Garantía limitada de productos
Los equipos y/o accesorios Vorago están cubiertos por una garantía limitada
por el tiempo indicado en la tabla de vigencia anexa, contando a partir de la
fecha de adquisición, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y
funcionamiento, siempre y cuando hayan sido utilizado bajo condiciones
normales de uso durante el periodo de la garantía y para lo cual fue
fabricado. Vorago garantiza al comprador la ausencia de anomalías en lo
referente a los materiales.

*Excepto en panel (display de pantalla) para el cual sólo será de 12 meses. 36 Meses*
Equipos de cómputo 3 años incluido Nanobay 3.
* Excepto equipos de cómputo donde el procesador se encuentra integrado 36 Meses*
en la tarjeta madre solo será de 12 meses.

Responsabilidades
La responsabilidad total de Vorago consistirá en reparar o reemplazar el
producto, incluida la mano de obra y refacciones, sin ningún costo para
el comprador cuando se devuelva al punto de venta, presentando esta
póliza de garantía debidamente llenada y sellada por el establecimiento
donde se adquirió el producto o copia del comprobante o recibo o
factura, en el que consten los datos específicos del producto objeto de
la compraventa, en los cuales se especifica la fecha de compra, para
verificar los tiempos dentro de garantía. Vorago podrá utilizar piezas
nuevas, restauradas o usadas en buenas condiciones para reparar o
reemplazar cualquier producto, sin costo adicional para el consumidor.
En el caso de equipos y/o accesorios que no tengan reparación, se
generará el cambio por un producto similar o de características
superiores. La presente garantía cubre los gastos de transportación del
producto que derive de su cumplimiento; los cuales serán atribuibles
directamente al proveedor del producto. En todo producto de
reemplazo se renovará el periodo original de la garantía. Vorago se rige
bajo las normas internacionales de fabricación de los productos.
Cómo obtener respaldo de la garantía
Los reclamos de garantía son procesados a través del punto de venta, durante
los primeros 15 días posteriores a la compra, siempre y cuando cumplan con los
requisitos. Los reclamos de garantía que no puedan ser procesados a través del
punto de venta y toda inquietud relacionada con el producto adquirido deberán
ser enviados con la guía prepagada por Vorago a la dirección de las oficinas
centrales de Vorago en Francisco Villa No. 3, Col. San Agustín, C.P. 45645,
Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, México.
Salvo en situaciones de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, el tiempo de reparación
en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días naturales contados a partir de la fecha de
recepción del equipo en Vorago.
Exclusiones
Esta garantía no es válida en los siguientes casos:
a) Cuando el producto se hubiese utilizado en condiciones distintas a las
normales.
b) Cuando el producto no hubiese sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo
de uso que se le acompaña.
c) Cuando el producto hubiese sido alterado o reparado por personas no
autorizadas por parte de Vorago.
Vorago no ofrece ninguna otra garantía expresa para este producto.
Para hacer válida la garantía, así como la adquisición de partes, componentes,
consumibles y accesorios.

SOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS
La computadora no reconoce el dispositivo, revisa que
el puerto esté bien conectado a tu computadora y al
dispositivo.
Se recomienda actualizar el controlador de tu
computadora.
La velocidad de transferencia está relacionada con la
interfaz del equipo. Por ejemplo, el dispositivo tiene
una salida 3.1. Si la interfaz de la computadora o
dispositivo conectado es menor 3.0 la velocidad se
verá afectada.
Los 10 Gbps son un valor teórico, la velocidad exacta
depende de la condición de tu computadora, SSD y el
formato del documento.
Para conectar
Presiona el botón de apertura y jala hacia el lado
opuesto de la carcasa. Conecta el disco compatible,
sobre las ranuras y presiona hacia abajo, encontrarás
un stopper de plástico (redondo) que debes colocar en
la guía al final del disco (medio círculo) antes de colocar
el disco hasta abajo.

Presionar el disco con el stopper hasta que rebase la
guía en círculo de la base de la carcasa y girar el
stopper ligeramente para que detenga de
movimientos.
Cubrir con la tapa hasta hacer clic.
Una vez que queda bien colocado, conectar mediante
el cable adaptador incluído a puerto USB o Tipo C, se
detecta automáticamente.
Para desconectar
Busca en el dispositivo un flecha en forma de ícono de
conectividad, da clic en quitar hardware de forma
segura y expulsar el medio, hasta que indique "Es
seguro quitar el hardware".
Desconecta de puerto USB o Tipo C y del puerto Tipo C
de la carcasa.
Presiona el botón de apertura y jala hacia el lado
opuesto de la carcasa.
Gira el stopper y presiona hacia arriba, en caso de no
salir, se puede empujar en la parte inferior en con
algún objeto pequeño a presión hasta que bote.
Desconecta cuidadosamente el disco.

Vorago equipment and / or accessories are covered by a limited
warranty for the time indicated in the annexed validity table, counting

Responsibilities
The total responsibility of Vorago will be to repair or replace the product,

TROUBLESHOOTING
The computer doesn't recognize the device, please
check that the port is well connected to your
computer and the device.

computer.
The transfer speed is related to the interface of the
equipment. For example, the device has a 3.1 output.
If the interface of the connected computer or device is
less than 3.0, the speed will be aected.
The 10 Gbps is a theoretical value, the exact speed
depends on the condition of your computer, SSD and
the format of the document.
To connect
Press the release button and pull to the opposite side
of the case. Connect the compatible disk, over the
slots and press down, you will find a plastic stopper
(round) that you must place in the guide at the end of
the disk (half circle) before placing the disk all the way
down.
Press the disc with the stopper until it passes the

circular guide at the base of the casing and turn the
stopper slightly to stop its movements.
Cover with the lid until it clicks.
Once it is well placed, connect using the included
adapter cable to a USB or Type C port, it is automatica-
lly detected.
To disconnect
Find the device in the connectivity icon arrow, click
safely remove hardware and eject the media, until it
says "It is safe to remove hardware".
Disconnect from USB or Type C port and from the
Type C port on the case.
Press the release button and pull to the opposite side
of the case.
Turn the stopper and press up, if it doesn't come out,
you can push it in the lower part with some small
pressure object until it bounces. Carefully disconnect
the drive.
