Reset Mode
Disconnect the power supply cord. Wait for 10 seconds and reconne button for 5 seconds until you hear a long OK
beep. The mount starts to move upward to the highest position and th x emits a beep. Then moves downward to the
lowest position and the control box emits twice beeps.
NOTE: No-load running prohibited!
Before power connection, be sure that bracket and the TV installed correctly.
Keep the children away from power.

Upward Movement
Press and hold the button to lift themount.
(Tips: Clear up all obstacles
within the range of motion.)
Memory Setting 1
Press the button for 2 seconds until you hear a
beep, indicating that the current position
has been saved to memory.
Recall Memory
Press the button and the mount will
automatically get to the position saved
in the corresponding button . Press mem1
any button to stop motion.

Coding of Remote Controller and Control Box
Step 1: When the mount is powered on, press the small button on the control box with a thin tool as shown.
The unit emits a beep, indicating that the control box is on standby for program coding.
Step 2: Press the button on the remote control, and the control box repeatedly beeps for approximate 10 seconds SET
indicating that the remote control is being programmed. The process will be nished automatically until you can‘t hear
a beep any longer.
NOTE: Clear up the historical data when replacing a new remote control to pair. Press the small button on the control
box with hearing a beep, and hold for 10 seconds to conrm the data-cleaning process is completed until you hear two
beeps.
Possible reasons caused by TV mount or remote control.
TV MOUNT
1.)The system may be overheating. Check if the unit beeps two times after pressing the button. If so, allow the unit to cool down and return to
room temperature (about 12 minutes).
2.)The AC/DC end of the power cord may be unplugged/disconnect from the outlet/mount. Check the connection to the outlet/mount to
ensure the unit has power.
1.)Check to see if a foreign object is impeding the mount from moving. If so, remove the object.
2.)The weight of TV may exceed the maximum weight limitation of the mounting system.
3.)The motor wire may be broken. Reset the system. If the problem still exists, contact your place of purchase for replacement.
1.)Check all power connections and reset the system. If the unit continues to make an abnormal noise, please contact your place of
purchase for a replacement.
REMOTE CONTROL
1.)The remote control operating distance may be too far and not in range of the mount. Acceptable range should be less than 10m (30 feet).
2.)The batteries in the remote control may be low or dead. Replace the batteries.
3.)The remote control may be broken. Check to see if the indicator LED found on the remote lights when a button is pressed. If not, contact your place of
purchase for a replacement.
The motorized TV mount does not respond to remote control.
The TV mount stops moving during operation and emits a long beep.
The TV mount is making an abnormal noise or sound.
If a problem arises, please try the troubleshooting guidelines below. If the problem is not listed, please contact your
local distributor for additional technical assistance.

Reset Modus
Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel ab, warten Sie 10 Sekunden und schließe en Sie die OK-Taste 5 Sekunden lang, bis Sie

Speichereinstellung 2
Drücken Sie die Taste 2 Sekunden lang, bis Sie
einen Piepton hören. Die aktuelle Position ist
abgespeichert.
Abwärtsbewegung
Drücken und halten Sie den Knopf gedrückt, um die
Halterung abzusenken. (Tipp: Alle Hindernisse im
Bewegungsbereich entfernen.)
OK Button
Drücken Sie den Knopf kurz und die Halterung fährt
automatisch in die höchste Position zurück. Drücken Sie
einen beliebigen Knopf, um die Bewegung zu stoppen.

Kodierung von Fernbedienung und Steuereinheit
Schritt 1: Wenn die Halterung eingeschaltet ist, drücken Sie mit einem dünnen Werkzeug auf den kleinen Knopf am
Steuerkasten, wie abgebildet. Das Gerät gibt einen Piepton ab, der anzeigt, dass die Steuerbox für die Programmko-
dierung in Bereitschaft ist.
Schritt 2: Drücken Sie die Taste auf der Fernbedienung, und die Steuerbox piept wiederholt ca. 10 Sekunden SET
lang und zeigt damit an, dass die Fernbedienung programmiert wird. Der Vorgang wird automatisch beendet, sobald
man keinen Piepton mehr hören können.
HINWEIS: Bereinigen Sie die gespeicherten Daten wenn Sie eine neue Fernbedienung austauschen. Drücken Sie den kleinen Knopf auf
der Steuerbox, wobei Sie einen Piepton hören, und halten Sie ihn 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Um zu bestätigen das der Datenbereini-
gungsprozess abgeschlossen ist, hören Sie 2 Pieptöne.
Mögliche Ursachen durch TV-Halterung oder Fernbedienung.
TV-HALTERUNG
1.)Das System ist möglicherweise überhitzt. Überprüfen Sie, ob das Gerät nach dem Drücken der Taste zwei Pieptöne abgibt. Wenn ja, lassen Sie das
Gerät auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen (etwa 12 Minuten).
2.)Das AC/DC-Ende des Netzkabels kann von der Halterung abgetrennt sein. Überprüfen Sie den Anschluss an der Steckdose bzw.
Halterung, um sicherzustellen, dass das Gerät mit Strom versorgt wird.
1.)Prüfen Sie, ob ein Fremdkörper die Bewegung der Halterung behindert. Wenn ja, entfernen Sie das Objekt.
2.)Das Gewicht des Fernsehers kann die maximale Gewichtsbegrenzung des Montagesystems überschreiten.
3.)Es liegt ein Kabelbruch vor. Setzen Sie das System zurück. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Lieferanten, um
Ersatz zu erhalten.
1.)Überprüfen Sie alle Stromverbindungen und setzen Sie das System zurück. Wenn das Gerät weiterhin abnormale Geräusche macht, wenden Sie sich
bitte an Ihren Lieferanten, um einen Ersatz zu erhalten.
FERNBEDIENUNG
1.)Der Arbeitsabstand der Fernbedienung ist eventuell zu groß und nicht in Reichweite der Halterung. Die Reichweite sollte weniger als 10 m betragen.
2.)Die Batterien in der Fernbedienung können schwach oder leer sein. Ersetzen Sie die Batterien.
3.)Die Fernbedienung ist möglicherweise defekt. Überprüfen Sie, ob die auf der Fernbedienung bendliche Anzeige-LED aueuchtet, wenn eine Taste gedrückt
wird. Falls nicht, wenden Sie sich an Ihre Verkaufsstelle, um Ersatz zu erhalten.
Die motorisierte TV-Halterung reagiert nicht auf die Fernbedienung.
Die TV-Halterung bewegt sich während des Betriebs nicht mehr und gibt einen langen Piepton ab.
Die TV-Halterung macht ein ungewöhnliches Geräusch oder einen ungewöhnlichen Ton.
FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Wenn ein Problem auftritt, versuchen Sie bitte die untenstehenden Richtlinien zur Fehlerbehebung. Wenn das
Problem nicht aufgeführt ist, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Lieferanten für zusätzliche technische Unterstützung.
