3. Make sure that your smartphone’s Internet connection is available while
installing the LINK 100 dongle in your car.
4. Open the CURFER app, log in and follow the in-app setup guide
through the installation process step by step.
PLEASE NOTE: During installation, you will be asked to turn your engine
on. If the vehicle reports any errors or warning messages on your vehicle’s
dashboard, turn off the engine immediately, remove the LINK 100 dongle
and contact technical support.

How to install the TomTom LINK 100 dongle in
your vehicle.
1. Before installing the TomTom LINK 100 dongle in your car, get the
CURFER app for your smartphone and register an account.
The CURFER app is available free from the Apple App Store and
on Google Playâ„¢. The in-app setup guide will help you with the
installation process.
If you have ordered your LINK 100 dongle with an extension cable,
please follow the instructions in the cable installation guide.
2. If possible, park your car on a level surface. Although installation
while parked uphill also works, CURFER will need a couple of trips
to adjust itself and to deliver correct scorings.
