Features
Safety Precautions
Use an appropriate low voltage power cable to prevent fire
or electrical shock.
Make sure to install the camera in an area that can support
the camera weight.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the camera.
Please do not disassemble the camera.
Do not clean the lens cover with an abrasive cleaning material.
Please use a soft cloth to clean the lens cover.

* IR Illumination range under ideal conditions. Objects at or beyond
this range may be partially or completely obscured, depending on the
camera application.
** Not intended for submersion in water. Installation in a sheltered
area is recommended.
1. Twist the ring to tighten/
loosen the stand connection
and adjust the camera’s
horizontal position.
2. Loosen the screw near the stand
and adjust the camera’s vertical
position.
3. If needed, loosen the screw near
the camera and twist the camera
head on the mounting stand.
1. Set the camera in the desired mounting position
and mark holes for the screws.
Installing the Camera
2. Drill the holes for the mounting screws.
3. Connect the video and power cables as shown in
the next section ‘Setting up the Camera‘.
4. Mount the camera stand to the desired surface
using the provided screws.
5. Place the sunshade on top of the camera with
the large end pointing in the same direction as
the lens. Insert the sunshade screw.
Setting up the Camera
1. Connect the BNC connector of the camera to
the video cable.
2. DC Power— : Connect a Power Adapter
12V DC Power Adapter (not included) to the
camera. Plug the Power Adapter into a local
power outlet.
DC Power— (not included): Power Pigtail
Connect a Power Pigtail to the camera.
Connect the terminating wires of the cable
directly to the DC power source.
NOTE: For pigtail connection with 12V DC, make sure
to check polarity specifications on the power adapter.
3. Use the short arm of the provided Flat-head
Allen Key to adjust the ZOOM and FOCUS
control screws as required.

4. Insert rubber weatherproofing plugs (2x)
firmly into the ZOOM and FOCUS screw-
holes to ensure a weatherproof seal.
ATTENTION - Test the camera prior to selecting a permanent
mounting location by temporarily connecting the camera(s) and
cables to the DVR.
WARNING - A REGULATED UL / CSA APPROVED 12V DC power
supply is REQUIRED for use with this camera. Use of a non-regulated,
non-conforming power supply can damage this product and voids the
warranty.
ZOOM
ATTENTION - This camera includes an Auto Mechanical IR Cut Filter.
When the camera changes between Day/Night viewing modes, an
audible clicking noise may be heard from the camera. This clicking is
normal, and indicates that the camera filter is working.
6. Set the position and angle of the camera using
the provided Hex Allen Key.
