Important Precautions to Remember:
1. NEVER use a scouring pad on the unit.
2. NEVER leave unit unattended while in use.
3. NEVER place anything other than sugar in the extractor assembly head.
4. Unplug unit from outlet when not in use and when cleaning.
5. DO NOT operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug or in the event the appliance
ever malfunctions.
6. DO NOT put in dishwasher.
7. Keep out of reach from children, this appliance is not a toy.
8. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
9. Young children should be supervised to en sure that they do not play with the appliance.
10. Do not operate the appliance by means of an external timer or separate remote-control
system.
IMPORTANT SAFE GUARDS

7. The appliance manufacture does not recommend the use of any accessory attachments.
This may cause injuries.
8. DO NOT use outdoors.
9. DO NOT let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter tops or touch hot surfaces.
10. DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving this appliance.
12. This unit must be off and unplugged when moving this appliance.
13. DO NOT use this appliance for other than intended use.
14. DO NOT leave unit unattended while in use or when plugged in to an outlet.
15. Check inside heating element compartment for foreign objects before plugging the unit in
and switching to ON position.
16. Heating element in center can get hot. Avoid contact until cool.
17. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled
or tripping over a long cord.

18. Longer detachable power supply cords can be used if care is exercised in their use.
19. The market electrical rating of an extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical
rating of the appliance.
20. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of

21. Keep hands away from the machine when it is in the ON position and is spinning.

INTRODUCTION
You can use regular household granulated sugar in your cotton candy maker.
Using your cotton candy maker
Your cotton candy maker is already fully assembled.
1. Remove the bowl from the base unit. Wash the bowl in warm water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. After cleaning and thoroughly drying the bowl, return to base unit with the plastic tabs on the
bowl.Thetabsonthebowlwilltundertheplastictabsasyouturnthebowlcounterclock-
wise to LOCK. Make sure it is secured and locked into position.
3. To remove, turn clockwise to UNLOCK. (Figure D). Do not wash or immerse the base unit in
water or liquids.
4. Returntheextractorheadassembly,makingsurethatthegroovesareproperlyalignedtot
over the pegs on the stem (Figure B & C)
Nowyouarereadytoenjoytasty,uffycottoncandyfromyourcottoncandymaker:
1. First,ndastablesurfacenearanelectricaloutletbeforestarting.(Makesurethecordis
away from any water source. If needed, it is acceptable to use an extension cord)
2. Plug in unit at the OFF position.
3. Turn the unit to ON position and allow to run for at least 3-5 minutes. This will allow it to
warm up.
4. Then stop the extractor head and put the sugar in. Measure level tablespoon of sugar with
measuring spoon. Pour sugar into center receptacle (Figure F). Switch to ON position.
5. Themachinewillspinthesugarintoaossysweettreatthatyoucollectonapaperconeby
spinning the cone as it circles the bowl.
6. When you can visually see the cotton candy ‘web’ begin, collect the cotton candy on the
conebyholdingtheconevertically.Rotatetheconewithyourngerswhileyoucirclethe
bowl, once cotton candy has collected on the cone, then hold the cone in a horizontal
positionovertheextractorheadstillrotatingtheconewithyourngers.Continueturningthe
conewithyourngerswhiletheconeisinthehorizontalpositionandmoveformsidetoside
making sure you are collecting all the cotton candy. (Figure G)
7. Turn the unit OFF when all the sugar has been dispensed. Once the extractor head has
come to a complete stop, you can pour another measure of sugar in the extractor head and
begin.Thecottoncandyshouldbeowingmorequicklyastheunitshouldbesufciently
warmed up.
