Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1) This device may not cause harmful interference. 2)
This device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired
operation.
For best results:
âą Do not place the sensor more than 100 m (330 ft)
from the main (indoor) unit.
âą Position the sensor so that it faces the main
(indoor) unit, minimizing obstructions such as
doors, walls, and furniture.
âą Place the sensor in a location with a clear view to
the sky, away from metallic or electronic objects.
âą Position the sensor close to the main unit
during cold winter months as below-freezing
temperatures may affect battery performance and
signal transmission.
The transmission range may vary depending on many
factors. You may need to experiment with various
locations to get the best results.
Standard Alkaline batteries contain signiïŹcant
amounts of water. Because of this they will freeze
in low temperatures of approximately -12°C (10°F).
Consumer grade Lithium batteries have a much lower
threshold for temperature with an estimated freezing
range of below -30°C (-22°F).
Wireless ranges can be impacted by a variety of
factors such as extremely cold temperatures. Extreme
cold may temporarily reduce the effective range
between the sensor and the base station. If the unitâs
performance fails due to low temperature, the unit
will resume proper functioning as the temperature
rises to within the normal temperature range (i.e. no
permanent damage will occur to the unit due to low
temperatures).

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
Il sensore UV misura lâindice UV. Trasmette dati
1. Inserire le batterie come indicato.
Quindi, inserirlo

fattori. Ă possibile dover provare diverse posizioni
prima di ottenere i risultati migliori.
Le batterie alcaline standard contengono unâalta
percentuale dâacqua, per questo motivo gelano alle
basse temperature, a circa -12°C (10°F). Le batterie
consumer-grade al litio hanno una soglia molto
inferiore, e gelano approssimativamente sotto i -30°C
(-22°F).
basse temperature, lâunitĂ ricomincerĂ a funzionare

entfernt.
erzielen.
Handels ĂŒbliche Alkali ne-B atte rien enthal ten
betrÀchtliche Mengen Wasser. Daher können diese
bei niedrigen Temperaturen ab etwa â12°C (10°F)
einfrieren. Die Temperaturgrenze von Lithium-Batterien
fĂŒr Endverbraucher ist weitaus niedriger und weist
einen geschÀtzten Frostbereich von unter -30°C (-
22°F) auf.
Die Ăbertragungsreichweite von Funksignalen kann
von verschiedenen Faktoren, wie extrem niedrige
Temperaturen, beeinïŹusst werden. Extreme KĂ€lte
kann die effektive Ăbertragungsreichweite zwischen
Funksendeeinheit und Basisstation vorĂŒbergehend
verringern. Sollten Funktionsstörungen am GerÀt
aufgrund niedriger Temperaturen auftreten, so wird
das GerÀt wieder ordnungsgemÀà funktionieren,
sobald sich die Temperaturwerte wieder innerhalb des
normalen Bereichs beïŹnden (d.h. niedrige Temperaturen
können keine dauerhaften SchÀden an Ihrem GerÀt
verursachen).

NOTA Para conseguir lecturas mĂĄs precisas coloque
a baja temperatura, aproximadamente -12°C (10°F).

transmissĂŁo do sinal.
a diversos fatores. Pode ser necessĂĄrio experimentar
vĂĄrios locais a ïŹm de obter o melhor resultado.
As pilhas alcalinas padrĂŁo contĂȘm quantidades
signiïŹcativas de ĂĄgua. Por esta razĂŁo, elas se congelam
em baixas temperaturas de aproximadamente -12ÂșC
(10ÂșF).
extremamente baixas. O frio extremo pode reduzir
temporariamente o alcance eïŹcaz entre o sensor e
a estação base.

muren of meubels.

geven, mits goed behandeld. Hier volgen een aantal
onderhoudstips:
schokken, stof, temperatuur of vochtigheid. Dit kan
leiden tot fouten, verkorting van de levensduur,
schade aan de batterijen en vervormde
onderdelen.
schade ontstaan. Het apparaat bevat geen door
de gebruiker te repareren onderdelen.
âą Gebruik alleen nieuwe batterijen zoals aangegeven
in deze handleiding. Gebruik nooit oude en nieuwe
batterijen door elkaar, want oude batterijen kunnen
dan lekken.
âą Wegens drukbeperkingen kan het in deze
handleiding weergegeven scherm afwijken van het
daadwerkelijke scherm.
