Your telephone package contains the following items. Save your sales receipt and
original packaging in the event warranty service is necessary.
Handset
Charger and
charger adapter
Battery
Battery compartment
cover
User’s manual
Install the battery as shown below.
Slide the battery compartment cover
towards the center of the handset
until it clicks into place.

You can add new handsets ( , purchased separately) to your telephone
system. Each handset must be registered with the telephone base before use.
When first purchased and properly charged, each expansion handset displays
and alternately. You may need to charge the
handset before registering it to the telephone base.
On the telephone base, press and hold
for about four seconds until the light turns on and it
shows
On the cordless handset, press then it shows
Both the telephone base and cordless
handset show and you hear a beep when the
registration process completes. The registration process
takes about 60 seconds to complete.
If registration fails, the handset displays . Try again the
registration process above.
If you want to replace a handset or reassign the designated handset number of a
registered handset, you must deregister all handsets and then individually register
each handset.
Press and hold on the telephone base for about 10 seconds
until the telephone base shows then The

Once you have installed the battery, the screen indicates the battery status (see the
table below).
For best performance, keep the handset in the handset charger when not in use.
The battery is fully charged after 11 hours of continuous charging.
If you place the handset in the handset charger without plugging in the battery, the
screen displays .
