PROGRAMMING O: HD RADI

1. Remove the eat nd disconnect both egative and ositive battery erminals. s a n p t
2. Remove the windshield.
3. Remov the outer fairing.e

SPEAKER INSTALLATION
6. Remove one of the speaker pods from the inner fairing. (Fig. 1)
a. Ther are five fasteners in the center p an three on the outside to release it from innere ortion d the
fairing.
7. Remov stock wit speake from the kit.e the speaker and replace h the PSC652 r
a. Install the speaker into the pod and fasten with the original speaker screws. (Fig. 2)
8. Reinstall the to the inner fairing. pod
9. Repeat for the other side.
AMP TALLATION INS

Remove four screws rom the D onnect odule. emove Modul from Bracket. elocate Modul to the clutc sid of h radio nd secure with w 8” zi ties includ f H C M R e R e h e t e a t o p ed. (Fig.
3 and Fig. 4) NOTE: There may be some connectors that will be relocated p off of the radi chassis fo the am o r bracket t fit. o
10. Fasten the amplifier to the bracket with the supplied hardware.
a. Insert the olts hrough the ottom he bracke b t b of t t and nstall he locknuts o i t t the amplifier.
11. At this time, is highly recommended to set the amp gai setting 0. KICKER recommends that the switches b set u as it n to dip e p follows (Fig. 5)

Amp1: HI-PASS – 80 Hz

12. After finishing System Setup, use t supplied ¼” hardware and fasten the amp/bracket assembly to the radio chassis with the 10 connector and power connector he -pin
facing the throttle side. (Fig. 6)
HARNESS INSTALLATION
13. Plug th harness into the amplifier and route the speaker wires to their respective locations. e (Fig. 7)
a. Separate the speaker connectors and plug in the amplifier harness to each speaker.
14. Plu the 4g -pin male, rear audio connector into the 4 audio signal connector comin from the radio harness. -pin femal reare g (Fig. 8 and 9) Fig.
15. Plug the switched power harness th 2 amp connector on the throttle side of the fairing. into e -pin (Fig. 10)
16. Plug the blue wire on kicker harness into the switched power harness lead with one wire. the
a. This allows for an accessory 12V port to remain available.
17. Route the clutch the power leads alon and the rear speaker plug g the side of frame neck, i caddy t th seat area. n the electrical o e (Fig. 11)
18. Reconnect t battery terminals an pull excess he d the harness slack back into th fairing. Create a slack loop with excess harness slack. e
19. Plug t radio he in and set the gain. If not using rear speakers it is recommend to leave the amp 2 gain turned all the way down.

Note: If you are not using rear speakers you will need to connect the Dummy Plug (fig. 13) to the rear speaker connector under the seat.
