Charging instructions
Read the instruction manual thoroughly before use. Keep the manual for future reference.
1. Insert 1–8 pcs NiMH batteries into 1 or 2 battery charger(s) according to the battery polarity (Fig. 1).
2. Place the battery charger(s) onto the charger dock (Fig. 2a & 2b).
3. Connect the micro USB end of the cable to the micro USB port of the charger dock (Fig. 3a).
4. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a smartphone wall charger (Fig. 3b) or similar USB port on a power
bank or USB car charger.
Charging will commence and the battery icons on the display will show the status of the batteries.
The battery icons will flash green when the batteries are charging ( ).
For bad or single-use batteries, battery icons will flash rapidly ( ).
5. Once the batteries are fully charged (Battery icons constant green ), remove the charger(s) from the charger
dock. Remove the batteries from the charger(s) and disconnect the charger dock from the power supply.
When using 8-slot charger dock & 2 chargers for charging batteries, the required power source for normal
operation is 5V/2A. Once the 8-slot charger dock & 2 chargers are connected to a power source lower than
5V/2A, there will be insufficient power for charging. One of the chargers will probably be shut-down and stop
charging.
The 4 LEDs on the first detected (shut-down) charger will flash red & green alternatively and stop charging, and
the charger dock will change to stand-by mode (symbol ( ) will be shown on LCD display). The charger must
be removed and re-inserted to the charger dock with 5V/2A power source to reset for normal operation.
Remark: Most computer USB ports may not reach to 5V/2A, which may cause the insufficient power condition
for charging batteries.
6. Replace the batteries if the aging icons ( ) is shown on the display for that particular channel.
7. For charger usage instructions, please refer to the instruction manual of GP NiMH USB charger.
For best performance and safety, always use GP NiMH batteries.
Usage tips
• It is normal for batteries to become hot during charging and they will gradually cool down to room temperature
after fully charged.
• Remove batteries from the electrical device if the device is not going to be used for a long time.
• Battery storage temperature: -25 ~ +60°C
• Charger dock operation temperature: 0 ~ +35°C
Safety information
• This charger dock is designed to charge only NiMH batteries. Charging other batteries may lead to explosion,
battery rupture or leakage, personal injury or property damage.
• This charger dock is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose the charger dock to rain, snow or direct
sunlight.
• Do not use the charger dock in humid conditions.
• Make sure the charger dock is used between 0 ~ +35°C.
• To reduce the risk of injury, it is recommended that GP NiMH batteries are used.
• Do not use non-rechargeable, LiFePO4, NiCD or Li-ion batteries.
• Do not use the charger dock if it has a damaged plug.
• Do not use the charger dock after it has been dropped or damaged. Do not open/disassemble the charger dock.
• This charger dock is maintenance-free but should be wiped clean regularly with a dry and soft cloth. Do not
use abrasives or solvents. Unplug the charger dock before cleaning.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this
device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities.
Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems available. If electrical
appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater
and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.

Tips voor het gebruik
• Het is normaal dat batterijen warm worden tijdens het laden. Na het opladen koelen de batterijen langzaam weer
af tot kamertemperatuur.
• Verwijder batterijen uit elektrische apparatuur als deze gedurende langere tijd niet gebruikt gaat worden.
• Bewaartemperatuur batterijen: -25°C tot +60°C
• Bedrijfstemperatuur bij laden: 0°C tot +35°C
Veiligheidsinformatie
• Dit laadstation is speciaal ontwikkeld om enkel NIMH-batterijen op te laden. Het opladen van andere batterijen kan
leiden tot een explosie, breuk of lekkage van de batterij, persoonlijk letsel of materiële schade.
• Dit laadstation is enkel bedoeld om binnenshuis te worden gebruikt. Stel het laadstation niet bloot aan regen, sneeuw
of direct zonlicht.
• Gebruik het laadstation niet in vochtige omstandigheden.
• Zorg ervoor dat het laadstation gebruikt wordt bij een temperatuur tussen 0 en +35°C.
• Om het risico op letsel te verkleinen, is het aanbevo om GP NiMH-batterijen te gebruiken.
• Gebruik geen niet-oplaadbare, LiFePO4-, NiCD- of Li-ion-batterijen.
• Gebruik het laadstation niet wanneer er een plug beschadigd is.
• Gebruik het laadstation niet nadat deze is gevallen of beschadigd is geraakt. Open/demonteer het laadstation niet.
• Dit laadstation is onderhoudsvrij, maar moet regelmatig worden afgeveegd met een droge en zachte doek. Gebruik
geen bijtende of oplosmiddelen. Ontkoppel het laadstation voor het schoonmaken.
• Dit apparaat mag gebruikt worden door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en door personen met verminderde fysieke, zintuiglijke
of mentale vermogens of die een gebrek aan ervaring en kennis hebben, op voorwaarde dat ze onder toezicht
staan of instructies hebben gekregen betreffende het veilig gebruik van het toestel en dat ze de risico’s die eraan
verbonden zijn, begrijpen. Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen. Het reinigen en onderhouden van het
apparaat mag niet gebeuren door kinderen zonder toezicht.
Dit toestel is in overeenstemming met Deel 15 van de FCC-regels. De werking ervan is onderworpen aan de volgende
twee voorwaarden: (1) dit toestel mag geen schadelijke interferentie veroorzaken en (2) dit toestel moet elke ontvangen
interferentie aanvaarden, inclusief interferentie die een ongewenste werking kan veroorzaken.
Werp geen elektrische toestellen weg als niet-gesorteerd gemeentelijk afval, gebruik de bestaande
inzamelfaciliteiten. Neem contact op met uw plaatselijke overheid voor meer informatie over de beschikbare
inzamelsystemen. Wanneer elektrische toestellen worden weggegooid of op stortplaatsen worden gedumpt,
kunnen gevaarlijke stoffen in het grondwater lekken en zo in de voedselketen terecht komen, wat schadelijk
kan zijn voor uw gezondheid en welzijn.
Laadinstructies
Lees voor gebruik de gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door. Bewaar de gebruiksaanwijzing voor toekomstig
gebruik.
1. Plaats 1 tot 8 stuks NiMH-batterijen in 1 of 2 batterijlader(s) volgens de juiste polariteit (fig. 1).
2. Plaats de batterijlader(s) op het oplaadstation (fig. 2a & 2b).
3. Sluit de micro-USB connector van de kabel aan op de micro-USB poort van het laadststation (fig. 3a).
4. Sluit het andere uiteinde van de USB-kabel aan op een wandoplader voor smartphones (fig. 3b) of een vergelijkbare
USB-poort op een computer, powerbank of USB autolader.
Het opladen zal nu beginnen, de batterij iconen op het display tonen de status van de batterijen. De batterij iconen
knipperen groen tijdens het opladen van de batterijen ( ). Indien er defecte of niet-oplaadbare batterijen geplaatst
worden knipperen de batterij iconen snel ( ).
5. Haal de oplader(s) uit het laadstsation nadat de batterijen volledig opgeladen zijn (batterij iconen continu groen ). Haal
de batterijen uit de lader(s) en koppel het laadstation los van de voeding.
Bij gebruik van het 8-slot laadstation en 2 USB laders is de benodigde stroom output van de krachtbron 5V/2A. Als
het 8- slots laadstation incl. 2 USB laders aangesloten worden op een krachtbron met een lager output dan 5V/2A,
zal er onvoldoende stroom zijn voor het opladen. Een van de opladers zal dan waarschijnlijk worden uitgeschakeld en
stoppen met opladen.
De 4 LED’s van de uitgeschakelde lader zullen afwisselend rood en groen knipperen. Het laden zal stoppen en het
laadstation zal overschakelen naar de stand-by modus. (Symbool zal worden weergegeven op het LCD-display). De
oplader moet worden verwijderd en opnieuw in het laadstation met een krachtbron van 5V/2A worden geplaatst om te
resetten voor normaal gebruik.
Opmerking: De meeste USB-poorten van computers bereiken geen 5V/2A, waardoor er mogelijk onvoldoende stroom
is voor het opladen van batterijen.
6. Vervang de batterijen als het verouderingsicoon ( ) voor dat specifieke kanaal op het display wordt getoond.
7. Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing van de GP NiMH USB lader voor het gebruik van de lader.
Gebruik voor de beste prestaties en veiligheid altijd GP NiMH-batterijen.
