UP
Setting selection
Increase resistance level.
DOWN
Setting selection
Decrease resistance level.
ENTER
ConïŹrm setting or selection.
COMPUTER FUNCTIONS
SPM
Strokes per minute.
TIME/500m
Predicted time to complete 500m according to current speed.
METERS
Rowing distance.
DISTANCE
Accumulates the total distance between 0.0 and 99.9 Km or Miles.
CALORIES
Calories burnt during current workouT.
STROKES
Number of rowing strokes completed during current workout.
PULSE
Measures the rotation of the ïŹywheel in a minute between 0 and 999rpm.
WATTS
Pulse during workout (beats per minute).
RESET
Clear setting value
Revert to main menu at the end of a workout
Reboot the console (if pressed for two seconds).
START / STOP
Start or stop a workouT.
RECOVERY
Test your heart rate recovery.

OPERATION
POWER ON
Once the power supply is connected, the computer will turn on and all LCD segments will display for 2
seconds.If the rower is not used for 4 minutes, the console will enter standby and display the clock, calendar
and room temperature.
MANUAL MODE
1. From the main menu, press START.
2. Press UP or DOWN to select Manual mode.
3. Press ENTER to conïŹrm.
4. Press UP or DOWN to set RESISTANCE LEVEL, TIME, METERS (Distance), STROKES, CALORIES
and PULSE, and press ENTER to conïŹrm (You cannot preset both time and Meters simultaneously).
5. Press START/STOP key to start workout.
At any time during your workout;
îî You can adjust the resistance level by pressing UP or DOWN.
îî Pause your workout by pressing START/STOP.
îî Revert to the main menu by pressing RESET.
When you reach your target setting then you will hear a beep, and the console will stop.
P GRAM MODE (P1-P12)RO
1. From the main menu, press UP or DOWN to select Program mode and press ENTER to conïŹrm.
2. Press UP or DOWN to select proïŹle (P1-P12) and press ENTER to conïŹrm.
3. Press UP or DOWN to set your target RESISTANCE LEVEL, TIME, Meters (Distance), STROKES, CALORIES
and PULSE, and press ENTER to conïŹrm. (Time and Meters cannot be preset at the same time.)
4. Press START/STOP key to begin your workout.
At any time during your workout;
