INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this product
You may already be familiar with using a similar product, but do please take time to read these
instructions - they have been written to ensure you get the very best from your
purchase.
Safety is Important
To ensure your safety and the safety of others, please ensure you read the Product Safety and
Electrical Safety information before you operate this product.
Please pay particular attention to the sections of
this guide that carry this warning symbol.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
CAUTION
Read these safety instructions thoroughly before connecting this product to the mains
supply.
Before switching on, make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same as that
indicated on the rating plate. This product is designed to operate on 230VAC 50Hz. Connecting
it to any other power source may cause damage.
If the plug has to be changed because it is not suitable for your socket, or due to damage, it
should be brought to a Service Center or to your dealer.
PRODUCT SAFETY
Connect the appliance only to a properly installed wall socket with a voltage matching the
technical data of the appliance. Make sure that the connections do not become a
stumbling trap.
The motor must not come into contact with water or any other liquid, as there is the
danger of an electric shock. Therefore, do not use the appliance near to a wash basin, not
with wet hands or while standing on a wet ground. If the appliance has turned wet, pull the
mains plug immediately out of the socket before touching the appliance.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Never leave the appliance unattended connected to the mains! Always pull the plug out of
the socket when you do not use the appliance, even if it is only for a brief moment.
Keep children away from the appliance.
Keep the appliance and the connection cord away from heat, direct sunlight humidity,
sharp edges and similar.
Always pull the plug out of the socket, if you do not use the appliance, when inserting or
taking out accessories, when cleaning it or if any disturbance occurs.
Always pull by the plug-not by the cord.
Do not remove the lid while the appliance is switched on.
The knives keep running a little after switching off the appliance.
Wait until they stand still before touching them.
The knives are very sharp. Handle the knife insert carefully and keep it out of reach of
children.
The appliance is designed for processing household quantities; it is not suitable for
commercial purposes. Use the appliance only for the purpose it was designed for.
Do not use the appliance, if it or parts of it show visible damage or if the appliance was
dropped.
Do not attempt to make any modifications to the product. Even the connection cord must
not be exchanged by yourself, as special tools are required. Have repairs to the appliance
or the connection cord carried out by a specialist workshop only, to avoid any risk.
When passing on the appliance to a third person, make sure to include these instructions
for use.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging material and clean the container, the lids and
the knife insert as described in the chapter "Cleaning".

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take motor and lid away from the container and put the container onto a stable, dry
and clean working surface.
2. Make sure that the knife insert is correctly positioned on the circle in the middle of the
container.
Fill the container with the food. If necessary, cut it into smaller pieces before filling it in.
Make sure not to ll in more than up to the max. filling level, which is marked with -
MAX.- on the container.
3. Put the lid on. (The appliance does not switch on if the lid was incorrect to put onto the
container).
4. Put the motor onto the appliance and plug the mains plug into a socket.
5. Press the motor down. As soon as you let it go, the motor stops. Wait until the knife
stands still.
Wet or soft food can be processed best by pressing briefly several times onto the
motor.
The multi mixer works extremely quick; some kinds of food are
processed within one second. The mixer is designed for short time
operation of max.1 minute. If you need it for longer, switch it off after 1
minute and allow the motor to cool off for 15 minutes.
6. Always pull the mains plug out of the socket before taking off the motor.
Take out the knife insert before emptying the container.
TIPS AND HINTS
The appliance has a safety contact, which prevents a switching on of the appliance if
the lid not positioned correctly.
The appliance is not suitable for chopping of hard ingredients such as coffee beans,
ice or frozen food.
Always insert the knife insert first before filling in the food.
If the insert does not turn or only heavily, pull the mains plug out of the socket. Check
whether there is any obstruction in the container, and remove it.
Check whether the knife insert is positioned correctly and can move freely.
If the knife insert does not reach its full speed within a few seconds, pull the mains
plug out of the socket and take a part of the food out; before continuing the food
processing.
Side back damp food, if necessary, back to the middle of the container with a spoon
or similar object.
Under no circumstances use your fingers!
An even processing of the food is reached by filling in pieces of the same size and do
not input food exceeding the MAX. line.
If you want to puree the ingredients, these have to be cooked beforehand.
Do not overfill the container.
Do not let the appliance run while empty.
CLEANING
Always pull the plug out of the socket.
The motor must not be immersed in water or any other liquid.
Wipe the casing off with a slightly damp cloth, if necessary.
Possibly use a little washing-up liquid. Never use any abrasive cleaning agents or a
sponge with a rough surface for cleaning.
Cleaning container, chopping lid or conserve lid
Wash the container, chopping lid or conserve lid in warm water and with a little
washing-up liquid.
Leave the parts to dry completely, before assembling the appliance again, as due to
remaining water mould can develop.
Due to the processing of harder, rubbing food the container may become dull in the course
of time. This is normal and does not interfere with its functionality
CLEANING THE KNIFE INSERT
Caution, the knife is sharp. To avoid injuries, the cleaning water should be very
clear, so that you can see the knife when washing it.
