Bi-Metal Holesaw Safety Instructions
Fitting the holesaw to the arbor
âą The design allows quick ïŹtment of the holesaw with no
tools required. There is no need to remove the arbor
from the chuck
1. Pull up the drive pin collar to retract the pins
2. Screw the holesaw onto the arbor and align one set
of pin holes with the pins
3. Push the drive pin collar forward so that the pins
engage the holesaw
4. If necessary loosen the pilot drill and adjust so that
only the tapered cutting edges project beyond the
holesaw teeth
Sawing speeds
âą See the Table below for suggested speeds for sawing
in different materials. Due to varying cutting Note:
conditions and types of materials, stated speeds are
for guidance only
Using the holesaw
âą For cleaner cutting action and longer saw life, use a
good grade of cutting oil when holesawing metals
(except cast iron)
âą Clear chips away regularly; clogged saw teeth will slow
the cut and may cause overheating
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions may result in
serious injury or damage to the tool
Safety
Wear approved eye protection, hearing protection and
breathing protection when using this tool
Arbors
Always use the correct size arbor for the holesaw, as per
table below

Assembler la scie-cloche sur lâarbre
âą La conception permet une installation rapide et sans
outils. Il nây a pas besoin de retirer lâarbre du mandrin.
1. Tirez la bague de serrage vers le haut pour rentrer
les mĂąchoires.
2. Vissez le scie-cloche sur lâarbre et lâalignez
corectement.
3. Tirez la bague de serrage vers le bas pour sortir
les mĂąchoires.
4. Si nécessaire, desserrez le foret de guidage et
ajustez-le de façon à ce que seuls les tranchants
efïŹlĂ©s projettent au-delĂ des dents de la scie-cloche.
Vitesses de sciage
⹠Voir la table de réglage de la vitesse de sciage selon les
différents matériaux. Dû aux nombreuxRemarque :
types de matériaux et de conditions de sciage, les
donnĂ©es de la table ci-dessous ne sont quâĂ titre de
conseils uniquement.
Utilisation de la scie cloche
⹠Pour une coupe plus nette et augmenter la durée de vie
de la scie, utilisez une bonne huile de coupe pour scier
les métaux (sauf avec la fonte).
⹠Supprimez les copeaux réguliÚrement : des dents
de scie encombrées ralentissent la coupe et cela peut
provoquer une surchauffe.
ATTENTION : Ne pas respecter les instructions peut causer
des blessures graves et endommager votre outil.
Sécurité
Portez toujours les équipements de sécurités nécessaires
lâutilisation comme des lunettes de protection, protections
auditives et respiratoire et des gants de sécurité.
Arbres
Toujours utilisĂ© la taille correcte de lâarbre pour la scie-
cloche, comme indiqué sur la table ci-dessous.

Montage der LochsÀgeeinsÀtze
⹠Die LöchsÀgeaufsÀtze können per Design schnell und
ohne jegliches Werkzeug an den Aufnahmen montiert
werden, ohne dass diese aus dem Bohrfutter entfernt
werden muss.
1. Ziehen Sie den Stiftkragen zurĂŒck bis die Stifte die
Mutter frei geben.
2. Schrauben Sie den LochsÀgeaufsatz auf das
Aufnahmegewinde und richten Sie die Stifte anhand
der Bohrungen im LochsÀgeaufsatz aus.
3. Schieben Sie den Stiftkragen vorwÀrts bis die Stifte
den LochsÀgeaufsatz arretieren.
4. Der Zentrierbohrer kann gelöst und auf idealer LÀnge
wieder eingespannt werden, falls nötig.
SĂ€gegeschwindigkeit
âą Beachten Sie die untenstehende Tabelle fĂŒr
Bohrgeschwindigkeiten beim Bohren in verschiedenen
Materialien. Hinweis: Die angegebenen
Geschwindigkeiten sind nur als Richtwerte zu verstehen,
und an unterschiedliche SĂ€gebedingungen anzupassen.
Benutzung der LochsÀge
⹠Benutzen Sie stets ein geeignetes Schneidöl bzw.
KĂŒhlmittel um saubere Schnitte anzufertigen und die
Lebensdauer Ihrer LochsÀge zu verlÀngern (Ausnahme:
Gusseisen).
âą Entfernen Sie Grat und SpĂ€ne regelmĂ€Ăig, da diese
die SĂ€gezĂ€hne verstopfen und zur Ăberhitzung des
Werkzeugs fĂŒhren können.
WARNUNG! Das Nichtbeachten dieser Anweisungen kann
zu Verletzungen oder BeschÀdigungen des Werkzeuges
fĂŒhren.
Sicherheit
Tragen Sie die erforderliche persönliche SchutzausrĂŒs-
tung, inklusiv einer geeigneten Schutzbrille, Gehörschutz
und Atemschutz.

Montaje de la corona en el husillo
âą El husillo se puede colocar en la corona sin tener
que utilizar ninguna herramienta adicional. Tampoco
necesitarĂĄ sacar el husillo del mandril.
1. Abra el collar de sujeciĂłn del portabrocas.
2. Enrosque la corona en el husillo y céntrelo en el
collar de sujeciĂłn.
3. Vuelva a apretar el collar de sujeciĂłn para sujetar
la corona.
4. Si es necesario, aïŹoje la broca piloto y ajĂșstela hasta
que quede por detrĂĄs de los bordes dentados de
la corona.
Velocidad de perforaciĂłn
âą Utilice una velocidad constante a la profundidad
requerida. Perfore a la velocidad adecuada dependiendo
del tipo de material tal como se indica en la tabla
inferior. NOTA: Las indicaciones de la tabla inferior son
solamente orientativas y pueden variar dependiendo de
las condiciones y el tipo de material utilizado.
UtilizaciĂłn de la corona
âą Utilice lubricante adecuado cuando perfore en
materiales metĂĄlicos (excepto en hierro), obtendrĂĄ un
corte profesional y alargarĂĄ la vida Ăștil de su heramienta.
âą Limpie regularmente los restos de virutas, los dientes
obstruidos pueden reducir la velocidad de corte y
causar sobrecalentamiento.
ADVERTENCIA: El no respetar estas advertencias e
instrucciones puede causar lesiones graves.
Seguridad
Lleve gafas de protecciĂłn ocular, protecciĂłn auditiva y
mascarilla de protecciĂłn cuando utilice esta herramienta.

Montaggio della sega a tazza alla pergola
âą Il design permette un montaggio rapido della sega
a tazza senza attrezzi. Non câ Ăš alcuna necessitĂ di
rimuovere la pergola dal mandrino.
1. Tirare su il colletto a perno di azionamento per ritrarre
i perni.
2. Avvitare la sega a tazza sulla pergola e allineare una
serie di fori con i perni.
3. Spingere il collare a perno di azionamento in avanti in
modo che i perni si ingaggiano nella sega a tazza.
4. Se necessario allentare la punta pilota e regolare in
modo che solo i bordi a taglio affusolato oltre i denti
della sega a tazza.

Uso della sega a tazza

Het monteren van de gatenzaag op de
boordoorn
âą Het ontwerp maakt een snelle bevestiging zonder het
gebruik van sleutels mogelijk. De boordoorn hoeft niet
van de span kop afgehaald te worden.
1. Trek de aandrijfpin span kop omhoog om de pinnen
in te trekken.
2. Schroef de gatenzaag op de boordoorn en lijn de
pinnen met de gaten uit.
3. Druk de aandrijfpin span kop naar voren zodat de
pinnen in de gatenzaag schakelen.
4. Draai de centreerboor wanneer nodig losser en pas
deze aan zodat alleen de conische snijranden buiten
de gatenzaagtanden uitsteken.
Zaagsnelheden
âą Zie het schema hieronder voor aangeraden
boorsneheden voor het zagen in verschillende
materalen. Let op: Door de verschillende.
booromstadigheden en materialen zijn de snelheden
slechts te gebruiken als richtlijn.
Het gebruik van de gatenzaag
âą Voor ïŹjnere resultaten en een betere duurzaamheid,
gebruikt u zaag-/snijolie tijdens het zagen in metalen
(behalve gietijzer).
âą Verwijder zaagsplinters regelmatig; verstopte tanden
doen de boormachine langzamer draaien en leiden tot
oververhitting.
WAARSCHUWING: Wanneer de instructies niet worden
opgevolgd is de kans op beschadigingen en persoonlijke
verwondingen groot.
Veiligheid
Draag de juiste oog-, gehoor- en ademhaling
beschermingsmiddelen bij het gebruik van de boor.
Boordoorns
Gebruik de correcte maat boordoorn voor de gebruikte
gatenzaag. Zie schema hieronder.
