knowledgeable end users. It provides information for the installation and use of the
X10SDV Mini-ITX Series motherboard.
About This Motherboard
The X10SDV Mini-ITX SFP+ series motherboard supports an Intel
® Xeon®
D-1500 series SoC (System-on-a-Chip) processor in a BGA package. The X10SDV
Mini-ITX SFP+ series motherboard addresses a low-power, high-density infrastruc-
ture need with either 8/12/16 Xeon cores, up to 128 GB of addressable memory,
two integrated 10G SFP+ ports, two 1 Gigabit Intel Ethernet ports, M.2 SSD, Intel
Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise (RSTe), USB 3.0 and a thermal design from
35 to 65 watts. The X10SDV Mini-ITX SFP+ series motherboards provide software
consistency from the data center to the storage and network edge with the same
instruction set as the robust Xeon processor.
Please refer to our website at (http://www.supermicro.com/products/) for memory
support updates. This product is intended to be installed and serviced by profes-
