RESTRICTIONS ON USE / EXCLUSIONS
The EVOC backpack with integrated back protector has been
designed and certified exclusively for the sports described
in the section Purpose / Application. This also excludes
activities and events within the extreme range of these
sports. This bag is not suitable for sports other than those
mentioned, particularly not for use in motor sports or on
motorized vehicles such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs
or similar.
Protection can not be guaranteed against all types of
injuries. These include twisting, hyper extension, or com-
pression, as well as compression fractures of the spine.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
The EVOC backpack with integrated back protector will
reduce the potential risk of serious impact injuries only
when the back protector is firmly seated in the compart-
ment provided. Ensure that the back protector is seated
in the designated compartment and has been fixed by the
fastening straps. So as not to impair its protective effect, no
changes may be made to the backpack.
CORRECT INSERTION OF THE PROTECTOR
With the flat, unprinted side towards the
back, insert the protector until it it locks
in place. The protector has been inserted
correctly if the print on the protector can
still be read.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

CHECK BEFORE EACH USE
Before each use, check the functionality of the backpack
and the protector. Please refer to the following procedure.
• Inspect the protector for mechanical damage, make sure
that it is seated in its intended compartment, and that it
has been secured with the fastening straps.
• Check how the backpack has been packed. Place heavy
items on the bottom. Pointed or sharp objects should
have additional packing and should be placed facing
away from the body.
• Check to make sure that the contents have been properly
secured and will not slip.
• Make sure that all zippers and buckles on the backpack
have been closed and are fully functional.
• Check all the main seams and make sure they are in a
fault-free condition.
• In particular, check the tensile strength of the shoulder
and hip strap seams.
• Check all the straps for tears and other structural
damage.

After every fall or shock, inspect the functionality of the
backpack and the protector. In particular, look for any
mechanical damage of the protector, the straps, the seams
and the buckles. If you have any doubts, please discontinue
use of the backpack and immediately contact EVOC Sports
GmbH. The protector can be replaced after a fall, and is
available for purchase as an individual spare part.

CHECK AFTER EVERY FALL OR SHOCK
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• Clean the backpack manually with fresh water no
warmer than 30°C.
• Use gentle detergent (neutral soap) only.
• Air dry the backpack.
• Do not machine dry, do not use heat sources.
• Note that machine-washing the backpack will void the
warranty in its entirety.
• Store the dry bag in a cool, dark and dry location.
• In its storage location, never expose the backpack to UV
radiation or moisture.
• Keep the backpack away from corrosive or aggressive
substances.

ZWECK | EINSATZBEREICH
Der EVOC Rucksack mit integriertem Rückenprotektor ist
ausschließlich zur Benutzung beim Radfahren, Mountainbi-
ken, Snowboarden und Skifahren entwickelt worden.
Radfahren, Mountainbiken, Skifahren und Snowboarden
sowie Abfahrten im alpinen Gelände sind Sportarten, die mit
Risiken behaftet sind. Der EVOC Rucksack mit integriertem
Rückenprotektor dient zur Verminderung einer möglichen,
schweren Verletzung beim Aufprall eines Sturzes bei diesen
Sportarten.
Der EVOC Rucksack mit integriertem Rückenprotektor ist
für einen Temperaturbereich von -20°C bis +30° ausgelegt.
AUSWAHL DER RICHTIGEN GRÖSSE
Der EVOC Rucksack mit integriertem Rückenprotektor
muss in der Größe entsprechend der Oberkörperlänge und
Körpergröße gewählt werden, um seine Schutzfunktion
erfüllen zu können. Bitte folgen sie der Größentabelle auf
der nachfolgenden Seite.
EVOC Sports GmbH schließt jegliche Haftung aus für etwa-
ige Schäden, die durch die Nutzung eines Rucksacks mit
falsch gewählter Größe entstehen bzw. entstanden sind.

Überprüfen Sie nach jedem Aufprall oder Sturz die Funkti-
onstüchtigkeit des Rucksacks und des Protektors. Achten
Sie insbesondere auf mechanische Beschädigungen des
Protektors, der Gurte, der Nähte und der Steckschliessen.
Sollten sie Zweifel haben, bitte den Rucksack nicht mehr
verwenden und sofort EVOC Sports GmbH kontaktieren. Der
Protektor kann nach einem Sturz ausgetauscht werden und
ist als separates Ersatzteil im Handel erhältlich.

NACH JEDEM STURZ ODER STOSS KONTROLLIEREN
PFLEGEN UND LAGERN
• Reinigen Sie den Rucksack per Hand mit Süsswasser
bei max. 30°C.
• Verwenden Sie nur sanfte Reinigungsmittel (Neutral-
seife).
• Lassen Sie den Rucksack an der Luft trocknen.
• Verwenden Sie keine maschinelle Trocknung oder
Wärmequellen.
• Seien Sie sich bewusst, dass durch eine maschinelle
Waschung jeglicher Garantieanspruch erlischt.
• Lagern Sie den trockenen Rucksack an einem kühlen,
trockenen und dunklen Ort.
• Setzen Sie den Rucksack am Lagerort niemals einer
UV-Strahlung oder Feuchtigkeit aus.
• Halten Sie den Rucksack von ätzenden oder aggressiven
Mittel fern

ENTSORGEN
Der Rucksack beinhaltet keinerlei Gefahr- oder Schad-stof-
fe. Er besteht aus verschiedenen Kunststoff-Verbund-
Materialien, die jedoch nicht getrennt werden können.
Entsorgen Sie den Rucksack entsprechend der örtlichen
Bestimmungen.
HINWEISE ZUR LEBENSDAUER | ERSATZTEILE
Unsachgemäße Pflege, falscher Gebrauch oder Um-
welt-einflüsse wirken sich auf den Verschleiß und somit auf
die Lebensdauer aus. Dauerhafte Lichteinwirkung, extreme
Temperaturen oder chemische Kontamination wirken sich
besonders negativ aus. Beeinträchtigung der Materialgüte,
Funktionsstörungen der Steckschliessen und Klettver-
schlüsse können die Folge sein. Ersetzen Sie den Rucksack
nach 5 Jahren Lebensdauer ab Kaufdatum um konstante
Funktionfähigkeit zu gewährleisten.
Der Protektor ist auch als separates Ersatzteil im Handel
erhältlich. Steckschliessen und andere Einzelteile sind
auf Anfrage bei unseren jeweiligen Vertriebspartner ihres
Landes erhältlich.

gen oder Tod, verursacht durch unsachgemäßen Einsatz,
Reparaturen von nicht autorisiertem Personal oder den Ein-
satz von nicht originalen Ersatzteilen. EVOC Sports GmbH
ist nicht verantwortlich für direkte, indirekte oder zufällige
Folgen oder alle anderen Arten von Schäden, die während
der Verwendung seiner Produkte aufgetreten sind oder die
aus deren Verwendung resultieren.
