REINIGUNG
Trennen Sie zunÀchst sÀmtliche UnterwassergerÀte von der Stromquelle bevor Sie irgendeine Arbeit in
Angriff nehmen. Entfernen Sie das MotorgehÀuse (s. Abb. 3) und nehmen Sie den Vorfilter heraus. Ziehen
Sie den Rotor aus seiner Halterung. Waschen Sie alle Teile sorgfĂ€ltig mit einer nicht-metallischen BĂŒrste.
Falls erforderlich, entfernen Sie eventuelle Kalkablagerungen, indem Sie die Pumpenteile fĂŒr einige
Stunden in Essig oder Zitronensaft legen. Setzen Sie die Pumpe zusammen indem Sie alle Teile wieder
an ihren richtigen Platz bringen.
AUSWECHSELN DER BUCHSEN
Sollten die LaufgerÀusche der Pumpe nach lÀngerer Laufzeit zu laut werden, wechseln Sie bitte die
Buchsen wie folgt aus: Ăffnen Sie die Pumpe und entfernen Sie die alten Buchsen (s. Abb. 4) Setzen Sie
die neuen, bei Ihrem FachhĂ€ndler erhĂ€ltlichen Buchsen ein. Achten Sie darauf, daĂ die FĂŒhrungslöcher
nach innen zeigen und drĂŒcken Sie sie an, bis sie an dem dafĂŒr vorgesehenen Platz festsitzen (s. Abb. 4).
GARANTIE
FĂŒr dieses Produkt gewĂ€hren wir ab dem Kaufdatum eine 24 monatige Garantie auf Material
und werkseitige Montage. Das GerÀt wurden nach den IEC EN 60 335-2-41 Sicherheitsvorschriften
konstruiert, nach sorgfÀltigen Arbeitsmethoden und unter Verwendung von Materialien höchster

NEUER ROTOR âWHIRLERâ
Um höchste Sicherheit und Laufruhe zu bieten wurde diese Pumpe mit einem einzigartigen neuen
Rotorsystem ausgestattet. Die Welle ist in das Laufrad integriert und dreht sich in zwei selbstschmirenden
Spezialbuchsen um der Abnutzung entegenzuwirken und mögliche Vibrationen zu absorbieren.
Bringen Sie die SaugnÀpfe an die Pumpe an (s. Abb. 1)
REGULIERUNG
Die Pumpenleistung ist in 6 Stufen regulierbar. Um die entsprechende Pumpenleistung einzustellen,
drehen Sie den Kontrollhebel gegen min. und max. (s. Abb. 2) bis die Anzeige ĂŒber die gewĂŒnschte
Fördermenge auf dem Display erscheint.
WARTUNG
Der Motor ist vollstĂ€ndig versigelt, durch einen Selbstschutz gegen Ăberhitzen abgesichert und weit-
gehend wartungsfrei. Bei Störungen zunĂ€chst die Stromzufuhr, die AnschlĂŒsse und den Schutzschalter
der elektrischen Anlage kontrollieren, Falls alles in Ordnung ist, muĂ die Pumpe gereiningt werden.
Waschen Sie in regelmĂ€Ăigen AbstĂ€nden den Filter, den Rotor und das PumpengehĂ€use (s. Abb. 3) um
Verunreinigungen und Kalkablagerungen zu vermeiden.
NETTOYAGE
Avant de mettre vos mains dans lâeau, dĂ©branchez tous les appareils Ă©lectriques immergĂ©s. Deboiter le
couvercle de la pompe et enlever la crépine avec le systÚme de régulation du débit (fig. 3). Sortir la
turbine de son emplacement. Rincer le tout sous lâeau claire Ă lâaide dâune brosse non mĂ©tallique.
Les dĂ©pĂŽts calcaires qui rĂ©sistent peuvent ĂȘtre enlevĂ©s en laissant lâunitĂ© immergĂ©e dans du vinaigre ou
du jus de citron pendant quelque heures.
REMPLACEMENT DES PALIERS DE LA TURBINE
Si nécessaire (quand par example la pompe devient trop bruyante) ouvrir
la pompe et enlever les paliers (fig. 4) Emboiter les nouveaux paliers dans les ergots
correspondants (fig. 5).
GARANTIE
Le matĂ©riel et lâassemblage de cette unitĂ©, sont garanti pendant 24 mois de la date dâachat. LâunitĂ©
a été fabriquée en conformité aux Normes de Sécurité IEC EN 60 335-2-41 avec les technologies les
plus modernes en utilisant des matériaux de qualité pour garantir la puissance, la fiabilité et une
longue satisfaction. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les défauts dus à altération, négligence, mauvaise
utilisation, modifications techniques ou le mauvais entretien. La garantie sera reconnue unique-

âWHIRLERâ
Pour garantir son caractĂšre particuliĂšrement fiable et silencieux, cette pompe est equipĂ©e dâun nouveau
systĂšme de turbine. Lâaxe tourne en restant solidaire de lâaiment grĂ ce Ă des paliers en matĂ©riau spĂ©cifi-
que, autolubrifiant et resistant Ă lâusure, qui assure aussi lâabsorbption des vibrations.
Fixer les ventouses sur la pompe comme indiqué en fig. 1.
REGULATION DU DEBIT
La pompe est equipĂ©e dâun robinet de rĂ©gulation de dĂ©bit Ă six positions, avec indica-
teur du débit. Tournez le robinet vers min. pour diminuer le débit ou vers max. pour
lâaugmenter, jusquâĂ ce que la valeur dĂ©sirĂ©e du debit apparaisse dans la fenĂȘtre
dâindication (fig. 2).
ENTRETIEN
Le moteur est entiĂšrement encapsulĂ© et protegĂ© contre les surchauffes, il nâa pas besoin dâentretien. Si
lâunitĂ© ne fonctionne pas, vĂ©rifier avant tout le branchement Ă©lectrique, le disjoncteur etc., si tout est
parfait lâappareil devrait simplement ĂȘtre Ă nettoyĂ©r!
Il est recommandé de nettoyer réguliÚrement la crépine, la turbine et la chambre à eau (fig. 3) en
prenant soin dâĂ©liminer tous les dĂ©pĂŽts.
Regular cleaning of the strainer, the rotor/impeller and the pump chamber (fig. 3) is recommended to
remove any debris and lime-scale, which could block the unit.
CLEANING
Prior to any work on the unit, disconnect all electrical equipment from the mains.
Remove the pump cover (fig. 3) and take off the strainer. Pull the rotor from its location. Carefully rinse
all components under running water cleaning with a non-metallic brush such as toothbrush. If neces-
sary remove lime-scale by leaving the components immersed in vinegar or lemon juice for few hours.
Reassemble the unit so that all components are placed in their original position.
REPLACING THE BUSHINGS
If the pump becomes too noisy after prolonged running, replace the bushings as follows.
Open the pump and remove old bushings (fig. 4). Replace with new bushings from your dealer just by
pushing them with your thumb until they stop in their seats. Take care that holes for shaft are oriented
toward the inside (fig. 5).
WARRANTY
With this product we offer you a guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase on materials
and manufacturing faults. This unit has been manufactured according to the IEC EN 60 335-2-41
Safety Standards, using high quality materials and the most accurate manufacturing processes to
grant the highest satisfaction and long lasting. This guarantee does not cover any mishandling,
damage or technical modification to the unit. No replacement will be given for units that have
not been properly maintained. The guarantee will be honoured only if the unit is returned in its
whole and together with the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of returning under guarantee,
please return it accompanied by this certificate of guarantee and the proof of purchase to your
supplier. We do reserve the right to repair or replace the unit. The guarantee does not cover cases of
damages that may result from misuse, tampering and negligence or from not observing of the Safety
Warnings. This guarantee does not cover parts subjected to natural wearing and tear (i.e. rotors).

NEW STYLE âWHIRLERâ ROTOR
For superior reliability and quietness this unit is equipped with a unique new rotor system. Unlike other
products the shaft is integral part of the impeller and rotates in two special self-lubricating bushes to
withstand wear and tear and absorb possible vibrations.
Mount the rubber feet on the pump as per fig. 1.
ADJUSTING THE FLOW
The pump has a 6-position flow control dial. Rotate the valve toward min. or max. indicator (fig. 2) until
the desired flow appears on the display.
MAINTENANCE
The motor is fully encapsulated and self protected against overheating and needs no particular care. If
the pump fails to work, first check the electrical supply, connections, circuit breaker etc. If these are
correct, the pump needs to be cleaned.

LIMPIEZA
Antes de cualquier operaciĂłn desenchufar todos los aparatos sumergidos.
Sacar la tapa de la bomba (fig. 3) sacar el rotor de su sitio. Limpiar con cuidado los componentes en
agua corriente, utilizando un cepillo que no sea metålico. Limpiar también la rejilla de aspiración.
Los posibles depĂłsitos calcĂĄreos desaparecerĂĄn dejando el aparato sumergido en vinagre o sumo de
limĂłn durante alguna horas.
Volver a montar la bomba de manera que todos los componentes vuelvan a su posiciĂłn original.
SOSTITUCION DE LOS COJINETES
Despues de una larga utilizaciĂłn, la bomba puede ser muy ruidosa, sostituir los cojinetes del siguinte
modo: Abrir la bomba (fig. 3) y girar los cojinetes (fig. 4), colocar los nuevos con el agujero hacia el eje
orientado hacia adentro (fig. 4). Presionar los cojienetes hasta que esten situados en su sitio.

NUEVO ROTOR âWHIRLERâ
Para ofrecer una fiabilidad y silenciosidad mĂĄxima, esta bomba viene equipada con un sistema rotor
completamente nuevo. El eje junto al iman gira entre cojinetes especiales de materiales autolubricados,
para una mayor resistencia al uso garantizando la absorciĂłn de las vibraciones.
Montar las ventosas en la bomba (fig. 1).
REGULACION DE CAUDAL
La bomba va equipada de un sistema de regulaciĂłn de caudal, de seis posiciones, con un indicador.
Girar hacia min. o max. hasta que el valor deseado nos coincida en el indicador (fig. 2).
MANTENIMIENTO
El motor estĂĄ completamente sellado y autoprotegido contra el recalientamiento y no require especial
cuidado. En caso de que no funcione mirar primero el enchufe y el despositivo de seguridad, si todo
estĂĄ correcto la bomba necesita una limpieza.
Se recomienda limpiar con asiduidad las rejillas de aspiraciĂłn, el rotor y la cĂĄmara de la bomba (fig. 3)
eliminando la suciedad y los depositos calcĂĄreos que podrian bloquearla.
PULIZIA
Prima di qualunque operazione, staccare lâalimentazione di tutti gli apparecchi immersi.
Togliere il coperchio pompa (fig. 3). Rimuovere la girante dalla sua sede. Risciacquare con cura i
componenti sotto acqua corrente, usando una spazzola non metallica. Pulire accuratamente anche la
griglia di aspirazione.
Gli eventuali depositi calcarei possono essere rimossi lasciando lâapparecchio immerso in aceto o succo
di limone per alcune ore. Rimontare la pompa in modo che tutti i componenti siano risistemati nella
loro posizione originale.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLE BUSSOLE
Qualora, dopo uso prolungato, la pompa divenisse troppo rumorosa, sostituire le bussole come segue.
Aprire la pompa ed estrarre le bussole (fig. 4). Posizionare le bussole nuove con i fori per lâalberino
orientati verso lâinterno (fig. 4). Premere sulle bussole sino al loro inserimento nelle apposite sedi.
GARANZIA
Il materiale ed il montaggio di questo prodotto, sono garantiti per 24 mesi dalla data di acquisto.
LâunitĂ Ăš stata prodotta secondo le Norme di Sicurezza IEC EN 335-2-41, con processi produttivi
particolarmente accurati e con lâutilizzo di materiali di alta qualitĂ per garantire la massima
affidabilitĂ nel tempo ed elevate prestazioni. La garanzia non copre usi impropri, manomissioni
o modifiche tecniche di qualunque tipo o i prodotti con evidenti segni di mancata manutenzione
o sporchi. La garanzia sarĂ riconosciuta solo se lâunitĂ sarĂ restituita nella sua integritĂ , con lo
scontrino fiscale o la fattura di acquisto. Nel caso si presenti la necessitĂ di ricorrere alla garan-
zia, il prodotto dovrĂ essere restituito assieme al presente certificato e alla prova dâacquisto, al
negoziante. I prodotti rientranti nelle condizioni di garanzia saranno riparati o sostituiti a nostro
insindacabile giudizio. Sono esclusi dalla garanzia, tutti i danni derivanti da uso improprio, man-
cata manutenzione o dalla non osservanza delle norme di sicurezza. Le parti soggette ad usura (es.
il rotore) non sono oggetto della presente garanzia.

Il presente apparecchio non Ăš progettato per essere utilizzato da persone (bambini compresi) con
ridotte capacitĂ fisiche, sensoriali o psichiche o che non siano dotate della necessaria esperienza/
conoscenza, a meno che non siano assistite e controllate da una persona addetta alla sicurezza o
ricevano dalla stessa le istruzioni relative allâutilizzo dellâapparecchio.
Tenere sempre sotto controllo i bambini, per assicurarsi che non giochino con lâapparecchio.

Le pompe 112 - 114 - 126 - 128 e 130, con cavo bipolare, possono essere utilizzate solo allâin-
terno ed in acquario.

Le pompe 112G - 114G - 126G - 128G e 130G con cavo tripolare da mt. 1,5 o 3, sono esclusiva-
mente per uso interno (fontanelle da tavolo ecc.).
NORME DI SICUREZZA

Verificare che la tensione di rete corrisponda a quella riportata sullâetichetta del prodotto.

Collegare lâunitĂ solo a sistemi di alimentazione protetti da interruttore differenziale di sicu-
rezza (salvavita) con corrente di intervento di 0.03A.

I modelli 112G - 114G - 126G - 128G e 130G devono essere collegati solo ad una presa con linea
di terra.

Prima di immergere le mani in acqua, scollegare tutti gli apparecchi elettrici.

Il cavo di questo apparecchio non puĂČ essere riparato o sostituito; in caso di danneggiamento
sostituire lâunitĂ completa.

NUOVO ROTORE âWHIRLERâ
Per offrire affidabilitĂ e silenziositĂ superiori, questa pompa Ăš munita di un sistema rotore completamen-
te nuovo. Lâalbero, solidalmente al magnete, ruota entro bussole speciali di materiale autolubrificante,
per resistere allâusura e garantire lâassorbimento delle vibrazioni.
Montare le ventose come spiegato in fig. 1.
REGOLAZIONE DELLA PORTATA
La pompa Ăš munita di un sistema di regolazione della portata, a sei posizioni, con display indicatore.
Ruotare verso min. o max. sino a che il valore di portata desiderato non appaia sul display (fig. 2).
MANUTENZIONE
Il motore Ăš completamente sigillato ed autoprotetto contro il surriscaldamento e non richiede particolari
cure. In caso di mancato funzionamento controllare per prima cosa i collegamenti dellâimpianto elettrico
ed i dispositivi di sicurezza; se tutto risulta a posto la pompa necessita dâessere pulita.
Si raccomanda di pulire regolarmente la griglia di aspirazione, la girante e la camera della pompa
(fig. 3) eliminando la sporcizia ed i depositi calcarei che potrebbero bloccare lâunitĂ .
