SAFETY AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Save these instructions for future use. Study, understand
and follow all instructions before operating this device. The
owner and operator of this device shall have an under-
standing of the product and safe operating procedures
before attempting to use. If any doubt exists as to the safe
and proper use of this product, remove from service imme-
diately. Instructions and safety materials shall be conveyed
in the operator’s native language before use of this product
is authorized.
• Study, understand and follow all instructions before operating this device.
• When using this air inator, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce risk of re or electrical shock.
• Do not exceed rated pressure of the item being inated.
• Do not leave device operating and unattended.
• If DC plug fuse is blown, only replace with fuse of identical rating.
• This device contains a DC motor and components which may arc during normal operation. This arcing may ignite
ammable gases. Do not operate in a ammable environment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• The power cord on this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects
or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling (California law requires this warning to be given to customers
in the State of California).
• Do not alter this product.
• Failure to heed these markings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
! WARNING
Inspect before each use. Do not use if bent, broken,
melted, burned or otherwise damaged components are
noted. A inator that is damaged in any way or operates
abnormally shall be removed from service immediately.
This unit is designed for intermittent use only. Operation
beyond it’s designed duty cycle may result in inator and/
or vehicle damage. NEVER exceed rated pressure of the
item being inated. If rated pressure is exceeded, the item
being inated may burst.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Pro-Lift Air Inator is designed to inate automotive
and light truck tires to manufacturer’s recommended pres-
sure. It can also be used to inate inatables such as rafts,
cushions and sports balls. It has a built-in LED work light
and digital pressure readout with auto shut-off function.
Refer to the vehicle’s owners manual or inatable product
owner’s manual before using the inator.

A. High Pressure Inatables (Tires)
1. Remove air hose and screw inator nozzle onto tire
stem.
2. Remove Power Cord from storage compartment and
insert into a suitable outlet or 12V DC source.
3. Set desired pressure by using the “+” and “-” buttons (g.
1)
NOTICE: The “R” button will change the units of the pres-
sure readout.
4. Toggle inator switch to position. Unit will begin inatI -
ing to predetermined pressure setting (determined from
vehicle or tire manufacturer’s specication).
5. Inator will shut off when the pressure has reached pres-
sure setting. Toggle inator switch to OFF (centered)
and unplug the inator power cord.
6. Use a tire gauge to check ination and adjust to desired
pressure as recommended by the vehicle and/or tire
manufacturer.
NOTICE: Always double check air pressure using a reli-
able pressure gauge.
B. Low Pressure Inatables
1. To inate air mattresses, beach balls, life jackets, etc.,
select the suitable adapter (Fig. 3), then insert and se-
cure into the end of the air hose (Fig. 2).
2. Insert the connector adapter into the appropriate receiver
on the inatable.
3. Plug the inator into a DC 12V outlet. Toggle inator
switch to I position. Unit should commence ination.
4. Inate to a pressure or level of rmness recommended
by the manufacturer. Toggle inator switch to OFF (cen-
ter) then unplug the power cord from the DC 12V outlet.
C. Operating the Work Light
1. Plug the Inator into a suitable 12V DC power source.
2. Toggle Inator/Light switch to II position for steady, high-
intensity, work light. Centered switch position extinguish-
es light.
E. REPLACING THE FUSE
(15A 6mm dia. x 30mm glass tube current fuse)
1. Unscrew the plastic 12V DC plug cap.
2. Gently remove 15A fuse and replace with fuse of same
rating and size.
3. Place fuse properly in position to allow installation of
plastic cap.
4. Reinstall plastic 12V DC plug cap.
TIPS FOR OPERATION
1. Ensure vehicle battery is sufîšżciently charged to operate
inator.
2. If Inator does not operate when plugged into a DC 12V
outlet, check connections at back of DC 12V plug as well
the fuse receptacle. Replace as needed with a fuse of
identical rating. Never replace with fuse of higher rating.
No user replaceable parts exist for this item, refer any
repairs to qualiîšżed personnel only.
3. Do not overheat the Inator, monitor cycle times (Inator
on and off periods). Never exceed 15 minutes continu-
ous running. Let unit cool for 15 minutes, then reattempt
use.
4. Operate and store in a clean, dry environment. Do not
obstruct the unit’s cooling vents.
Performance Tip: Keep your tires inated per the vehicle’s
owner’s manual. This will increase gas mileage and re-
duce tire wear.
