Das Gerät ist nur für die in der Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Anwendungen bestimmt.
Eine andere Verwendung ist unzulässig und kann zu Unfällen oder Zerstörung des Gerätes
führen. Diese Anwendungen führen zu einem sofortigen Erlöschen jeglicher Garantie- und
Gewährleistungsansprüche des Bedieners gegenüber dem Hersteller.
Um das Gerät vor Beschädigung zu schützen, entfernen Sie bitte bei längerem
Nichtgebrauch des Gerätes die Batterien.
Bei Sach- oder Personenschäden, die durch unsachgemäße Handhabung oder

Die WEEE (2002/96/EC) regelt die Rücknahme und das Recycling von
Elektroaltgeräten. Hersteller von Elektrogeräten sind ab dem 13.8.2005 dazu
verpflichtet, Elektrogeräte, die nach diesem Datum verkauft werden, kostenfrei
zurückzunehmen und zu recyceln. Elektrogeräte dürfen dann nicht mehr in die
"normalen" Abfallströme eingebracht werden. Elektrogeräte sind separat zu
recyceln und zu entsorgen. Alle Geräte, die unter diese Richtlinie fallen, sind mit
diesem Logo gekennzeichnet.
Entsorgung von gebrauchten Batterien
Sie als Endverbraucher sind gesetzlich (Batteriegesetz) zur Rückgabe aller
gebrauchten Batterien und Akkus verpflichtet; eine Entsorgung über den
Hausmüll ist untersagt!
Schadstoffhaltige Batterien/Akkus sind mit nebenstehenden Symbolen
gekennzeichnet, die auf das Verbot der Entsorgung über den Hausmüll hinweisen.
Die Bezeichnungen für das ausschlaggebende Schwermetall sind:
Cd Hg = Cadmium, = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei.
Ihre verbrauchten Batterien/Akkus können Sie unentgeltlich bei den
Sammelstellen Ihrer Gemeinde oder überall dort abgeben, wo Batterien/Akkus
verkauft werden!
5 Jahre Garantie
Testboy-Geräte unterliegen einer strengen Qualitätskontrolle. Sollten während der täglichen
Praxis dennoch Fehler in der Funktion auftreten, gewähren wir eine Garantie von 5 Jahren (nur
gültig mit Rechnung). Fabrikations- oder Materialfehler werden von uns kostenlos beseitigt sofern
das Gerät ohne Fremdeinwirkung und ungeöffnet an uns zurückgesandt wird. Beschädigungen
durch Sturz oder falsche Handhabung sind vom Garantieanspruch ausgeschlossen.

Der Testboy® TV 411 wurde nach dem heutigen Stand der Technik gebaut. Das Gerät entspricht
den aktuellen Standards und erfüllt die Anforderungen der geltenden europäischen und
nationalen Richtlinien.

Produktbeschreibung
Der kontaktlose Drehfeld- und Rotationstester TV 411 zeigt bezogen auf die Phasenfolge der
Außenleiter die Drehrichtung an und ist besonders für Serviceaufgaben bei Motorinstallationen
geeignet.
Die kontaktlose Messung mit den farbig isolierten Klemmen beschleunigt den Serviceeinsatz und
minimiert die Gefahr des Berührens elektrisch aktiver Leiter.
Mit dem integrierten Rotationstester kann zudem kontaktlos die Drehrichtung einer Motorwelle
ermittelt werden.

Gerät Einschalten
Um das Gerät einzuschalten, drücken Sie kurz auf die ON-Taste. Die Bereitschafts-LED (3)
leuchtet dauerhaft, wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet ist.
Phasenprüfung
Die Status-LEDs (1) leuchten auf, wenn am jeweiligen Anschluss A, B oder C eine
Wechselspannung zwischen 70 und 600 V detektiert wird.
Diese leuchten unter Umständen bereits auf, wenn sich die Prüfklemmen in der Nähe von
spannungsführenden Leitern bzw. elektrostatisch geladen Teilen befinden.
Dies ist kein Defekt des Geräts, sondern dem kontaktlosen Messverfahren geschuldet.
Drehfeldprüfung
Zum Prüfen der Drehfeldrichtung (rechts oder links) bezogen auf die Phasenfolge L1, L2 und L3
verbinden Sie die kontaktlosen Klemmen in der Reihenfolge rot, gelb und grün (A, B und C) mit
den jeweiligen Außenleitern.
Die Klemmen können direkt über die isolierten Einzeladern geklemmt werden, ohne dass ein
elektrischer Kontakt zur Anschlussleitung bestehen muss. Dabei sollte das Pfeilsymbol „ ▼“ auf
der Klemme über dem Leitermittelpunkt liegen.
Die Drehfeldrichtung wird mit den LEDs der Drehrichtungsanzeige (2) signalisiert:
L= linkes Drehfeld R= rechtes Drehfeld
Rotationstest
Um die Drehrichtung einer nicht sichtbaren Motorwelle zu prüfen (z. B. bei Pumpen oder
angeflanschten Getrieben), halten Sie den den Testboy® TV 411 direkt an das Gehäuse des
Elektromotors.
Achten Sie hierbei darauf, dass der Wellenabgang mit dem auf dem Tester stilisiertem Symbol
zur Deckung gebracht werden muss.
Bei laufendem Motor wird Ihnen nun mit den LEDs der Drehrichtungsanzeige (2) die
Rotationsrichtung der Motorwelle angezeigt.
Gerät Ausschalten
Um das Gerät auszuschalten, drücken Sie kurz auf die OFF-Taste. Die Bereitschafts-LED (3)
erlischt, wenn der Tester ausgeschaltet ist.

Wartung und Reinigung
Zur Vermeidung elektrischer Schläge keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gehäuse eindringen
lassen.
| Gehäuse in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einem trockenen Tuch ohne Reinigungsmittel
reinigen. Keine Schleif-, Scheuer- oder Lösemittel verwenden.
Batteriewechsel
Zum Öffnen des Batteriefachs auf der Unterseite des Gerätes lösen Sie die Kreuzschlitzschraube
mit einem Phillips-Schraubendreher Größe 1. Jetzt kann der Deckel geöffnet und die
Mignonzellen (Typ AA) ausgewechselt werden.
Wenn das Gerät über längere Zeit nicht gebraucht wird, sollten die Batterien entfernt und der
Tester in einer nicht zu feuchten und nicht zu heißen Umgebung aufbewahrt werden.
Lassen Sie keine verbrauchten Batterien im Messgerät, da selbst auslaufgeschützte Batterien
korrodieren können und dadurch ggf. Chemikalien freigesetzt werden, welche Ihrer Gesundheit
schaden bzw. das Gerät zerstören können.
Batterien gehören nicht in den Hausmüll. Auch in Ihrer Nähe befindet sich eine
Sammelstelle!

electrical and electronics equipment. As of 13.08.2005, manufacturers of electrical
and electronics equipment are obliged to take back and recycle any electrical
instruments sold after this date free of charge. After that date, electrical
instruments must no longer be disposed of through the "normal" waste disposal
channels. Electrical instruments must be recycled and disposed of separately.
All instruments that fall under this directive must feature this logo.
Disposal of used batteries
As an end user, you are legally obliged (battery law) to return all used batteries;
disposal with normal domestic waste is prohibited!
Batteries containing contaminant material are labelled with adjacent symbols
indicating the prohibition of disposal with normal domestic waste.

Product description
The non-contact rotating field and rotary tester TV 411 indicates the direction of rotation in
relation to the phase sequence of the external conductor and is particularly suitable for service
tasks in engine installations.
Non-contact measurement with the coloured insulated terminals accelerates the service
application and minimizes the risk of contacting energized electrically active conductors.
The integrated rotary tester can also be used to determine the direction of rotation of an engine
shaft with no contact.

Switching on the instrument
To switch on the instrument, briefly press the ON button. The standby LED (3) stays lit once the
instrument is switched on.
Phase test
The status LEDs (1) light up when an AC voltage between 70 and 600 V is detected at the
respective connection A, B or C.
In some circumstances these light up when the test terminals are close to live conductors or
electrostatically charged parts.
This is not an instrument defect, but is due to the non-contact measurement procedure.
Phase sequence testing
To test the direction of the rotating field (right or left) in relation to the phase sequence L1, L2
and L3, connect the non-contact terminals in the sequence red, yellow and green (A, B and C) to
the respective external conductors.
The terminals can be connected directly via the insulated single conductors, with no need for any
electrical contact with the connection cable. The arrow " ▼" on the terminal should be located
above the centre of the conductor.
The direction of the rotating field is indicated via the LEDs of the rotation direction indicator (2):
L= left rotating field R= right rotating field
Rotary test
To test the direction of rotation of an invisible engine shaft (e.g. in pumps or flange-mounted
gearboxes), hold the Testboy® TV 411 directly on the housing of the electric motor.
Ensure that the output shaft is aligned with the symbol stylized to resemble the tester.
While the engine is running, the LEDs of the rotation direction indicator (2) now indicate the
direction of rotation of the engine shaft.
Switching off the instrument
To switch off the instrument, briefly press the OFF button. The standby LED (3) goes out when
the tester is switched off.

Maintenance and cleaning
To prevent electric shocks, do not allow moisture to ingress the housing.
| Use a dry cloth, without cleaning agent, to clean the housing at regular intervals. Do not use
any abrasive or scouring agents, or solvents.
Replacing the battery
To open the battery compartment on the bottom of the instrument, undo the Phillips screw with
a Phillips screwdriver size 1. The lid can now be opened and the AA batteries replaced.
If the instrument is not going to be used for a long period of time, the batteries should be removed
and the tester kept in an environment that is not too humid or too hot.
Do not leave any spent batteries in the measurement instrument, because even leak-proof
batteries can corrode and, as a result, release chemicals that could damage your health and
destroy the instrument.
Batteries must not be disposed of with normal domestic waste. There will be a
collection point near you!

Description du produit
Le testeur de champ tournant et de rotation sans contact TV 411 indique l'ordre de phases et le
sens du champ tournant des conducteurs extérieurs
et est parfaitement adapté pour les travaux de réparation dans les installations de moteurs.
La mesure sans contact avec les pinces à isolation colorées accélère les interventions de
réparation et réduit le risque de contact avec des conducteurs actifs.
Le testeur de rotation intégré permet également de déterminer le sens de rotation d'un axe
moteur.

Démarrage de l'appareil
Appuyer brièvement sur la touche ON pour démarrer l'appareil. La LED de disponibilité (3)
s'allume en continu lorsque l'appareil est allumé.
Contrôle des phases
Les LED d'état (1) s'allument lors de la détection, sur le raccordement correspondant A, B ou C,
d'une tension alternative entre 70 et 600 V.
Elles peuvent déjà s'allumer en cas de présence de pinces de test à proximité de lignes
conductrices de tension ou de pièces à charge électrostatique.
Ceci n'indique pas un défaut de l'appareil, mais est dû au procédé de mesure sans contact.
Contrôle du champ tournant
Pour contrôler le sens du champ tournant (à droite ou à gauche) sur l'ordre de phases L1, L2 et
L3, reliez les pinces sans contact dans l'ordre suivant : rouge, jeune et vert (A, B et C) aux
conducteurs extérieurs correspondants.
Les pinces peuvent être pincées directement par les chargeurs individuels isolés sans obligation
de présence d'un contact électrique avec la conduite de raccordement. Le symbole flèche « ▼»
sur la pince doit alors être situé au-dessus du centre du conducteur.
Le sens du champ tournant est signalisé par les LED d'affichage du sens de rotation (2) :
L= champ tournant gauche R= champ tournant droit
Test de rotation
Pour contrôler le sens de rotation d'un axe moteur non visible (p.ex. sur des pompes ou des
réducteurs bridés), maintenez le Testboy® TV 411 directement sur le logement du moteur
électrique.
Veillez, ce faisant, à ce que la sortie de l'axe soit alignée avec le symbole stylisé sur le testeur.
Lorsque le moteur tourne, les LED d'affichage du sens de rotation (2) indiquent le sens de
rotation de l'axe moteur.
Éteindre l'appareil
Pour éteindre l'appareil, appuyez brièvement sur la touche OFF. La LED de disponibilité (3)
s'éteint lorsque le testeur est arrêté.

Entretien et nettoyage
Ne jamais laisser pénétrer d'humidité dans le boîtier afin d'éviter toute électrocution.
| Nettoyer régulièrement le boîtier avec un chiffon humide, sans produit de nettoyage. Ne
jamais utiliser de produits abrasifs, de produits à récurer ou de solvants.
Remplacement de la pile
Dévissez la vis cruciforme sous le logement de la pile à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips de taille 1
pour l'ouvrir. Vous pouvez alors ouvrir le couvercle et remplacer les cellules Mignon (type AA).
Si l'appareil n'est pas utilisé pendant une période prolongée, retirer la pile et conserver l'appareil
dans un environnement ni trop humide, ni trop chaud.
Ne pas laisser de pile usagée dans l'appareil de mesure ; en effet, même les piles présentant une
protection contre les écoulements peuvent se corroder et libérer des produits chimiques nocifs
pour votre santé ou pouvant endommager l'appareil.
Les piles ne peuvent pas être jetées dans les ordures ménagères. Vous trouverez un
centre de collecte proche de chez vous !

Descripción del producto
El comprobador de campo rotatorio y de rotación sin contacto TV 411 muestra el sentido de giro
relacionado con la secuencia de fases de los conductores externos, y es especialmente
adecuado para tareas de servicio en instalaciones de motor.
La medición sin contacto con los bornes de color aislado acelera el servicio y reduce al mínimo el
riesgo de contacto con conductores de electricidad activos.
Con el comprobador de rotación integrado se puede determinar además sin contacto el sentido
de giro de un árbol del motor.

Mantenimiento y limpieza
Para evitar descargas eléctricas no debe penetrar humedad en la carcasa.
| Limpiar la carcasa periódicamente con un paño seco sin producto de limpieza. No utilizar
productos abrasivos ni disolventes.
Cambio de pilas
Para abrir el compartimento de pilas en la parte inferior del aparato suelte el tornillo de cabeza
ranurada en cruz con un destornillador Philips de tamaño 1. Ahora se puede abrir la tapa y
sustituir las pilas (tipo AA).
Si no se utiliza el instrumento durante mucho tiempo, se deberían retirar las pilas y guardar el
instrumento en un lugar no demasiado húmedo ni cálido.
No deje ninguna pila usada en el instrumento de medición, p33-ya que incluso las pilas a prueba de
fugas pueden ser corrosivas, y liberarse por ello sustancias químicas que pueden perjudicar su
salud o destruir el instrumento.
Las pilas no deben desecharse en la basura doméstica. ¡Acuda al punto de recogida
más cercano a usted!

O aparelho de teste de rotação e do campo rotativo (sem contacto direto) TV 411 exibe, com
base na sequência de fase dos condutores externos, o sentido de rotação, e é especialmente
adequado para os trabalhos de manutenção e de serviço nas instalações de motores.
A medição sem contacto com as pinças isoladas e coloridas, acelera os trabalhos de
manutenção e de serviço, minimizando os perigos de contacto com condutores elétricos ativos.
Com a integrada função de teste da rotação sem contacto, adicionalmente é possível determinar
o sentido de rotação de um veio de motor.

Ligar o aparelho
Premir o botão ON para ligar o aparelho. O LED de ativação (3) brilha continuamente, assim que
o aparelho estiver ligado.
Verificação de fase
Os LEDs de estado (1) acendem, assim que na respetiva ligação A, B ou C for detetada uma
tensão alternada entre 70 e 600 V.
Estes LEDs podem eventualmente acender, assim que as pinças de teste estiverem próximas de
condutores sob tensão elétrica ou próximas de peças com carga eletrostática.
Esta particularidade do aparelho não é nenhum defeito de fabrico, mas deve-se à particularidade
de este aparelho ser um dispositivo de medição sem contacto.
Verificação do campo de rotação
Para verificar a direção do campo de rotação (direita ou esquerda), referente à sequência de
fase L1, L2 e L3, deve-se conectar as pinças na ordem vermelho, amarelo e verde (A, B e C)
com os respetivos condutores externos.
As pinças podem ser fixadas diretamente sobre os condutores isolados, sem que seja
estabelecido um contacto elétrico com o cabo de ligação. Neste contexto, o símbolo de seta
" ▼" na pinça deve ficar posicionado no centro do condutor.
A direção do campo de rotação é sinalizada com os LEDs do indicador do sentido de rotação (2):
L= campo de rotação esquerdo R= campo de rotação direito
Teste de rotação
Para testar o sentido de rotação de um veio de motor tapado (p. ex. em bombas ou engrenagens
flangeadas), deve-se posicionar o Testboy® TV 411 diretamente na carcaça do motor elétrico.
Neste contexto, deve ter-se em atenção que a saída do veio fique alinhada com o símbolo
exibido no aparelho de teste.
Com o motor em funcionamento é seguidamente exibido através dos LEDs, do indicador do
sentido de rotação (2), o sentido de rotação do veio do motor.
Desligar o aparelho
Premir o botão OFF para desligar o aparelho. O LED de ativação (3) apaga, assim que o
aparelho estiver desligado.

Manutenção e limpeza
Evitar infiltrações de água na carcaça para prevenir possíveis choques elétricos.
| Limpar regularmente o corpo com um pano seco sem detergente. Não utilizar produtos
abrasivos ou solventes.
Substituição das pilhas
Para abrir o compartimento das pilhas, situado na parte inferior do aparelho, deve-se
desaparafusar o parafuso em cruz com uma chave de fenda tipo Phillips do tamanho 1.
Seguidamente deve-se abrir a tampa e substituir as células mignon (tipo AA).
Se o aparelho não for utilizado durante um longo período, deve-se retirar as pilhas e armazenar
o aparelho num ambiente com pouca humidade e não muito quente.
Não deixe as pilhas descarregadas dentro do aparelho de medição, uma vez que até mesmo as
pilhas com proteção anti-vazamento podem ser alvo de corrosão, o que provoca o eventual
vazamento dos produtos químicos contidos nas pilhas que são prejudiciais para a saúde e/ou
destroem o aparelho.
As pilhas não devem ser eliminadas juntamente com o lixo doméstico. Opte por um
centro de recolha!

La normativa RAEE (2002/96/CE) regola la restituzione e il riciclaggio degli
apparecchi elettronici. Dal 13.8.2005, i produttori di apparecchi elettronici sono
obbligati a prendere in consegna e a riciclare gratuitamente gli articoli elettronici
prodotti dopo questa data. Gli apparecchi elettrici non possono più essere smaltiti
insieme ai rifiuti domestici. Essi devono essere riciclati e smaltiti separatamente.
Tutti gli apparecchi che rientrano nel campo di validità di questa direttiva sono
contrassegnati con un marchio speciale.
Smaltimento di batterie usate
Il consumatore finale è tenuto per legge (legge sulle batterie) a restituire tutte le

Le batterie usa-e-getta/ricaricabili usate possono essere consegnate
gratuitamente ai centri di raccolta del comune di residenza oppure in tutti i punti
vendita di batterie!
Garanzia di 5 anni
Prima di lasciare la fabbrica, gli strumenti Testboy vengono sottoposti a severi controlli di qualità.
Ciononostante, se durante l'impiego pratico dovessero emergere eventuali difetti, sullo strumento
viene concessa una garanzia di 5 anni (valida solo con fattura). Eventuali danni di fabbricazione
o dei materiali verranno eliminati gratuitamente dal produttore, se lo strumento viene restituito
intatto e senza interventi esterni. Sono esclusi dalla garanzia i danni derivanti dalla caduta o da
un uso improprio dello strumento.

Descrizione del prodotto
Il tester senza contatto del campo rotante e della direzione di rotazione TV 411 indica, sulla base
della sequenza di fase dei conduttori esterni, la direzione di rotazione ed è la soluzione ideale per
i lavori di manutenzione sui motori.
La misurazione senza contatto con i morsetti colorati isolati accelera il lavoro e riduce al minimo
il pericolo di entrare in contatto con conduttori elettrici attivi.
Grazie al tester del campo rotante integrato è inoltre possibile determinare senza alcun contatto
la direzione di rotazione di un albero motore.

Accensione dello strumento
Per accendere lo strumento, premere brevemente il tasto ON. Il LED di operatività (3) rimane
illuminato quando lo strumento è acceso.
Controllo delle fasi
I LED di stato (1) si illuminano quando al relativo attacco A, B o C viene rilevata una tensione
alternata compresa tra 70 e 600 V.
In determinate circostanze, i LED possono illuminarsi già quando il morsetto si trova nelle
vicinanze di conduttori sotto tensione e/o componenti caricati elettrostaticamente.
Questo comportamento non deve essere considerato un difetto dello strumento, ma deriva dal
sistema di misura senza contatto.
Controllo del campo rotante
Per controllare il campo rotante (destra o sinistra) in riferimento alla sequenza delle fasi L1, L2 ed
L3, collegare i morsetti senza contatto nell'ordine rosso, giallo e verde (A, B e C) ai relativi
conduttori esterni.
I morsetti possono essere fissati direttamente ai singoli cavi isolati, senza bisogno di un contatto
elettrico con la linea di collegamento. Quando si fissano i morsetti, accertarsi che il simbolo della
freccia " ▼" disegnato sul morsetto si trovi al centro del conduttore.
La direzione del campo rotante viene segnalata dagli appositi LED (2):
L= campo rotante verso sinistra R= campo rotante verso destra
Test della direzione di rotazione
Per determinare la direzione di rotazione di un albero motore non visibile (ad es. di una pompa o
di un riduttore flangiato), appoggiare lo strumento Testboy® TV 411 direttamente al corpo del
motore elettrico.
Durante questa operazione, accertarsi che l'uscita dell'albero coincida esattamente con il simbolo
stilizzato sul tester.
Quando il motore è in funzione, i LED dello strumento (2) segnalano la direzione di rotazione
dell'albero motore.
Spegnimento dello strumento
Per spegnere lo strumento, premere brevemente il tasto OFF. Il LED di operatività (3) si spegne
quando lo strumento è spento.

Manutenzione e pulizia
Evitare infiltrazioni di umidità nello strumento che possono causare folgorazioni.
| Pulire periodicamente lo strumento con un panno asciutto, senza detergente. Evitare l'uso di
prodotti aggressivi, abrasivi o solventi.
Sostituzione delle batterie
Per aprire il vano batterie situato nella parte inferiore dello strumento, svitare la vite a croce con
un cacciavite Phillips da 1. Aprire il coperchio e sostituire le batterie mignon (tipo AA).
Se lo strumento non viene usato per lunghi periodi di tempo, rimuovere le batterie e conservare il
tester in un ambiente non troppo umido né troppo caldo.
Non lasciare le batterie scariche nello strumento, perché anche quelle munite di una protezione
anti-perite possono corrodersi e rilasciare sostanze chimiche dannose per la salute e/o lo
strumento.
Le batterie non possono essere smaltite insieme ai rifiuti domestici. Un centro di
raccolta batterie usate è sicuramente presente anche nelle vostre vicinanze!

tillverkare av elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning utan kostnad ta emot utrustning
som inköpts efter detta datum för återvinning. Elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning
får inte längre hanteras som vanligt avfall. Elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning ska
bortskaffas och återvinnas separat. All utrustning som omfattas av detta direktiv är
försedd med denna märkning.
Återvinning av förbrukade batterier
Som slutkonsument är du enligt gällande föreskrifter skyldig att återlämna alla
förbrukade batterier. Batterier får inte behandlas som hushållsavfall!

vid användning av enheten omfattas den av en tillverkargaranti på 5 år (endast mot uppvisande
av faktura). Vi åtgärdar tillverknings- och materialfel utan kostnad, under förutsättning att enhete
skickas tillbaka till oss utan att ha tagits isär eller ändrats på annat sätt. Skador som uppstått
genom att enheten fallit ned eller hanterats felaktigt omfattas inte av garantin.
