OPERATION
MOUNTING THE LEVER
Slide both parts of the lever into each other and
secure them with the pin supplied.
Put the lever in the proper hole and secure the lever
with the screw.
LIFTING
Turn the lever clockwise as far as possible. The rolley
jack is now ready to lift.
Put the rolley jack horizontally on a flat surface and
start pumping by moving the lever up and down. Instal
the jack in the right place (indicated by the car manu-
facturer).
SHAFT SUPPORTS
After jacking up the car the shaft supports should be
installed.
Lower the car by turning the lever anticlockwise,
until the car rests on the supports. Never work
under a car which only rests on the rolley jack.
LOWERING
After the work is finished, the car is lifted again until
the shaft supports are clear. Remove the shaft sup-
ports. Turn the lever anticlockwise and the car will be
lowered. The further the lever is turned anticlock-
wise the faster the car will be lowered.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In case the jack does not work well, we give you subjoi-
ned some possible causes and their solutions:

height
Not enough oil in the tank.

3. Rolley jack comes down after lifting

MAINTANANCE
Regular maintenance of your rolley jack prevenst
problems.
Once a month the weels, shafts and piston rods
should be lubricated with lubricating oil or grease on
the pivots of the lifting rods.
The tank containing hydraulic oil is a closed tank
which usually does not require mainte nance. At least
on ce a year, the oil should be changed. For this pur-
pose the top of the tank is fitted with an oil drain plug.
Only hydraulic oil should be used for refilling. Do not
use engine or brake fluid.
