GB Safety instructions
Power supply
• Before connecting the heat pad to the power supply, please
check that it is switched off and that the mains voltage of your
power supply corresponds to the voltage listed on the label.
• Keep mains cable and control unit away from heat, humidity
and liquids. Never touch the mains plug when your hands
are wet or when you are standing in water.
• Only operate the heating pad with the corresponding
switching unit SS02.
• Do not attempt to touch a heat pad which has fallen into
water. Pull the plug out of the socket immediately.
• To disconnect the heat pad, always pull the mains plug out
of the mains socket. Never pull on the cable!
• Do not carry, pull or twist the heat pad using the mains cable.
• Make sure that the power socket and plug are easily
accessible so you can unplug the mains quickly if necessary.
Lay the power cord so that there is no danger of tripping
over it. The cable must not be bent, trapped or twisted.
For special people
• The device complies with the guidelines on electromagnetic
compatibility. If you wear a pacemaker, this could be
affected. Consult your doctor and the manufacturer of your
pacemaker before using this device.
• If you have any medical concerns, please discuss using the
heat pad with your doctor before using it.
• Do not use the device on children or persons who are
disabled, asleep or insensitive to heat (persons who cannot
react on overheating).
• Children below the age of 3 years are not allowed to use this
device, because they are not able to react on overheating.
•
The device must not be used by young children over the age of
3 years, unless the control unit has been adjusted accordingly by
its parents or legal guardians or unless the child has been well
instructed how to use the control unit properly.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Please ensure that the polythene packing is kept away from
the reach of children! Risk of suffocation!
• Do not use the heat pad on parts of the body which are
swollen, inflamed or injured.
• Consult your doctor, if you have pain in muscles or joints for
a prolonged period of time.
Operating the device
• Only use the heat pad as intended and in accordance with
the instruction manual.
• The warranty will become void if it is used improperly.
• Do not use the unit for animals.
• This heat pad is intended only for private use and not for
commercial purposes or for use in hospitals.
• The heating pad is subject to aging. Check heat pad, mains
cable and control unit carefully for damage before each use.
A faulty unit must not be used.
• Do not use the appliance if it is damaged, if its power cord
is damaged, if it is not in perfect working order, or if it has
been dropped or fallen into water. Send the unit to the
service centre for repair to avoid potential hazards.
• Keep the unit out of rain and do not let it get wet. It must
not be used out-of-doors.
• Never place the unit immediately next to a heater or radiator.
• Ensure that the unit does not come into contact with
pointed or sharp objects and do not push pins into it.
• The heat pad must not be used if it has been folded, bent or
crushed.
• Do not use the heat pad underneath quilts, blanket or
pillows or cushions
• Do not use the heat pad when wet and only use it in dry
environments (not in the bathroom or similar environments).
• The control unit must not be placed on or under the heat
pad during operation and it must not be covered.
• Do not sit on the heat pad, but place it like a cushion on the
body part, as required.
• Do not leave the heat pad unattended. Always switch off
the heat pad when not in use and pull the plug out of the
socket. Never use a time switch.
• Do not fall asleep while the heat pad is switched on and the
plug is inserted into the socket.
• Ensure that you follow the safety notes, as prolonged use at a
high setting can result in burns to the skin. Check the skin
areas under the heat pad regularly to prevent burns or blisters.
• If use of the heat pad is unpleasant or painful, discontinue
using it immediately.
Maintenance and cleaning
• You may only clean the heat pad. To avoid potential hazards,
you must never attempt to repair it yourself. Contact the
service centre.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
• Before cleaning the unit, switch it off and unplug it from
the mains. Never immerse the control unit in water or other
fluids.
• Let the heat pad cool down completely before storing it.
Store it in a place that is dry and free from dust, preferably
in the original packaging, until you use it next.
• Do not crease the appliance by placing items on top of it
during storage.
• If a fault occurs, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
Repairs must only be carried out by an authorized specialist
dealer or other suitably qualified personnel.
• A damaged power supply cable must be replaced with a
power cable of the same type.
Read the instruction manual carefully before using this device, especially the safety instructions, and
keep the instruction manual for future use. Should you give this device to another person, it is vital
that you also pass on these instructions for use.

Scope of supply
Please check first of all that the device is complete and is not
damaged in any way. In case of doubt, do not use it and
contact your supplier or your service centre.

If you notice any transport damage during unpacking,
please contact your supplier without delay.
Use
You can use the heat pad to gently heat and relax any part
of the body. Use of the heat pad promotes blood circulation
through sore muscles and increases wellbeing after a strenuous
day. The heat pad reaches a pleasant temperature within
a few minutes of switching on. The temperature can be
adjusted as required.
Operation
Insert the mains plug into the socket and switch on the heat
pad. To do this move the switch on the control unit
to
position 1, or 2 3, as required. The switch clicks into each
position. When the appliance is switched on, the regulating
level appears on the operating control display
. The higher
the regulating level, the higher the temperature.
To switch off the unit, move the switch completely back to
position 0. If the operating control display goes out, the
device is switched off.
Move the selector switch to position before falling1 2or
asleep or any continuous use. The heat pad will switch off
automatically after approx. 90 minutes of continuous use.
Unplug the unit from the mains outlet once you have finished
using it.
Switch positions
0= the heat pad is switched off, the
operating control display is off.
1= lowest heat level,
the operating control display
shows “1”.
Level 1 is recommended
for continuous operation.
2= middle heat level,
the operating control
display shows “2”.
3= highest heat level,
the operating control
display shows “3”.
Automatic cutout
The heat pad is equipped with an automatic cutout.
This switches the unit off after 90 minutes of operation,
independent of the heat level selected. Return the switch to
position 0. However, to switch the heat pad back on, move
the switch back to position and then move it to the heat0
level required.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Before cleaning the pad, unplug it from the mains outlet
and let it cool down for at least ten minutes.
• The heating pad is equipped with a detachable cable.
Disconnect the plug
and remove the cable from the
heating pad.
• You may wash the heating pad gently by hand. The best
way to do this is to put the heating pad in a bath with
lukewarm water and some mild detergent and then gently
squeeze it out.
• To dry, stretch the pad out on a flat surface.
• Rinse the heating pad several times to remove all the
detergent.
• Store the unit in a clean and dry place, laid out flat with
nothing covering or resting on top of it.
• Only use the appliance once it is completely dry.
Disposal
This product must not be disposed of together
with domestic waste.
All users are obliged to hand in all electrical or
electronic devices, regardless of whether or not
they contain toxic substances, at a municipal or
commercial collection point so that they can be
disposed of in an environmentally acceptable
manner.
Consult your local authority or your supplier for
information about disposal.

Warranty and repair terms
Please contact your supplier or the service centre in case of
a claim under the warranty. If you have to send in the unit,
please enclose a copy of your receipt and state what the
defect is.
The following warranty terms apply:
1. The warranty period for ECOMED products is two years
from date of purchase. In case of a warranty claim, the
date of purchase has to be proven by means of the sales
receipt or invoice.
2. Defects in material or workmanship will be corrected free
of charge within the warranty period.
3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty
period either for the unit or for the replacement parts.
4. The following is excluded under the warranty:
a. All damage which has arisen due to improper
treatment, e.g. nonobservance of the user instructions.
b. All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the
customer or unauthorised third parties.
c. Damage which has arisen during transport from the
manufacturer to the consumer or during transport to
the service centre.
d. Accessories which are subject to normal wear and tear.
5. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses
caused by the unit are excluded even if the damage to the
unit is accepted as a warranty claim.

zur Stromversorgung
• Bevor Sie das Gerät an Ihre Stromversorgung anschließen,
achten Sie darauf, dass es ausgeschaltet ist und dass die auf
dem Etikett angegebene elektrische Spannung mit der Ihrer
Steckdose übereinstimmt.
•
Halten Sie das Netzkabel und das Bedienteil von Hitze,
Feuchtigkeit oder Flüssigkeiten fern. Fassen Sie den Netzstecker
niemals mit nassen Händen an oder wenn Sie im Wasser stehen.
• Das Heizkissen darf nur mit der zugehörigen Schalteinheit
SS02 betrieben werden.
• Greifen Sie nicht nach einem Gerät, das ins Wasser gefallen
ist. Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker.
• Um das Gerät vom Stromnetz zu trennen, ziehen Sie immer
den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Ziehen Sie niemals am
Netzkabel!
• Tragen, ziehen oder drehen Sie das Gerät nicht am Netzkabel.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass Steckdose und Netzkabel gut
zugänglich sind, damit Sie ggf. schnell den Netzstecker zie-
hen können. Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel so, dass es nicht zur
Stolperfalle wird. Es darf weder geknickt, eingeklemmt noch
verdreht werden.

Kinder jünger als 3 Jahre dürfen dieses Gerät nicht benut-
zen, da sie unfähig sind, auf Überwärmung zu reagieren.

als 3 Jahren benutzt werden, es sei denn, die Schalteinheit
ist von einem Elternteil oder einer Aufsichtsperson so vor-

Umgebung (nicht in Badezimmer o.ä.).
• Das Bedienteil darf während des Betriebs nicht auf oder
unter das Heizkissen gelegt oder abgedeckt werden.
• Setzen Sie sich nicht auf das Heizkissen, sondern legen Sie
das Kissen auf den gewünschten Körperbereich.
• Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt. Solange Sie das
Heizkissen nicht benutzen, schalten Sie es immer aus und
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Verwenden
Sie keinesfalls eine Zeitschaltuhr.
• Schlafen Sie nicht ein, während das Heizkissen eingeschaltet
ist und der Netzstecker in der Steckdose steckt.
• Beachten Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise, da bei allzu-
langer Anwendung bei hoher Einstellung es zu Hautverbren-
nungen kommen kann. Überprüfen Sie die Hautpartien unter-
halb des Heizkissens regelmäßig, um Verbrennungen oder die
Bildung von Brandblasen zu vermeiden.
• Sollten Sie die Anwendung als unangenehm oder schmerz-
haft empfinden, brechen Sie die Behandlung sofort ab.
für Wartung und Reinigung
• Sie selbst dürfen an dem Gerät nur Reinigungsarbeiten aus-
führen. Um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden, reparieren Sie nie-
mals selbständig. Wenden Sie sich an die Servicestelle.
•
Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern
ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
• Bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen, schalten Sie es aus und ziehen
Sie immer den Netzstecker. Tauchen Sie die Bedieneinheit
niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
• Lassen Sie das Heizkissen erst völlig auskühlen, bevor Sie es
verstauen. Bewahren Sie es bis zum nächsten Gebrauch trok-
ken und staubfrei auf, idealerweise in der Originalverpackung.
•
Belasten Sie das Gerät nicht, indem Sie während der
Lagerung Gegenstände darauf ablegen.
• Reparieren Sie im Falle einer Störung das Heizkissen nicht
selbst. Eine Reparatur darf nur von einem autorisierten
Fachhändler oder einer entsprechend qualifizierten Person
durchgeführt werden.
• Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel kann durch ein Netzkabel gleicher
Bauart ersetzt werden.

Lieferumfang
Bitte prüfen Sie zunächst, ob das Gerät vollständig ist und
keinerlei Beschädigung aufweist. Im Zweifelsfalle nehmen
Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb und wenden Sie sich an Ihren
Händler oder an Ihre Servicestelle.
Zum Lieferumfang gehören:
• 1 Heizkissen HP-40E / HP-46E inkl. Schalteinheit SS02
• 1 Gebrauchsanweisung
Sollten Sie beim Auspacken einen Transportschaden bemer-
ken, setzen Sie sich sofort mit Ihrem Händler in Verbindung.
Anwendung
Mit dem Heizkissen können Sie gezielt Körperregionen sanft
erwärmen und entspannen. Die Anwendung fördert
die Durchblutung in verhärteten Muskelbereichen und das
Wohlbefinden nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Das
Heizkissen erreicht wenige Minuten nach dem Einschalten
eine angenehme Temperatur, die individuell eingestellt wer-
den kann.
Betrieb
Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose und schalten Sie
das Heizkissen ein. Schieben Sie dazu den Schalter des
Bedienteils
in die gewünschte Position . Der1 2, oder 3
Schalter rastet in jeder Schalterstellung mit einem Klick-
geräusch ein. Sobald das Gerät eingeschaltet ist, erscheint die
Schaltstufe in der Betriebskontrollanzeige
. Je höher die
Schaltstufe, desto höher wird die Temperatur.
Um das Gerät wieder auszuschalten, schieben Sie den
Schalter ganz zurück auf Position . Wenn die Betriebskon-0
trollanzeige erlischt, ist das Gerät ausgeschaltet.
Schieben Sie den Schalter auf Position , bevor Sie1oder 2
einschlafen bzw., wenn Sie das Gerät im Dauerbetrieb nut-
zen möchten. Nach ca. 90 Minuten Dauerbetrieb schaltet
sich das Kissen automatisch ab.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, wenn Sie das
Heizkissen nicht mehr benutzen wollen.
Schalterpositionen
0= das Heizkissen ist ausgeschaltet,
die Betriebskontrollanzeige ist aus.
1 = niedrigste Wärmestufe,
die Betriebskontrollanzeige
zeigt “1”.
Stufe 1 wird für den
Dauerbetrieb empfohlen.
2 = mittlere Wärmestufe,
die Betriebskontroll-
anzeige zeigt “2”.
3 = höchste Wärmestufe,
die Betriebskontroll-
anzeige zeigt “3”.
Automatische Abschaltung
Das Heizkissen ist mit einer automatischen Abschaltung aus-
gestattet. Es schaltet sich, unabhänig von der eingestellten
Wärmestufe, nach 90 Minuten Betrieb ab. Schieben Sie den
Schalter ganz zurück auf Position 0.
Um das Heizkissen wieder einzuschalten, schieben Sie den
Schalter zurück auf Position und dann wieder auf die0
gewünschte Heizstufe.
Reinigung und Pflege
• Bevor Sie das Kissen reinigen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker
und lassen es mindestens zehn Minuten abkühlen.
• Das Heizkissen ist mit einem abnehmbaren Kabel aus-
gestattet. Trennen Sie die Steckverbindung
und entfer-
nen Sie das Kabel vom Heizkissen.
• Das Heizkissen dürfen Sie sanft per Handwäsche reinigen.
Am besten legen Sie das Heizkissen in eine Badewanne mit
handwarmem Wasser und etwas Feinwaschmittel und
drücken es sanft aus.
• Lassen Sie das Kissen ausgebreitet auf einer flachen
Unterlage trocknen.
• Spülen Sie das Heizkissen mehrere Male, um alle
Waschmittelreste zu entfernen.
• Bewahren Sie das Kissen ausgebreitet liegend, ohne zusätz-
liche Auflagen, an einem sauberen und trockenen Platz auf.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät erst wieder, wenn es völlig trocken ist.
Entsorgung
Dieses Gerät darf nicht zusammen mit dem
Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Jeder Verbraucher ist verpflichtet, alle elektri-
schen oder elektronischen Geräte, egal, ob sie
Schadstoffe enthalten oder nicht, bei einer
Sammelstelle seiner Stadt oder im Handel abzu-
geben, damit sie einer umweltschonenden
Entsorgung zugeführt werden können.
Wenden Sie sich hinsichtlich der Entsorgung an Ihre
Kommunalbehörde oder Ihren Händler.

Garantie/Reparaturbedingungen
Bitte wenden Sie sich im Garantiefall an Ihr Fachgeschäft
oder direkt an die Servicestelle. Sollten Sie das Gerät ein-
schicken müssen, geben Sie bitte den Defekt an und legen
eine Kopie der Kaufquittung bei.
Es gelten dabei die folgenden Garantiebedingungen:
1. ECOMEDAuf Produkte wird ab Verkaufsdatum eine
Garantie für zwei Jahre gewährt. Das Verkaufsdatum ist im
Garantiefall durch die Kaufquittung oder Rechnung nach-
zuweisen.
2. Mängel infolge von Material- oder Fertigungsfehlern wer-
den innerhalb der Garantiezeit kostenlos beseitigt.
3. Durch eine Garantieleistung tritt keine Verlängerung der
Garantiezeit, weder für das Gerät noch für ausgewechsel-
te Bauteile, ein.
4. Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:
a. alle Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung,
z.B. durch Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung,
entstanden sind.
b. Schäden, die auf Instandsetzung oder Eingriffe durch
den Käufer oder unbefugte Dritte zurückzuführen sind.

Informazioni sull’alimentazione di corrente
• Prima di collegare l'apparecchio all'alimentazione elettrica,
verificare che sia spento e che la tensione elettrica indicata
sull'etichetta corrisponda a quella della presa di corrente.
•
Tenere lontano il cavo di alimentazione e l'elemento di comando
al riparo da fonti di calore, umidità o liquidi. Non afferrare mai
la spina di rete con le mani bagnate o quando si è in acqua.
• Il termoforo può essere azionato solamente con la rispettiva
unità di commutazione SS02.
• Non afferrare mai un apparecchio caduto in acqua.
• Estrarre immediatamente la spina di rete. Per disinserire
l'apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione, estrarre sempre la
spina di rete dalla presa. Non tirare mai il cavo di alimentazione!
• Non trascinare, tirare o girare l'apparecchio afferrandolo dal
cavo di alimentazione.
• Assicurarsi che presa e cavo di alimentazione siano facil-
mente accessibili, in modo da poter staccare velocemente la
spina di alimentazione in caso di necessità. Posizionare il
cavo di alimentazione in modo che non sia di intralcio per il
passaggio. Non deve essere piegato, serrato o attorcigliato.
Per persone con esigenze particolari
• L’apparecchio soddisfa le prescrizioni in materia di compat-

• Il termoforo è soggetto a invecchiamento. Prima dell'utilizzo
verificare accuratamente eventuali danni del termoforo, del
cavo di alimentazione e dell'elemento di comando. Un appa-
recchio difettoso non deve essere messo in funzione.
• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se quest’ultimo o il cavo di
collegamento sono danneggiati, se l’apparecchio non
funziona correttamente e se è caduto a terra o in acqua. Per
evitare pericoli, inviare l'apparecchio al centro di assistenza
per la riparazione.

sulla parte del corpo desiderata.
• Non lasciare incustodito l'apparecchio. Spegnere sempre il
termoforo ed estrarre la spina di rete dalla presa di corrente
se non si utilizza l'apparecchio. Non utilizzare in alcun caso
un orologio programmabile.
• Non addormentarsi con il termoforo acceso e con la spina di
rete nella presa di corrente.
• Attenersi sempre alle avvertenze per la sicurezza poiché un
impiego troppo lungo con un’impostazione alta può causare
ustioni della pelle. Controllare regolarmente le zone cutanee
al di sotto del cuscino elettrico per evitare ustioni o forma-
zioni di vesciche.
• Qualora l'applicazione risultasse fastidiosa o dolorosa, inter-
rompere il trattamento.
Informazioni sulla manutenzione e la pulizia
• L'utilizzatore può solo effettuare interventi di pulizia sull'ap-
parecchio. Per evitare rischi, non effettuare mai riparazioni
personalmente. Rivolgersi al centro di assistenza.
• I bambini non possono effettuare la pulizia e la manutenzione
utente se non sono sorvegliati.
• Prima di pulire l'apparecchio, spegnerlo ed estrarre sempre
la spina di rete. Non immergere mai l’unità di comando in
acqua o in altri liquidi.

Lasciare raffreddare completamente il termoforo prima di riporlo.
Fino all'utilizzo successivo, conservarlo all'asciutto e lontano dalla
polvere o meglio ancora nel suo imballaggio originale.

Quando la termoforo è stata riposta, non collocare alcun
oggetto su di essa per evitare che si possa danneggiare.
• In caso di guasti non procedere da soli alla riparazione del
termoforo. Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusiva-
mente da un rivenditore specializzato autorizzato o da una
persona qualificata.

Sostituire un cavo di alimentazione danneggiato con uno

Alimentation en courant
• Avant de raccorder l'appareil à l'alimentation électrique,
vérifiez qu'il est éteint et que la tension électrique spécifiée
sur l'étiquette est adaptée à votre prise de courant.
• Maintenez le câble électrique et le boîtier de commande
éloignés des sources de chaleur, de l'humidité ou des
liquides. Ne touchez jamais le connecteur avec les mains
mouillées ou lorsque vous êtes dans l'eau.
• Le coussin chauffant doit être utilisé uniquement avec l’unité
de commande comprise dans la livraison.SS02
• Ne touchez pas un appareil qui est tombé dans l'eau.
Débranchez immédiatement le connecteur.
• Pour couper l'alimentation électrique de l'appareil, retirez
toujours le connecteur de la prise de courant. Ne tirez jamais

• Ne vous asseyez pas sur le coussin chauffant, mais placez le
coussin sur la partie du corps souhaitée.

Ne laissez pas l'appareil sans surveillance. Si vous n'utilisez pas le
coussin chauffant, conservez-le toujours éteint et retirez le connec-
teur de la prise de courant. N'utilisez en aucun cas une minuterie.
• Ne vous endormez pas lorsque le coussin chauffant est allumé
et que le connecteur se trouve dans la prise de courant.
• Observez impérativement les consignes de sécurité car une
utilisation prolongée avec des températures trop élevées
peut entraîner des brûlures. Contrôlez régulièrement les
parties de la peau situées sous le coussin chauffant afin
d’éviter toute brûlure ou formation d’ampoules.
• Si vous trouvez le coussin désagréable ou douloureux à
utiliser, interrompez immédiatement l'utilisation.
Entretien et nettoyage

Vous n'êtes personnellement autorisé qu'à effectuer des tâches
de nettoyage sur l'appareil. Pour éviter tout danger, ne le réparez
jamais vous-même. Adressez-vous au service après-vente.
• Le nettoyage et l’entretien de la part de l’utilisateur ne

durant le transport, contactez immédiatement votre revendeur.
Application
Le coussin chauffant vous permet de chauffer et de dé-
tendre certaines parties de votre corps. Le coussin favorise la
circulation du sang dans les zones musculaires rigides et
améliore votre bien-être après une journée de stress. Le coussin
chauffant atteint une température agréable quelques minutes
seulement après l'avoir allumé; la température peut être réglée
selon vos besoins particuliers.
Fonctionnement
Branchez le connecteur dans la prise de courant et allumez le
coussin chauffant. Placez l'interrupteur du boîtier de commande
dans la position souhaitée ( ). L'interrupteur émet1 2 , ou 3
avec un léger bruit en passant d'une position à une autre.
Dès que l’appareil est éteint, le niveau apparaît dans le
témoin de fonctionnement
. Plus le niveau est élevé, plus
la température est élevée. Pour éteindre l'appareil, replacez
l'interrupteur en position . Lorsque le témoin de fonctionne-0
ment s’éteint, l’appareil est éteint.
Mettez le commutateur en position 1ou 2avant de vous
endormir ou si vous souhaitez utiliser l’appareil en fonctionne-
ment permanent. Au bout d'env. 90 minutes de fonctionne-
ment constant, le coussin s'éteint automatiquement.
Débranchez la fiche secteur de la prise de courant lorsque
vous n'utilisez plus le coussin chauffant.

Arrêt automatique
Le coussin chauffant est équipé d'un arrêt automatique. Il
s'éteint au bout de 90 minutes d'utilisation, indépendamment
du niveau de chaleur sélectionné. Replacez l'interrupteur jusqu'en
position 0. Si vous souhaitez de nouveau allumer le coussin
chauffant, replacez l'interrupteur en position 0, puis déplacez-
le vers les niveaux de chaleur souhaités.
Nettoyage et entretien
• Avant de nettoyer le coussin, débranchez la fiche secteur
de la prise de courant et laissez-le refroidir au moins dix
minutes.
• Le coussin chauffant dispose d’un câble amovible.
Débranchez les raccords enfichables
et retirez le câble
du coussin chauffant.
• Vous pouvez laver le coussin chauffant à la main, en
douceur. Le mieux est de placer le coussin chauffant dans
une baignoire, avec de l’eau tiède et une lessive pour linge
délicat et de l’essorer délicatement.
• Dépliez le coussin sur une surface plane et laissez-le sécher.
• Rincez le coussin chauffant plusieurs fois afin de retirer tous
les restes de lessive.
• Rangez le coussin à plat sans rien poser dessus, dans un
endroit propre et sec.
• Ne réutilisez l’appareil que lorsqu’il est complètement sec.
Élimination
Cet appareil ne doit pas être placé avec les
ordures ménagères. Chaque consommateur doit
ramener les appareils électriques ou électroniques,
qu’ils contiennent des substances nocives ou non,
à un point de collecte de sa commune ou dans
le commerce afin de permettre leur élimination

Conditions de garantie et
de réparation
En cas de recours à la garantie, veuillez vous adresser à votre
revendeur spécialisé ou contactez directement le service
clientèle. S’il est nécessaire d’expédier l’appareil, veuillez
indiquer le défaut constaté et joindre une copie du justificatif
d’achat.
Les conditions de garantie sont les suivantes:
1. Une garantie de deux ans à compter de la date d’achat est
accordée sur les produits . En cas d’interventionECOMED
de la garantie, la date d’achat doit être prouvée en
présentant le justificatif d’achat ou lafacture.
2. Durant la période de garantie, les défauts liés à des erreurs
de matériel ou de fabrication sont éliminés gratuitement.
3. Les services effectués sous garantie n’entraînent pas de
prolongation de la période de garantie, ni pour l’appareil,
ni pour les composants remplacés.
4. Sont exclus de la garantie:
a.
tous les dommages dus à un usage incorrect, par exemple
au nonrespect de la notice d’utilisation.
b. les dommages dus à une remise en état ou des
interventions effectuées par l’acheteur ou par de tierces
personnes non autorisées.
c. les dommages survenus durant le transport de l’appareil
depuis le site du fabricant jusque chez l’utilisateur ou
lors de l’expédition de l’appareil au service clientèle.
d. les accessoires soumis à une usure normale.
5. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les dommages
consécutifs causés directement ou indirectement par
l’appareil, y compris lorsque le dommage survenu sur
l’appareil est couvert par la garantie.

Materiale in dotazione
Verificare in primo luogo che l’apparecchio sia completo e che
non vi siano segni di danni. In caso di dubbi non mettere in
funzione l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore o al
proprio centro di assistenza.
Il materiale consegnato consta di:
• 1 Termoforo HP-40E/HP-46E
con la unità di commutazione SS02
• 1 Manuale d’istruzioni per l’uso
In caso di danneggiamenti dovuti al trasporto, mettersi
immediatamente in contatto con il proprio rivenditore.
Applicazione
Il termoforo consente di riscaldare e distendere delicatamente
regioni specifiche del corpo. L'applicazione stimola
il flusso sanguigno nelle aree muscolari irrigidite e apporta
benessere dopo una giornata stressante. Dopo pochi minuti
dall'accensione, il termoforo raggiunge una temperatura grad-
evole che può essere impostata secondo le proprie esigenze.
Funzionamento
Inserire la spina di rete nella prese di corrente e accendere il
termoforo. A tal fine, spingere l'interruttore dell'elemento di
comando
nella posizione 1, 2 o 3 desiderata.
L'interruttore scatta in qualsiasi posizione con un clic. Non
appena l’apparecchio si è attivato, sulla spia di controllo del
funzionamento
viene visualizzato il livello di commutazione.
Maggiore è il livello di commutazione, più elevata sarà la
temperatura. Per spegnere nuovamente l'apparecchio,
spostare l'interruttore completamente indietro in posizione 0.
Quando la spia di controllo del funzionamento si spegne,
l’apparecchio è disattivato.
Portare il commutatore sulla posizione prima di1o 2
addormentarsi o se si desidera utilizzare l’apparecchio nel
funzionamento prolungato. Dopo ca. 90 minuti di funzion-
amento continuato, il cuscino si spegne automaticamente.
Se non si vuole più usare il termoforo, togliere la spina dalla
presa.
Posizioni dell'interruttore
0= il termoforo è spento, la spia di contr-
ollo del funzionamento è spenta.
1= livello di calore minimo,
la spia di controllo del funzion-
amento indica “1”.
Per il funzionamento continuo
si raccomanda il livello 1.
2= livello di calore medio, la spia
di controllo del funzion-
amento indica “2”.
3= livello di calore massimo,
la spia di controllo del
funzionamento indica
“3”.
Spegnimento automatico
Il termoforo è dotato di un sistema di spegnimento auto-
matico. L'apparecchio si spegne dopo 190 minuti di funzion-
amento, indipendentemente dal livello di calore impostato.
Portare l'interruttore completamente indietro in posizione 0.
Per riaccendere il termoforo, spostare l'interruttore indietro in
posizione 0e poi nuovamente al livello di calore desiderato.
Pulizia e manutenzione
• Prima di procedere alla pulitura del cuscino, togliere la spina
e lasciarlo raffreddare almeno dieci minuti.
• Il termoforo è provvisto di un cavo rimovibile. Staccare il
collegamento a spina
e rimuovere il cavo dal termoforo.
• È possibile lavare il termoforo delicatamente a mano.
Immergere il termoforo nella vasca da bagno riempita con
acqua tiepida e con un po’ di detersivo delicato e premere
lievemente.
• Per asciugare il cuscino, stenderlo su una superficie piana.
• Risciacquare più volte il termoforo finché non viene eliminata
ogni traccia di detersivo.
• Conservare il termoforo riponendolo, disteso e senza
sostegni supplementari, in un luogo pulito e asciutto.
• Impiegare di nuovo l’apparecchio solo quando è completa-
mente asciutto.
Smaltimento
L'apparecchio non può essere smaltito insieme
ai rifiuti domestici.
Ogni utilizzatore p2-ha l'obbligo di gettare tutte
le apparecchiature elettroniche o elettriche, con-
tenenti o prive di sostanze nocive, presso un
punto di raccolta della propria città o di un
rivenditore specializzato, in modo che vengano
smaltite nel rispetto dell'ambiente. Per lo smaltimento
rivolgersi alle autorità comunali o al proprio rivenditore.

In caso di garanzia, contattare il vostro rivenditore di fiducia
o direttamente il centro di assistenza. Se dovesse essere
necessario spedire l’apparecchio, specificare il guasto e
allegare una copia della ricevuta di acquisto.
Valgono le seguenti condizioni di garanzia:
1. I prodotti ECOMED hanno una garanzia di due anni a
partire dalla data di vendita. La data di acquisto deve
essere comprovata in caso di garanzia dalla ricevuta di
acquisto o dalla fattura.
2. Durante il periodo di garanzia, i guasti dovuti a difetti di
materiale o di lavorazione vengono eliminati gratuitamente.
3. Una prestazione di garanzia non da diritto al prolunga-
mento del periodo di garanzia, né per l’apparecchio né per
i componenti sostituiti.
4. La garanzia non include:
a. tutti i danni risultanti da uso improprio, ad esempio
dall’inosservanza delle istruzioni d’uso,
b. i danni riconducibili a manutenzione o ad interventi
effettuati dall’acquirente o da terzi non autorizzati,
c. danni di trasporto verificati durante il trasporto dal
produttore al consumatore o durante l’invio al servizio
clienti,
d. gli accessori soggetti a normale usura.
5. È altresì esclusa qualsiasi responsabilità per danni secondari
diretti o indiretti causati dall’apparecchio anche se il danno
all’apparecchio viene riconosciuto come caso di garanzia.
