DE TAGE S HE U ERSMON DE ORIGINAL IZ NGSREGL
Es gibt viele verschiedene Heizungsventile
und somit auch viele unterschiedliche
Befestigungssysteme. Wenn möglich,
verwenden Sie zur Demontage die Original
Anleitung des Heizkörperthermostats.
Drehen Sie den Original Heizungsregler
zuerst auf den Maximalwert (A) gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn.
Regler drückt nicht mehr auf den Ventilstift.

Verschiedene Demontage Möglichkeiten:
Überwurfmutter
Schrauben Sie die Überwurfmutter gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ab (B). Danach können Sie den
Thermostatkopf abnehmen.
Schnappbefestigung
Sie können so befestigte Thermostatköpfe einfach lösen, indem Sie den Verschluss /
Überwurfmutter ein klein wenig gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen (C).
Danach können Sie den Thermostatkopf abnehmen
Das System ist nur zur Regelung von Heizkörpern geeignet. Eine anderweitige Verwendung,
z. B. an Kühlanlagen oder Fußbodenheizungen etc. ist nicht zulässig.
INFORMATIO NUTZUN HEIZ ÖRPE THER OSN ZUR G DES K R M TATS
MI BRENNENSTU ONNET DER HL®C C APPT
Um den Heizkörperthermostat im vollen Funktionsumfang nutzen zu können, wird
zur Verwendung der brennenstuhl®Connect App und zur Einbindung ins Netzwerk das
brennenstuhl® Zigbee Gateway GWY CZ 01 Art. Nr. 1294060 benötigt.
Das Gateway ist die Verbindung zwischen dem WiFi Netzwerk und den
brennenstuhl®Connect Zigbee Funk-Produkten. Um Batterie betriebene Produkte länger
betreiben zu können ist es nötig, die Zigbee Funk-Technologie einzusetzen.
INS AL TIOT LA N
1. Drücken Sie das Stellrad und halten
Sie es für 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt,
bevor der Heizkörperthermostat auf das
Heizungsventil montiert wird.
2. Kurz bevor F1 und das
Installationssymbol blinkt, vibriert der
Heizkörperthermostat leicht.
3. Schrauben Sie nun den
Heizkörperthermostat mit der
Überwurfmutter auf das Ventil
(verwenden Sie bei Danfoss Ventilen
die beiliegenden Adapter). Drücken Sie
die Überwurfmutter leicht nach vorne
und drehen Sie diese im Uhrzeigersinn
auf das Ventilgewinde. Das maximale
Drehmoment darf 5 Nm nicht
überschreiten.

4. Drücken Sie das Stellrad erneut bis F12
erscheint.
5. Nach ca. 10 Sekunden erlischt das Installationssymbol und die aktuelle Temperatur
wird angezeigt. Die Installation ist abgeschlossen.
INSTALLATIO PTIERN / ADA FAHRT
1. Nach der Installation wird der Heizkörperthermostat automatisch an das
festzulegen.
2. Sollte der Vorgang mit einem Fehler abgeschlossen werden, prüfen Sie die
Überwurfmutter ob diese fest sitzt oder sich der Adapter gelöst hat. Danach
entnehmen Sie die Batterien für 10 Sekunden. Legen Sie dann die Batterien wieder
in den Heizkörperthermostat ein und aktivieren Sie den Installationsmodus, um die
automatische Anpassung zu starten.
Wärmeabstrahlung des Heizkörpers so gering wie möglich gehalten werden. Bitte
installieren Sie den Heizkörperthermostat wie in der Abbildung unten dargestellt.
E DES E GATEWAY ART. NR. 1294060INRICHTUNG ZIGBE S
Das Gateway GWY CZ 01 Art. Nr. 1294060 verfügt über ein integriertes 2.4 GHz WLAN-
Modul damit das Gate y mit dem Router verbunden werden kann. Bitte deaktivieren wa
Sie während der Einrichtung des Gate ys das 5 GHz Netzwerk ihres Routers. Nach wa
abgeschlossener Einrichtung kann das 5 GHz Netzwerk wieder aktiv geschalten werden.
• Laden Sie die brennenstuhl®Connect App herunter und installieren Sie die App.
• Önen Sie die App und tippen Sie oben in der Ecke rechts auf das „+“ Symbol und wählen
Sie das Gateway 1294060 aus.

GATEWAY
Zum Einlernen des Heizkörperthermostats drücken Sie 3x kurz auf das Stellrad, die
LED fängt an zu blinken. Der Anlernmodus ist nun für 2 Minuten aktiv und kann nicht
unterbrochen werden. Nach 2 Minuten schaltet der Anlernmodus automatisch ab.
• Önen Sie nun die brennenstuhl®Connect App und wählen Sie das Zigbee G eway ausat
• Wählen Sie am unteren Bildschirmrand „Zigbee Gerät hinzufügen“
• Wählen Sie im nächsten Schritt „LED blinkt bereits“
• Nun wird nach dem Heizkörperthermostat gesucht
• Nach erfolgreicher Suche wird das Gerät angezeigt, wählen Sie „Fertigstellung“
• Anschließend können Sie den Namen des Gerätes anpassen und einem Raum zuordnen
• Schließen Sie die Einrichtung mit „Fertigstellung“ ab
BE GDIENUN
1. Modus: Automatik Der Heizkörperthermostat stellt automatisch die gewünschte
Temperatur ein, welche zuvor in der brennenstuhl®Connect
App programmiert wurde. Für den Automatikmodus muss der
Heizkörperthermostat mit dem brennenstuhl® Zigbee Gateway
Art. Nr. 1294060 verbunden sein und das Funk-Netzwerk aktiv.
2. Modus: Manuell Im manuellen Modus kann die Temperatur fest per Hand mit
dem Stellrad eingestellt werden. Die Temperatur kann zwischen
5 und 30 °C eingestellt werden.
3. Modus: Frostschutz Der Frostschutz Modus ist dafür da, um Räume frostfrei zu
halten, damit z. B. Wasserleitungen bei niedrigen Temperaturen
nicht einfrieren können. Im Frostschutz Modus kann die
Temperatur zwischen 5 und 15 °C eingestellt werden.

A ERENKTIVI
Um die Kindersicherung zu aktivieren / deaktivieren, drückt
aktiv, kann am Heizkörperthermostat keine Bedienung
mehr vorgenommen werden. Die Kindersicherung soll
verhindern, dass Kinder den Heizkörperthermostat
verstellen oder es zu einer Fehlbedienung am
Heizkörperthermostat kommt.
Ist die Kindersicherung aktiv, wird
ein Schloss Symbol im Display
angezeigt.

To be able to enjoy the full functionality of the radiator thermostat, you need
the brennenstuhl® Zigbee gate y GWY CZ 01 art. no. 1294060 to use the wa
brennenstuhl®Connect app and for connection into the network.
The gate y is the connection between the WiFi network and the brennenstuhl®Connect wa
Zigbee radio products. To be able to use battery-operated products for a longer period of
time, it is necessary to use the Zigbee radio technology.

the valve by means of the union nut
(for Danfoss valves, use the enclosed
adapter). Slightly push the union nut
forwards and rotate it clockwise onto the
valve thread. The maximum torque of
5Nm must not be exceeded.

4. Keep the setting wheel pressed again
until F12 appears.
5. After ca. 10 seconds, the installation symbol goes out and the current temperature is
displayed. The installation is completed.
INSTALLATION / ADJUSTMENT DRIVE
1. After the installation, the radiator thermostat is automatically adjusted to the radiator
valve. For this purpose, the radiator thermostat opens and closes the valve to determine
the opened position and the closed position of the heating valve.
2. If the process ends with an error, check whether the union nut is still screwed tight or
whether the adapter has loosened. Afterwards, remove the batteries for 10 seconds.
Then, re-insert the batteries into the radiator thermostat and activate the installation
mode to start the automatic adjustment.
To ensure proper functioning of the radiator thermostat, the inuence of the thermal
radiation of the radiator should be kept to a minimum. Please install the radiator
thermostat as shown in the gure below.
SETUP OF THE ZIGBEE GATEWAY ART. NO. 1294060
The gateway GWY CZ 01 art. no. 1294060 has an integrated 2.4 GHz WLAN module to allow
for connection of the gateway with the router. Please deactivate the 5 GHz network of your
router during the set-up of the gateway. The 5 GHz network can be re-activated once the
set-up is completed.
• Download the brennenstuhl®Connect app and install it.
• Open the app and click the “+” symbol in the top right corner and select gateway
1294060.
• Then add the gateway into the app by following the instructions given in the app.
SETUP OF THE RADIATOR THERMOSTAT IN THE ZIGBEE GATEWAY
For teaching-in of the radiator thermostat, shortly press the setting wheel 3 times; the LED
starts to ash. The teach-in mode is now active for 2 minutes and cannot be interrupted.
After 2 minutes, the teach-in mode is automatically switched o.
• Now open the brennenstuhl®Connect app and select the Zigbee gateway
• Select “Add Zigbee device” at the lower end of the display
• In the next step, select “LED is already flashing”
• Now, the app searches for the radiator thermostat
• After successful search, the device is displayed; select “Complete”
• You can then change the device name and assign it to a room
• Complete the set-up by means of “Complete”
OPERATION
1. Mode: Automatic The radiator thermostat automatically sets the desired
temperature which has been dened in the brennenstuhl®
Connect app before. For automatic mode, the radiator thermostat
has to be connected to the brennenstuhl® Zigbee gateway
art.no. 1294060 and the radio network must be active.
2. Mode: Manual In the manual mode, the temperature can be xedly set
manually using the setting wheel. The temperature can be set
between 5 and 30 °C.
3. Mode: Frost protection The frost protection mode is intended for keeping rooms free
from frost so that, for example, water lines cannot freeze in at
low temperatures. In frost protection mode, the temperature can
be set between 5 and 15 °C.
ACTIVATING THE CHILD PROTECTION DIRECTLY AT THE RADIATOR
THERMOSTAT
To activate/deactivate the child protection, you keep the
setting wheel pressed for 3 seconds. If the child protection
is active, no operation is possible any more at the radiator
thermostat. The child protection is intended to prevent
children from changing the radiator thermostat setting
or other kinds of accidental tampering with the radiator
thermostat.
If the child protection is active, a
padlock symbol is shown in the
display.
OPEN WINDOW DETECTION (can only be set in the
brennenstuhl®Connect app)
The Open window function can
be activated or deactivated in the
brennenstuhl®Connect app. If the
function is activated, the radiator
thermostat detects an open window
and closes the valve for 30 min. In this
way, the heat loss can be reduced.
The Open window function is activated
by default. To deactivate/activate
the Open window function, open the
brennenstuhl®Connect app and select
the window symbol for activation or
deactivation.
VALVE ADJUSTMENT (can only be set in the brennenstuhl®Connect app)
If the valve adjustment has been
activated in the app, an automatic
valve adjustment will be carried out if
necessary. The valve adjustment can be
activated or deactivated in the app. This
function is activated by default.
For activation/deactivation, open the
brennenstuhl®Connect app, go to the
control eld of the radiator thermostat
and select the valve symbol.
CHILD PROTECTION (can be set in the brennenstuhl®Connect app)
The child protection can be
activated or deactivated in the
brennenstuhl®Connect app. If the child
protection is active, all settings at the
radiator thermostat are blocked.
The function is intended to prevent
incorrect operation or children playing
with the radiator thermostat.
For activation/deactivation, open the
brennenstuhl®Connect app, go to the
control eld of the radiator thermostat
and select the padlock symbol.
AUTOMATIC MODE SETTING HEATING PHASE (can only be set in the
brennenstuhl®Connect app)
In the brennenstuhl®Connect app, under the radiator thermostat, select the “Clock
symbol” for the automatic mode. Afterwards, you can dene the individual heating
phases. Select “Add timer” and enter the values for the heating phases.

MONTAGE AU RADIATEUR
Le thermostat pour radiateur peut être installé sans vidanger l’eau de chauage, aucune
intervention dans le système de chauage n’étant nécessaire. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin
pour le montage est un tournevis à fente ou cruciforme.

DÉMONTAGE DU RÉGULATEUR DE CHAUFFAGE
Il existe de nombreuses soupapes de radiateur
diérentes, et donc beaucoup de systèmes de
xation. Si possible, utilisez les instructions
originales du thermostat pour radiateur pour
le démontage.
Tournez d’abord le régulateur de chauage
d’origine à la valeur maximale (A), dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre.
Cela ouvrira complètement la soupape, sans
que le régulateur n’appuie sur l’axe de la
soupape.

Diérentes possibilités de démontage:
Ecrou-raccord
Vissez l’écrou-raccord dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre (B). Vous pouvez alors
retirer la tête du thermostat.
Encliquetage
Vous pouvez facilement desserrer les têtes de thermostat xées de cette manière en tournant
un peu le bouchon / écrou-raccord dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre (C).
Vous pouvez alors retirer la tête du thermostat.
Le système n’est conçu que pour le réglage des radiateurs. Toute autre utilisation, par
exemple sur des systèmes de refroidissement ou de chauage au sol, etc. n’est pas
autorisée.
INFORMATIONS SUR L’UTILISATION DU THERMOSTAT POUR
RADIATEUR AVEC L’APPLICATION BRENNENSTUHL®CONNECT
Pour pouvoir utiliser le thermostat pour radiateur de façon optimale, la passerelle
brennenstuhl® Zigbee Gateway GWY CZ 01 Art. N° d’article 1294060 est requise (pour
utiliser l’application brennenstuhl®Connect et se connecter au réseau).
La passerelle fait gure de connexion entre le réseauWi-Fi et les produits pilotables
brennenstuhl®Connect Zigbee. An de pouvoir faire fonctionner les produits à piles sur une
plus longue période, il est nécessaire d’utiliser la technologie Wi-Fi Zigbee.
INSTALLATION
1. Appuyez sur la mollette de réglage
pendant 3secondes, de monter le
thermostat pour radiateur sur la soupape
de chauage.
2. Juste avant que la toucheF1 et le
symbole d’installation ne clignotent,
le thermostat pour radiateur vibre
légèrement.
3. Vissez à présent le thermostat pour
radiateur avec l’écrou-raccord sur
la soupape (utilisez les adaptateurs
fournis pour les soupapes Danfoss).
Poussez l’écrou-raccord légèrement vers
l’avant et tournez-le dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre sur le letage
de la soupape. Le moment de rotation
maximal ne doit pas dépasser 5Nm.

4. Appuyez à nouveau sur la mollette,
jusqu’à ce que F12 apparaisse.
5. Après environ 10secondes, le symbole d’installation s’éteint et la température actuelle
est achée. L’installation est terminée.
INSTALLATION / ADAPTATION
1. Après l’installation, le thermostat pour radiateur est automatiquement réglé sur la
soupape du radiateur. Pour ce faire, le thermostat pour radiateur ouvre et ferme la
soupape an de déterminer la position ouverte et la position fermée de la soupape de
chauage.
2. Si la procédure se termine par une erreur, vériez l’écrou-raccord pour voir s’il est bien
serré ou si l’adaptateur s’est desserré. Retirez ensuite les piles pendant 10secondes.
Ensuite, réinsérez les piles dans le thermostat pour radiateur et activez le mode
d’installation pour lancer le réglage automatique.
Pour que le thermostat fonctionne correctement, l’inuence du rayonnement thermique
du radiateur doit être maintenue aussi faible que possible. Veuillez installer le thermostat
comme indiqué dans l’illustration ci-dessous.
CONFIGURATION DE LA PASSERELLE ZIGBEE N° D’ARTICLE
1294060
La passerelle GWY CZ 01 N° d’article 1294060 est équipée d’un moduleWi-Fi 2,4 GHz
intégré, ce qui permet de la connecter au routeur. Veuillez désactiver le réseau Wi-Fi 5GHz
de votre routeur lors de la conguration de la passerelle. Une fois la conguration terminée,
le réseau Wi-Fi 5GHz peut être réactivé.
• Téléchargez l’application brennenstuhl®Connect et installez-la.
• Ouvrez l’application, tapez sur l’icône « + » dans le coin supérieur droit, puis sélectionnez
la passerelle 1294060.
• La passerelle est alors ajoutée, veuillez suivre les informations de l’application.
CONFIGURATION DU THERMOSTAT POUR RADIATEUR DANS LA
PASSERELLE ZIGBEE.
Pour apprendre comment utiliser le thermostat pour radiateur, appuyez brièvement sur
la molette de réglage 3fois et la LED commencera à clignoter. Le mode d’apprentissage
n’est actif que pendant 2minutes et ne peut pas être interrompu. Le mode d’apprentissage
s’éteint automatiquement après 2minutes.
• Ouvrez à présent l’application brennenstuhl®Connect et sélectionnez la passerelle Zigbee
• Sélectionnez «Ajouter un dispositif Zigbee » en bas de l’écran
• Sélectionnez ensuite «La LED clignote»
• Le thermostat pour radiateur est maintenant recherché
• A la fin de la recherche, l’appareil est affiché. Sélectionnez «Terminer»
• Vous pouvez ensuite personnaliser le nom de l’appareil et l’attribuer à une salle
• Complétez l’installation avec «Terminer»
UTILISATION
1. Mode: automatique Le thermostat pour radiateur règle automatiquement la
température souhaitée, préalablement programmée dans
l’application brennenstuhl®Connect. En mode automatique,
le thermostat pour radiateur doit être connecté à la passerelle
brennenstuhl® Zigbee Gateway N° d’article1294060, et le réseau
Wi-Fi est activé.
2. Mode: Manuel En mode manuel, la température peut être réglée manuellement
avec la mollette de réglage. La température peut varier de
5à30°C.
3. Mode: mode hors-gel Le mode hors-gel sert à protéger les pièces contre le froid an
que, par exemple, les conduites d’eau ne puissent pas geler à
basse température. La température peut varier de 5à15°C en
mode hors-gel.

Pour activer/désactiver la sécurité enfants, il faut appuyer

enfants de régler le thermostat pour radiateur et de mal
l’utiliser.

DÉTECTEUR DE FENÊTRE OUVERTE (uniquement compatible avec
l’applicationbrennenstuhl®Connect)
La fonction fenêtre ouverte peut
être activée ou désactivée dans
l’applicationbrennenstuhl®Connect. Si
la fonction est activée, le thermostat
pour radiateur détecte une fenêtre
ouverte et ferme la soupape pendant
30minutes, ce qui réduit les pertes de
chaleur.
La fonction fenêtre ouverte est activée
par défaut. Pour désactiver/activer
la fonction fenêtre ouverte, ouvrez

est disponible gratuitement sur l’AppStore et le GooglePlayStore. Suivez les instructions à
l’écran pour télécharger et installer l’application.

brennenstuhl®ConnectSkill pour AmazonAlexa et recherchez le thermostat pour radiateur.
Pour l’AssistantGoogle, allez dans «Ajouter» >>«Congurer l’appareil» dans l’application
GoogleHome. Suivez ensuite le menu à l’écran.
MISE EN SERVICE
Insérez une nouvelle pile:
Les piles sont déjà insérées au moment de la livraison, il sut de retirer la protection.
1. Tournez le couvercle extérieur dans
le sens de la èche (1), puis tirez-le
dans le sens de la èche (2)

2. Placez 2piles alcalines Mignon AA
dans le thermostat pour radiateur.
Respectez la polarité (+ = vers
le haut). N’utilisez pas de pile
rechargeable.
3. Une fois les piles en place, la
température et le symbole du
mode d’installation s’acheront.
