yInstall this apparatus in a location where the power plug
can be easily unplugged and plugged in. If there is a fire
or problem with this apparatus, unplug it quickly.
yThe apparatus should not be exposed to water (dripping
or splashing) and no objects filled with liquids, such as
vases, should be placed on the apparatus.

For models using an adapter
Only use the AC adapter supplied with this device. Do
not use a power supply from another device or another
manufacturer. Using any other power cable or power supply
may cause damage to the device. The LG limited warranty
does not cover damage caused by the use of third party
accessories.
For models using a battery
This device is equipped with a portable battery or
accumulator.
CAUTION: Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced
by an incorrect type.
How to Safely remove the batteries or the battery
pack from the equipment: To Remove the old batteries or
battery pack, follow the assembly steps in reverse order.
To prevent contamination of the environment and bring
on possible threat to human and/or animal health, the old
batteries or the battery pack must be put in an appropriate
container at designated collection points. Do not dispose
of batteries or battery pack together with other waste. It
is recommended that you use local, free reimbursement
systems batteries or battery packs, (may not be available in
your area). The batteries or the battery pack should not be
exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
For models using a built-in battery
Do not store or transport at pressures lower than 11.6 kPa
(0.116 bar) and at above 15,000 m (9.32 miles) altitude.
yreplacement of a battery with an incorrect type that can
defeat a safeguard (for example, in the case of some
lithium battery types);
ydisposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or
mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, that can
result in an explosion;

9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or
grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades
with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has
two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade
or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the
provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched
particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the
point where they exit from the apparatus.
11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the
manufacturer.
12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod,
bracket, or table specified by the
manufacturer, or sold with the
apparatus. When a cart is used, use
caution when moving the cart/
apparatus combination to avoid injury
from tip-over.
13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when
unused for long periods of time.
14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Servicing is required when the apparatus has been
damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug
is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen
into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to
rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been
dropped.

Installing and Using the Product

a Connect the soundbar to your TV via an optical cable or an HDMI cable.
b If you are using an external device (ex. Set-top box, Blu-ray player, game console, etc.), connect it to the TV via an HDMI
cable.
If necessary, purchase HDMI cables, an optical cable, or a USB extension cable to connect the soundbar.
c Connect the rear speakers via a speaker cable. When connecting the rear speakers, connect the black striped cable to the
negative terminal of each speaker and the remaining cable to the positive terminal of each speaker.
d Connect to power in the following order: wireless subwoofer rear speakers soundbar. Then, turn on the soundbar.

When the connection is automatically established with the soundbar, the LEDs on the wireless subwoofer and the rear
speakers will light up in green.
e Connecting the product to your smartphone via Bluetooth
A Tap the Settings button on your smartphone and select . Turn on the function. Bluetooth Bluetooth

B Press the Bluetooth pair button. After a moment, LED1 and LED2 blink white.
C Find and select the Soundbar on your smartphone. The product should appear as âLG S60TR(XX)â.
D When the product is connected to your smartphone via , LED1 and LED2 light up white.Bluetooth

Replacement of Battery
If you see a red LED on the wireless subwoofer or rear speaker, it means that the soundbar is not connected to the speakers.
If this is the case, connect them in the following order.
A Press the Power button on the soundbar to turn it off.
B Press the PAIRING button on the back of the wireless subwoofer or rear speaker. Check if each LED blinks green.
-If you still see a red LED on the wireless subwoofer, press and hold the button on the back of the subwoofer again.
C Press the Power button on the soundbar to turn it on.
D When the connection is established, you will see a green LED light on the wireless subwoofer or rear speaker light up.
Keep the soundbar, the subwoofer and rear speakers away from the device (ex. wireless router, microwave oven, etc.) over 1 m
(3.3 ft) to prevent wireless interference.
ySome speakers may not make sound depend on the input source. Select BASS BLAST (BASS BLAST+) sound mode to listen through
all speakers.

or replace the Product upon receipt of original Proof of Purchase (âPOPâ). This limited warranty is valid only to the
original retail purchaser of the Product (âCustomerâ or âYouâ) and applies only when purchased and used within the
continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Replacement products or repair parts may be new or
remanufactured, and are warranted for the remaining
portion of the original Productâs warranty period.
NOTE: If the original date of purchase cannot be verified,
the warranty will begin on the 1st day of the manufacture
month.

not approved by LG.
yDamage or failure caused by transportation and/or handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or other damage to the
finish of your Product, unless such damage results from defects in materials or workmanship, and is reported within one
(1) week of delivery.
yDamage to or failure of any display, open box, discounted, or refurbished Product.
yProduct with original serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or cannot be readily determined.
yIncreases in utility costs and additional utility expenses.
yAny accessories and software not approved or specified by LG.
yDamage or failure that results from Institutional or commercial use.
The cost of repair or replacement under the above mentioned excluded circumstances shall be borne by the customer.
