Safety Warnings
For your continued safety and to reduce the risk of injury or electric shock, please
follow all the safety precautions listed below.
Read all instructions carefully before using the unit and keep them for future
reference.
• Retain the manual. If you pass the unit onto a third party, make sure to include this
manual.
• Make sure your home voltage matches the voltage displayed on the appliance. If
you are not sure, contact an electrician.
• Do not use the appliance in the bathroom or shower room.
• Do not place unit appliance near radiators or heating appliances, also do not
operate the unit in direct sunlight.
• Do not use the unit near ammable materials or re.
• Close supervision is required when the unit is used by or near children.
• Ensure that the unit is used on a stable and level surface. If the oor surface is
uneven there is a risk that the appliance could tip over. Also, excessive vibration
and noise may occur.
• If the appliance tips over, immediately disconnect from the power supply.
• Do not block or restrict the airow around the appliance. Position the unit so that
the air inlet and exhaust grilles are not blocked or restricted in anyway.
• Allow 300mm of clearance around the unit.
• Do not spray water on the unit as this may cause irreparable damage to the unit
and the risk of electric shock.
• Do not unplug the unit from the mains socket with wet hands.
• Switch o the power before removing the plug from the mains socket.
• To disconnect the power, grip the plug and pull it out from the mains socket.
NEVER pull the mains cable.
• Empty the water when the water tank is full or the unit is not in use for a
prolonged period.
• Do not push any objects in the air inlet and exhaust grilles.
• This appliance is intended for indoor household use and similar applications such
as:
– farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments;
– catering and similar non-retail applications.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
• Children should be supervised so they do not play with the main cable.
• The unit must have 30cm minimum clearance around combustible surfaces.
• If the mains cable is damaged, do not use the appliance. Ensure the appliance
unlpugged from the mains socket. Contact your qualied service agent to replace
the mains cable.

Product Overview
Unpacking
Remove all items from the packaging. Retain the packaging. If you dispose of it please do so
according to local regulations.
The following items are included:
• Main Unit
• Water Hose
• Instruction Manual
Control Panel
Water Tank Full
When the water tank is full, the WATER FULL indicator will illuminate and beep. The unit will
automatically stop. Turn o the unit and remove the water tank. Empty the water and then ret
the water tank. Turn the unit on again and it will continue operation.
Operation
1. Connect to the mains socket.
2. Press to turn the unit on or o.
3. Press the button to select either drying mode or dehumidifying mode.MODE
• If drying mode is selected, the unit will operate continuously regardless of room
humidity. Only HIGH fan speed is available for this mode.
• If dehumidifying mode is selected, press the button to select the desired room SET
humidity. Both fan speeds are available in this mode.
4. If you need to set auto o function, press repeatedly to select the hours.
5. Select other functions by pressing the relevant button.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Maintenance of your air lter
The air lter of the unit collects dust contained in the air. The build-up of dust reduces the
eciency of the unit. To prevent dust from clogging up the unit, always use it with the air lter
in place.
Always clean the air lter every 2 weeks. If the unit is used in a dusty atmosphere, clean the air
lter more often.
• Remove the lter.
• Clean the air lter with a vacuum cleaner. lf the air lter is very dirty, you can wash it in warm
water (never use hot or soapy water). Make sure that the air lter is retted correctly to the
unit. Do not bend the lter and ensure it is tted before operating the unit.
Cleaning the unit
• Clean the unit by using a damp sponge, and dry it with a clean, soft cloth.
• Never use alcohol or any product containing solvents.
• Do not immerse the unit in water.
Hints & Tips
Issue Solution
The WATER FULL indicator is
illuminated.
• Empty the water tank.
• Ret the water tank in correct position.
Dehumidifying function does not
work.
• Humidity level in the room may be too low.
• Air lter may be dirty; clean the air lter.
• Make sure that the air openings are not
obstructed.
Excessive noise. • Ensure the unit is on a stable at surface.
• Clean the air lter.
No air coming out. Clean the air filter.
Continuous Draining
Water can be automatically emptied into a oor drain by attaching the water hose to the unit.
• Insert the water hose into the drain outlet. Place or connect the other end of the hose to a
suitable drainage facility.
• If items are missing or damaged, please contact Partmaster (UK only).

The unit is equipped with compressor protection. If the unit has been switched
o and needs to be switched on again immediately, the compressor will delay 3
minutes to start up.
The hose level must be lower than the drain outlet (as shown below). When the
hose is not being used, remove the hose from the drain outlet.

2 MODE Press to select drying mode (DRY) or dehumidifying mode (DEHUM).
3 LOCK Press and hold for 3 seconds to lock/unlock buttons.
4 SET Press to select room humidity level: 40% / 50% / 60% / 70% / CO.
5 Press to turn on/o the negative ion release function.IONIZER
6 Press to set the louvre to auto-swing or stop swinging.SWING
7 Press to select HIGH or LOW speed.SPEED
8 TIMER Press to set the auto o function (select from 1/2/4/8 hours).
9 The indicator will illuminate when the unit enter defrost mode.DEFROST
10 WATER FULL The indicator will illuminate when the water tank is full.
Before Use
1. Place on a stable, at oor. If the oor surface is not even:
• Vibration and noise will occur.
• Water may leak from the water tank.
2. Make sure the air openings are clear and free from blockage.
Auto-Defrost
When using the appliance in low temperature environments, frost may build up inside the unit.
The unit has an automatic defrosting function and will automatically activate defrost mode. The
DEFROST indicator will illuminate.
Suitable Environments
This unit is designed to operate in the following ambient room conditions:
•Minimum:5ºC,40%RH •Maximum:35ºC,90%RH
It is suitable for use in bedrooms, studies, cellars/basements, kitchens, storage rooms, libraries,
galleries and computer rooms.
It is also suitable for use to protect moisture-sensitive items, such as most musical instruments,
cameras and computers.
