Congratulations on purchasing the Hamax Traveller multifunctional bicycle child trailer including the stroller wheelYou can
transport your child in a safe and comfortable way using the Hamax Traveller as a bicycle trailer and stroller. Please read the
instructions carefully before assembling or using the Hamax Traveller. We wish you and your children many enjoyable trips!
Keep these instructions in a safe place for later use.

â˘î Folded dimensions (incl. wheel guards): 100 x 74 x 30cm
â˘î Weight trailer (fully assembled trailer incl. bicycle arm): 13kg
â˘î **To check the drawbar load, measure the weight at the end of the bicycle arm while the trailer is loaded with passengers and
cargo. You can measure by standing on a scale, remember your own weight. Stand on the scale with the bicycle arm in your
hands . Make sure that your hold the bicycle arm at the correct height. Deduct your own weight and the result is the drawbar
load.

â˘î This product complies to the European standards for child bicycle trailers and strollers:
EN 15918:2011+A2:2017, EN 1888-2:2018
â˘î This seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months.
â˘î This seat unit is not suitable for children that can not sit without assistance or do not have
adequate neck strength. Please check with a pediatrician if you are in doubt.
â˘î Do not use with children who exceed the weight limitations.
â˘î Never leave your child unaîended.
â˘î Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the restraint system.
â˘î Passengers should always wear a properly ďŹîed and approved helmet.
â˘î In the US, see CPSC Safety standard for bicycle helmets.
â˘î Towing a trailer will aďŹect the stability of the bicycle and increases the braking distance.
â˘î This trailer is wider than a bicycle. Allow for extra clearance and be aware of a larger turning circle.
â˘î Before each ride, ensure the aîached trailer does not interfere with braking, pedaling, or steering
of the bicycle.
â˘î Do not allow the childâs body or any clothing, shoe laces or toys to come in contact with moving
parts.
â˘î Do not install a car seat or any other seating device not approved by the manufacturer.
â˘î Make no modiďŹcations to the trailer.
â˘î Never ride a bicycle at night without adequate lighting. Obey all local legal requirements for
lighting.
â˘î A reďŹector that complies with CPSC regulations shall be visible on the rear of the trailer.
â˘î Check tyre pressure before use. Always inďŹate tyres to the inďŹation level speciďŹed on the outer
tyres.
â˘î Do not use cleaning solvents. Clean only with mild soap and water.
â˘î Failure to comply with the manufacturerâs instructions can lead to serious injury or death of the
passenger/rider.
â˘î Do not let your child play with this product.
â˘î Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.
â˘î Ensure the parking brake is engaged when loading and unloading your children.
â˘î To avoid injury ensure that your child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product.
â˘î This product is not suitable for running or skating.
â˘î Do not use any accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer.
â˘î Only replacement parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer/distributor shall be used.
â˘î Be aware of exposure hazards such as wind chill and heat exhaustion, either by less-active trailer
passengers in prolonged exposure in colder temperatures, or by extended periods in warmer
temperatures without adequate ventilation or hydration.
â˘î Unintended use could lead to dangerous situations. Hamax is not liable for any damages caused
by unintended use. Any unintended use is at the risk of the user.
â˘î Close the front cover when using the bicycle trailer.
â˘î Do not aîach any load to the push bar as it will aďŹect the stability of the trailer.
â˘î Do not store luggage in areas inside or outside the trailer other than in the luggage compartment
as it aďŹects the stability of the trailer.
â˘î Donât forget to remove the stroller wheel when you go cycling.
