Safety

• Never expose theMP3 player to constant sunlight, heat sources,

moisture or rain.

• Do not expose theMP3 player to hard knocks or blows.

• Do not place theMP3 player close to strong magnetic ﬁelds

(speaker drivers, etc.).

• Do not place theMP3 player in your pocket together with other

objects such as keys.

Note: Protect your hearing. Listening to thespeaker on high volume for

prolonged periods can lead to permanent hearing damage.

Turning thedevice on/off and charging

1. Use thesupplied charger cable to fully charge theMP3 player before use.

Thecharge indicator will appear in thedisplay during charging. Thedisplay

will show “Low battery” whenever thedevice needs to be charged.

2. Turn on thedevice by pressing [ ] for 3 sec.

3. Turn off thedevice by pressing [ for 3 sec. ]

4. Theplayer will turn off automatically after 2 min of non-use (unless connected

to acomputer).

Language

1. Hold in [ M ] until themain menu appears.

2. Select settings (at thebottom left of thedisplay).

3. Press [ M ] to access thesub-menu.

4. Select and then thedesired language.Language

5. Press [ M ] to conﬁrm.

Transferring files

1. Connect theplayer to acomputer using thesupplied USB lead.

Two selections will be given. “Charge and transfer” and ”Charge and play”.

2. Select . Transfer theﬁles according to thespeciﬁc Charge and transfer

instructions for thesoftware you are using to complete such atask.

Key lock

Short press [ to activate thekey lock. Press again to unlock. ]

Playback

Main menu

Hold in [ M ] for main menu access.

1. [ ▲ ] Volume up

2. [ ◄ ] Short press: Previous track.

Hold in to rewind.

3. [ ▼ ] Volume down

4. [ ►ll ] Play/pause

5. [ M ] Short press: Advances through

menu selections. Hold in:

Accesses main menu.

6. [ ◄ ] Short press: Next track.

Hold in: Fast forward.

Volume

TheMP3 player has abuilt in volume limiter

which is factory set to prevent hearing

damage during extended listening. Increasing

thevolume above volume level 23 will prompt

awarning in thedisplay:

Select YES with [ ] to allow for higher volume. ◄

Troubleshooting guide

Problem Solution

TheMP3 player does not start. • Recharge thebattery.

• Turn on thedevice by pressing [ ]

for 3 sec.

Files cannot be transferred to

theplayer.

• Check theconnection between

theplayer and computer.

• Check that theﬁles that you wish to

transfer are compatible with theplayer.

No sound. • Check thevolume.

• Make sure that theheadphones are

intact and connected properly.

• Is theMP3 player in playback mode?

• Is theﬁle undamaged and compatible

with theplayer?

Nothing can be recorded from

theradio or microphone.

• Make sure that there is enough available

memory in theplayer’s internal memory

or on theSD memory card.

Thetext shown on thedisplay

is in thewrong language.

• Make sure that you have selected

thecorrect language.

• Reset theplayer to factory default

settings by pressing [Reset] on theback

of theplayer.

Thebuttons do not work. • Is thekey lock activated?

• Reset theplayer to factory default

Poor radio reception. • Check that theearphones are

connected correctly. Theearphone

cable serves as anaerial.

• Adjust theposition of theplayer and

earphones. Move to another location

where theradio reception is better.

of theplayer might interfere with

thereception. Turn off any interfering

devices or move to another location.

Säkerhet

• Utsätt inte MP3-spelaren för ihållande solljus, värmekällor, fukt eller regn.

• Utsätt inte MP3-spelaren för hårda stötar eller slag.

• Placera aldrig MP3-spelaren i närheten av starka magnetfält (högtalarelement etc.).

• Förvara inte MP3-spelaren i ﬁckan tillsammans med andra föremål, t.ex. nycklar.

Obs! Skydda din hörsel. Lyssning på hög volym under lång tid kan leda till

bestående hörselskador.

Ladda och slå på/av

1. Använd den medföljande laddkabeln och ladda upp MP3-spelaren helt innan

du börjar använda den. En laddindikator visas i displayen. Spelaren indikerar

med ”Low battery” i displayen när batteriet behöver laddas.

2. Slå på MP3-spelaren genom att hålla in [ ] i 3 sek.

3. Håll in [ i 3 sek för att slå av. ]

4. Spelaren slår automatiskt av efter 2 min om den inte används (gäller inte när

spelaren är ansluten till dator).

Byt språk

1. Håll in [ M ] tills huvudmenyn visas.

2. Välj inställningar (längst ner till vänster i displayen).

3. Tryck [ M ] för att öppna undermenyn.

4. Välj och önskat språk.Language

5. Tryck [ M ] för att bekräfta.

För över filer från din dator till spelaren

1. Anslut spelaren till din dator med den medföljande USB-kabeln. Två val visas

på displayen: ”Charge and transfer” (ladda och för över ﬁler) och ”Charge and

play” (ladda och spela upp).

2. Välj och för över och hantera ﬁler på det sätt som är Charge and transfer

normalt för den mjukvara du använder i din dator.

från fabrik för att inte ge hörselskador vid lång-
