OPERATION
CAUTION: Always unplug the appliance from the mains socket before inserīng or removing the blades.
Before ļ¬rst use, wash the blades in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
1. Slide the rivet on one blade into the keyhole slot on the other blade.
WARNING: The blades are very sharp, handle with care.
2. Hold the safety guards and insert the blades into the handle unīl a click is heard.
Check each blade is locked in place by gently pulling on the guard to ensure the blades do not come
out.
3. Place the food to be sliced on a cuī
ng board.
4. Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
5. Press the safety lock buīon then press the power buīon to slice.
Blades should stay parallel to the cuī
ng surface.
The knife can be operated without interrupīon for a maximum of 7 minutes. Allow to cool to room
temperature before further use.
CLEANING
Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains socket and carefully remove the blades.
To remove the blades, press and hold the blade release buīons and slowly pull the blades out of knife
handle.
