondi circa (la corrente scorre quando l’interruttore
“I/O” si trova in posizione “I” e si preme contemporaneamente il tasto di
contatto - vedi fig. II).
• Ora la punta del saldatore p2-ha raggiunto la temperatura di esercizio ed è
possibile iniziare a lavorare.
• Per risparmiare energia, premere il tasto di contatto soltanto quando si
effettuano veramente lavori di saldatura.
• Premendo il tasto di contatto , si accende la spia luminosa di funziona-
mento .
• Quando non utilizzato, riporre il saldatore a batteria sempre in posizione
verticale con la punta del saldatore rivolta verso l’alto (vedi fig. IV) e lasciar-
lo raffreddare completamente.

Messa fuori servizio
•
Ad utilizzo terminato, portare l’interruttore I/O in posizione “O”.
• Lasciare raffreddare la punta del saldatore
riponendo il saldatore a batteria
conformemente alla fig. IV.
• Per raffreddare, porre il saldatore a batteria sempre su una superficie stabile,
piana e resistente al calore.
• In 22 minuti circa, la punta del saldatore
si raffredda passando dalla
temperatura di lavoro massima di 550°C a 22°C circa (anche la temperatura
ambientale assume un ruolo importante durante il processo di raffreddamento).
• Infine, posizionare il cappuccio di protezione
sulla punta del saldatore
raffreddata
. Il cappuccio di protezione
spinge l’interruttore I/O
in posizione “OFF”.
Manutenzione, riparazioni e pulizia
• Qualora l’apparecchio dovesse impiegare più di 30 secondi per raggiungere
la temperatura di lavoro, sostituire le batterie.
• La punta del saldatore è ricoperta di ferro. Per questo motivo non va limata.
• Pulire l’apparecchio e la punta del saldatore esclusivamente una volta raffred-
dati (vedi fig. III) servendosi di un panno asciutto o di un un apposito panno
pulente (ad esempio cod. CFH 52349). Il tessuto non tessuto per la pulizia può
essere acquistato nei negozi per prodotti edili.
• In caso di riparazioni contattare il produttore all’indirizzo sotto indicato.
Garanzia
Il presente prodotto è coperto da una garanzia di 3 anni a partire dalla data di
acquisto. Il periodo di garanzia inizia con la data d’acquisto. Vi consigliamo di
conservare con cura lo scontrino. Tale documento è necessario come prova d’acquis-
to. Se entro 3 anni dall’acquisto del prodotto si verificasse un difetto di materiale o
fabbricazione, il prodotto verrà sostituito e riparato gratuitamente, a nostra scelta.
Per ottenere tale prestazione di garanzia è necessario presentare, entro il termine di
3 anni, l’apparecchio difettoso e la ricevuta di acquisto (scontrino), accompagnati da
una breve descrizione del difetto e di quando si è verificato. Se tale difetto è coperto
dalla garanzia, vi spediremo l’apparecchio riparato o un nuovo prodotto. In caso
di necessità, contattateci via e-mail all’indirizzo info@cfh-gmbh.de. Ci metteremo in
contatto con voi al più presto.
Smaltimento delle apparecchiature elettriche
Il simbolo del bidone della spazzatura barrato, riportato sul presente
prodotto, indica che il prodotto al termine della propria vita utile dovrà
essere smaltito separatamente dai rifiuti domestici. Si prega il consumat-
ore di portare in futuro il saldatore a batteria alle piatteforme ecologiche
comunali allestite nel comune di residenza.
Smaltimento delle batterie
Le batterie non devono essere smaltite con i rifiuti domestici. Le batterie
esauste devono essere smaltite in modo idoneo. A questo scopo nei
negozi e nei punti di raccolta comunali sono a disposizione raccoglitori
appropriati. Batterie e caricatori, contrassegnati con le seguenti lettere,
contengono, tre le altre cose, le seguenti sostanze nocive: Cd (Cadmio), Hg (mercu-
rio), Pb (piombo).

Durante a utilização a ponta da ferramenta atinge temperaturas muito altas! Risco de queimaduras!

Leia atentamente as instruções de utilização a fim de familiarizar-se com o aparelho.
O aparelho serve para trabalhos de solda fina nas áreas da electrónica, construção
de modelos e hobby. A sua utilização que não seja para estes fins não é permitida
podendo causar lesões. Nestes casos o fabricante não será responsável.
O ferro de soldar é operado com 3 pilhas de 1,5 V (tipo AA).
Nota importante: Leia atentamente as instruções de utilização a fim de familiarizar-se
com o aparelho. Guarde as instruções para consultas posteriores. A montagem e
as regulagens feitas pelo fabricante não devem ser modificadas. Pode ser perigoso
executar modificações por conta própria na construção do aparelho, retirar peças
ou usar outras peças que não foram autorizadas pelo fabricante do aparelho (as
modificações na construção do aparelho executadas por conta própria pode existir
p. ex. o perigo de queimaduras).
Este aparelho está destinado exclusivamente para o uso doméstico privado. Não
utilize o aparelho industrialmente.
Indicações de segurança
• ATENÇÃO! Esta ferramenta deve ser depositada numa superfície plana, quan-
do não está sendo utilizada, conforme mostra a fig. IV.

• Durante a utilização e arrefecimento o ferro de soldar a pilhas deve ser depo-
sitado sobre uma superfície estável, plana e resistente ao calor. (ver fig. IV)
• Este aparelho pode ser utilizado por crianças a partir dos 8 anos, bem como
por pessoas com capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou mentais diminuídas ou
com falta de experiência e conhecimentos quando vigiadas ou se foram
instruídas sobre o uso seguro do aparelho e compreendem os perigos que isso
pode acarretar. As crianças não devem brincar com o aparelho. A limpeza e
a manutenção não podem ser executadas por crianças sem estar vigiadas.
• Consertos deverão ser efectuados pelo fabricante ou pelo seu serviço de
assistência técnica ou por um especialista para evitar riscos.
• Podem ocorrer incêndios, se o aparelho não for utilizado como devido.
• Antes de utilizar o aparelho, coloque-o afastado de objectos, líquidos e gases
combustíveis. Mantenha o seu local de trabalho limpo para evitar acidentes.
• Antes de utilizar o aparelho, verifique se a ponta da ferramenta está adequa-
damente fixada. A ponta da ferramenta quente não deve ter contacto com a
pele, cabelos e etc. Risco de queimaduras.
• Não deixe o aparelho sem vigilância, enquanto estiver em funcionamento.
Não coloque o aparelho na água.
• Depois de utilizar o ferro de soldar a pilhas desligue-o sempre, premindo o
interruptor I/O na posição “O”.
• Depois de utilizar o aparelho, deposite-o numa superfície, conforme a fig. IV, e
deixe-o arrefecer antes de guardá-lo.
• Quando o aparelho não estiver sendo utilizado, guarde-o em um lugar seguro
e ao abrigo do pó e da humidade.
• Ao armazenar o aparelho coloque a capa de protecção sobre a ponta
arrefecida do soldador , de forma que a capa de protecção garanta que
o interruptor I/O permaneça na posição “O”.
• Controle se o aparelho não está danificado. Se o aparelho estiver com danos,
não o utilize!
• Cuide para que haja suficiente circulação de ar, enquanto utilizar o aparel-
ho. Cuide para não inalar os vapores ou gases venenosos. Use vestuário de
segurança (por ex. vestuário de manga comprida).
• Se o ferro de soldar a pilhas ficar fora de uso por um período prolongado
retire as pilhas, (pois com o tempo as pilhas deitam um líquido que danifica o
ferro de soldar a pilhas).
• Respeite os regulamentos nacionais e internacionais de segurança, saúde e
trabalho.
Indicações de segurança
• Mantenha o produto afastado de fontes de calor e de radiação solar direta, as
pilhas podem explodir pelo sobreaquecimento. Existe perigo de lesão.
• Ao colocar as pilhas, tenha em atenção à polaridade correta.
• PERIGO DE EXPLOSÃO! As pilhas não podem ser recarregadas ou reativadas
por outros meios, não podem ser desmontadas, jogadas no fogo nem curto-cir-
cuitadas.
• Sempre retire imediatamente as pilhas gastas do aparelho, uma vez que elas
escorrem e com isso podem causar danos.
• Não exponha as pilhas à condições extremas, não as coloque acima de
corpos quentes e não as deixe expostas à radiação solar direta. Do contrário
existe elevado perigo de escorrimento.

• Se escorrer ácido da pilha, evite o contato com a pele, os olhos e as mucosas.
No caso de contato com o ácido, lave imediatamente as partes afetadas com
bastante água limpa e procure em seguida um médico.
• As pilhas não devem ser guardadas nas proximidades de crianças. As pilhas
podem representar perigo de vida ao serem engolidas, por isso, este produto
e as respectivas pilhas devem ser guardadas de modo inacessível para as
crianças pequenas.
• Use apenas pilhas do tipo AA do mesmo fabricante.
• Coloque as pilhas conforme a sua polaridade no compartimento previsto para
elas.
• Não utilize combinações de pilhas novas e usadas.
• Armazene suas pilhas em local seco e fresco não húmido.
• As baterias não reutilizáveis perdem uma parte da sua energia inclusive
durante o armazenamento.
• No caso de não usar o aparelho, retire as pilhas.
• Conserve as pilhas não reutilizáveis separadas das pilhas descarregadas para
evitar confusões.
Indicações importantes antes da colocação em funcionamento
• Leia as indicações de segurança antes de utilizar o aparelho!
• O melhor desempenho é alcançado com pilhas alcalinas. Para colocar o ferro
de soldar em funcionamento são necessárias 3 pilhas de 1,5V (tipo AA).
• Troque as pilhas somente em ambientes secos. A humidade diminui o tempo
de vida útil das pilhas.
Colocação em funcionamento
• Retire a capa de protecção da pilha (ver fig. I).
• Retire a faixa de proteção entre as baterias
• Deite as 3 pilhas de 1,5V (tipo AA) no pólo adequado, como mostra a
figura, e coloque o fecho da pilha novamente.
• Retire a capa de protecção da ponta do soldador .
• Depois assegure-se de que a ponta do soldador
esteja bem fixa.
• Coloque o interruptor I/O na posição „I”.
• Segure o ferro de soldar a pilhas como um lápis (ver Fig.II).
•
Prima o botão de contacto redondo perto do interruptor I/O por aprox.
15 segundos consecutivos (a corrente eléctrica flui, se o interruptor I/O ficar na
posição “I” e se ao mesmo tempo o botão de contacto for premido - ver fig. II).
• Ag
ora a ponta do soldador
atingiu a temperatura de trabalho e o seu
trabalho pode ser iniciado.
• Para economizar energia, prima o botão de contacto somente quando for
realmente soldar.
• Ao premir o botão de contacto o controlo luminoso de funções acende .
• Se não quiser mais utilizar o ferro de soldar a pilhas quente, coloque-o na
posição vertical com a ponta de soldado para cima (ver fig. IV) e deixe-o
arrefecer completamente.
Colocação fora de funcionamento
•
Depois de utilizar o aparelho coloque o interruptor I/O
na posição „O”.
• Deixe arrefecer a ponta do soldador
colocando o ferro de soldar a pilhas
conforme a fig. IV.
PT
• Para arrefecer o ferro de soldar a pilhas coloque-o sempre sobre uma superfície
estável, plana e resistente a calor.
• A ponta do soldador
arrefece em aprox. 22 minutos da temperatura máxima
de trabalho de 550°C até 22°C (a temperatura ambiente igualmente tem um
papel importante no processo de arrefecimento).
• No final coloque a capa de protecção
sobre a ponta do soldador
arrefeci-
da. A capa de proteção
coloca o interruptor I/O
na posição „O“.
Manutenção, conservação e limpeza
• Se o aquecimento levar mais de 30 segundos até alcançar a temperatura de
trabalho, troque as pilhas.
• A ponta do soldador possui um revestimento permanente de ferro, por isso
não deve-se lixar a ponta.
• Limpe o aparelho e a ponta do soldador somente em estado frio (ver fig. III),
utilizando para isso um pano seco ou um feltro de limpeza (por ex. CFH-No.
52349). O feltro de limpeza está disponível em muitas casas de construção.
• Em caso de reparação entre em contacto com o fabricante no endereço do
serviço indicado mais em baixo.
Garantia
O aparelho tem uma garantia de 3 anos a partir da data da compra. O prazo de
garantia inicia na data de compra. Por favor, guarde o recibo de compra original.
Este documento é necessário como comprovante da compra. Se dentro dos 3 anos
desde a data da compra deste produto ocorrer um erro material ou de fabricação, o
produto será reparado ou substituído por nós, ficando a nosso critério, de maneira
gratuita. A prestação de garantia pressupõe que dentro do prazo de 3 anos, o
aparelho com o recibo de compra será enviado com uma breve descrição do defeito
e quando ocorreu. Se o defeito é coberto pela nossa garantia, você irá receber de

Eliminação do aparelho elétrico
O contentor de lixo borrado com uma cruz, que está marcado no pro-
duto, indica que este aparelho não deve ser eliminado no lixo normal
depois do seu tempo de vida útil. Entregue o ferro de soldar a pilhas nos
postos de recolha previstos pela sua freguesia.
Eliminação das pilhas
As pilhas não devem ser deitadas no lixo doméstico. As pilhas usadas
devem ser eliminadas da maneira correta. Com esta finalidade nos
comércios distribuidores de pilhas, bem como nos pontos de recolha da
sua freguesia, há disponíveis contentores para a eliminação de pilhas.
As pilas e acumuladores, que estão identificadas com as seguintes letras, contém,
entre outras, as substâncias perigosas: Cd (Cádmio), Hg (Mercúrio), Pb (Chumbo).
Você obterá informações sobre a eliminação e a situação do próximo posto de
reciclagem, p. ex. no serviço de limpeza municipal ou nas páginas amarelas.
