Haut-parleur de plafond Public Adress
Cette notice s’adresse aux installateurs ayant des
connaissances techniques en sonorisation 100 V.
Veuillez lire la présente notice avec attention
avant l‘installation et conservez-la pour pouvoir
vous y reporter ultérieurement.
1 PossibilitĂ©s d’utilisation
Ce haut-parleur est spécialement conçu pour une uti-
lisation dans des installations de Public Adress. Il est
Ă©quipĂ© d’un transformateur pour un fonctionnement
dans des installations 100 V. L’adaptation de la puis-
sance connectĂ©e s’effec tue via la sĂ©lection de bornes
de branchement. Ce haut-parleur est adapté, en tant
que systĂšme 2 voies, pour la restitution de musique et
discours. Il est réalisé en matériau ABS résistant aux
tempĂ©ratures Ă©levĂ©es et rĂ©siste jusqu’à 100 °C. Il est rĂ©-
sistant aux intempĂ©ries (IP 65), aux UV et Ă  l’eau salĂ©e
(testé selon la norme ASTM B117, essai au brouil lard
salin 400 h). Il est ainsi adapté pour une installation en
extérieur ou dans des zones de sauna ou de piscine.
2 Conseils importants
Le haut-parleur répond à toutes les directives nécessaires
de l’Union EuropĂ©enne et porte donc le symbole .

Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dom-
mages matériels ou corporels résultants si le haut-
parleur est utilisé dans un but autre que celui pour
lequel il a Ă©tĂ© conçu, s’il n’est pas correctement bran-
chĂ© ou s’il y a surcharge ; en outre, la garantie de-
viendrait caduque.
Lorsque le haut-parleur est dĂ©ïŹnitivement
retiré du service, vous devez le déposer dans
une usine de recyclage adaptée pour contri-
buer Ă  son Ă©limination non polluante.
3 Montage
1) Découpez un trou de taille adéquate dans le plafond
(voir caractéristiques techniques).
2) Effectuez le branchement Ă©lectrique (chapitre 4).
3) DĂ©pliez les quatre bras Ă  pince vers le haut.
4) Insérez par une légÚre pression le haut-parleur dans
l’ouverture du plafond jusqu’à ce que les bras à pince
se replient pour ïŹxer le haut-parleur au plafond.
4 Branchement Ă©lectrique
AVERTIS-
SEMENT
Pendant le fonctionnement, une tension
de contact dangereuse jusqu’à 100 V est
présente sur le cùble haut-parleur. Seul un
personnel qualiïŹĂ© peut effectuer l‘instal-
lation.
Faites attention Ă  la charge de l‘ampliïŹcateur PA par
les haut-parleurs. Une surcharge peut endommager
l‘ampliïŹcateur !
1) Si l’installation Public Adress est allumĂ©e, veillez Ă  la
débrancher totalement !
2) Reliez le haut-parleur : reliez la borne COM et la
borne repérée avec la puissance nominale souhaitée
Ă  la sortie 100 V de l’ampliïŹcateur.
3) Si plusieurs haut-parleurs sont branchés, veillez à ce
que les haut-parleurs aient tous la mĂȘme polaritĂ©
(p. ex. borne COM = pĂŽle moins) et que l’ampliïŹca-
teur ne soit pas en surcharge.

PA Ceiling Speaker
These instructions are intended for installers with
speciïŹc knowledge in 100 V technology for PA
applications. Please read the instructions care-
fully prior to installation and keep them for later
reference.
1 Applications
This speaker is specially designed for applications in PA
systems. It is equipped with a transformer for operation
at 100 V systems. The connected load is matched via
selection of the terminals. As a 2-way system, the
speaker is ideally suited for speech and music repro-
duction. The speaker is made of a high-temperature
ABS material and is temperature-resistant up to 100 °C.
It is weatherproof (IP 65), resistant to UV radiation and
salt water (tested according to ASTM B117, salt spray
test 400 h). Thus, it is also suitable for outdoor instal-
lations or for applications in sauna areas or swimming
pool areas.
2 Important Notes
The speaker corresponds to all relevant directives of the
EU and is therefore marked with .

No guarantee claims for the speaker and no liability
for any resulting personal damage or material dam-
age will be accepted if the speaker is used for other
purposes than originally intended, if it is not correctly
connected, or if it is overloaded.
If the speaker is to be put out of operation
deïŹnitively, take it to a local recycling plant
for a disposal which is not harmful to the
environment.
3 Mounting
1) Saw a cutout of the appropriate size into the ceiling
(see speciïŹcations).
2) Make the electrical connection (chapter 4).
3) Fold the four clamps upwards.
4) Insert the speaker into the ceiling cutout by exerting
a slight pressure until the clamps are folded down
and the speaker is clamped on the ceiling.
4 Electrical Connection
WARNING During operation, there is a hazard of
contact with a voltage up to 100 V at the
connection cable. The installation must be
carried out by skilled personnel only.
Observe the load of the PA ampliïŹer by the speakers.
An overload may damage the ampliïŹer! The total
power of all speakers connected must not exceed the
ampliïŹer power.
1) If the PA system is switched on, switch it off com-
pletely before connecting it!
2) Connect the speaker: Connect the terminal COM and
the terminal marked with the desired power rating
to the 100 V output of the ampliïŹer.
3) When connecting several speakers, make sure that
all speakers have the same polarity (e. g. COM ter-
minal = negative pole) and that the PA ampliïŹer is
not overloaded.

Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Installateure mit
Fachkenntnissen in der 100-V-Beschallungstech-
nik. Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung vor der Instal-
lation grĂŒndlich durch und heben Sie sie fĂŒr ein
spÀteres Nachlesen auf.
1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Dieser Lautsprecher ist speziell fĂŒr den Einsatz in
ELA-Anlagen konzipiert. Er ist mit einem Übertrager
fĂŒr den Betrieb an 100-V-Anlagen ausgestattet. Die An-
passung der Anschlussleistung erfolgt ĂŒber die Auswahl
der Anschluss klemmen. Als 2-Wege- System ist der Laut-
sprecher fĂŒr Sprach- und Musik wiedergabe geeignet.
Der Lautsprecher ist aus Hochtemperatur-ABS-Material
gefertigt und temperaturfest bis 100 °C. Er ist wetter-
fest (IP 65), UV-bestÀndig und salzwasserresistent (ge-
testet nach ASTM B117, Salzwasser sprĂŒhtest 400 h).
Damit eignet er sich auch fĂŒr die Außeninstallation
oder den Einsatz im Sauna- oder Schwimmbadbereich.
2 Wichtige Hinweise
Der Lautsprecher entspricht allen relevanten Richt-
linien der EU und trÀgt deshalb das -Zeichen.

Wird der Lautsprecher zweckentfremdet, nicht fach-
gerecht angeschlossen oder ĂŒberlastet, kann keine
Haftung fĂŒr daraus resultierende Sach- oder Perso-
nenschĂ€den und keine Garantie fĂŒr den Lautsprecher
ĂŒbernommen werden.
Soll der Lautsprecher endgĂŒltig aus dem
Betrieb genommen werden, ĂŒbergeben Sie
ihn zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem
örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Montage
1) In die Decke ein entsprechend großes Loch sĂ€gen
(siehe technische Daten).
2) Den elektrischen Anschluss herstellen (Kapitel 4).
3) Die vier Klemmarme nach oben klappen.
4) Den Lautsprecher mit leichtem Druck in die Decken-
öffnung ein setzen, bis die Klemmarme umgeklappt
sind und den Lautsprecher an der Decke fest klemmen.
4 Elektrischer Anschluss
WARNUNG Im Betrieb liegt berĂŒhrungsgefĂ€hrliche
Spannung bis 100 V an der Lautsprecher-
leitung an. Die Installation darf nur durch
Fachpersonal erfolgen.
Achten Sie auf die Belastung des ELA-VerstÀrkers
durch die Lautsprecher. Eine Überlastung kann den
VerstÀrker beschÀdigen! Die Summe der Leistungen
aller angeschlossenen Lautsprecher darf die VerstÀr-
kerleistung nicht ĂŒberschreiten.
1) Falls die ELA-Anlage eingeschaltet ist, diese zuerst
komplett ausschalten!
2) Den Lautsprecher an schließen: Die Anschluss klemme
COM und die Klemme, die mit der gewĂŒnschten
Nennleis tung bezeichnet ist, mit dem 100-V-Aus-
gang des VerstÀrkers ver binden.
3) Beim Anschluss von mehreren Lautsprechern darauf
achten, dass die Lautsprecher alle gleich gepolt wer-
den (z. B. COM-Klemme = Minuspol) und dass der
VerstĂ€rker nicht ĂŒberlastet wird.

GƂoƛnik suïŹtowy PA
Niniejsza instrukcja przeznaczona jest instalato-
rów posiadających wiedzę w zakresie systemów
PA pracujących w technice 100 V. Przed rozpoczę-
ciem uĆŒytkowania proszę zapoznać się z instruk-
cją, a następnie zachować ją do wglądu.
1 Zastosowanie
GƂoƛnik EDL-156 przeznaczony jest do zastosowania
w systemach PA, zostaƂ wyposaĆŒony w transformator
do pracy w technice 100 V. Wymaganą moc gƂoƛnika
moĆŒna wybrać przyƂączając linię gƂoƛnikową do odpo-
wiedniego zacisku. EDL-156 jest ukƂadem dwudroĆŒnym,
zatem doskonale nadaje się do odtwarzania muzyki i
komunikatĂłw sƂownych. PoniewaĆŒ gƂoƛnik zostaƂ wy-
konany z wysokotemperaturowego tworzywa ABS, jest
odporny na dziaƂanie wysokich temperatur (do 100 °C).
Obudowa gƂoƛnika jest rĂłwnieĆŒ odporna na dziaƂanie
czynnikĂłw atmosferycznych (klasa ochrony IP 65), na
promieniowanie ultraïŹoletowe oraz na dziaƂanie sƂo-
nej wody (badanie odpornoƛci korozyjnej w mgle solnej
ASTM B117, 400 godz.). Dzięki temu gƂoƛnik nadaje się
rĂłwnieĆŒ do montaĆŒu na zewnątrz, moĆŒna go takĆŒe za-
instalować w saunie lub na basenie.
2 BezpieczeƄstwo uĆŒytkowania
PoniewaĆŒ urządzenie speƂnia wymogi norm obowiązu-
jących w Unii Europejskiej, jest oznaczone symbolem .

Producent ani dostawca nie ponoszą odpowiedzial-
noƛci za wynikƂe szkody (uszkodzenie sprzętu lub
obraĆŒenia uĆŒytkownika), jeƛli urządzenie jest uĆŒy-
wane niezgodnie z przeznaczeniem, jeĆŒeli zostaƂo
nieprawidƂowo podƂączone bądĆș jeƛli nastąpiƂo jego
przeciÄ…ĆŒenie.
Po caƂkowitym zakoƄczeniu eksploatacji
urządzenia naleĆŒy oddać je do punktu utyli
zacji odpadów, aby uniknąć zanieczyszcze-
nia ƛrodowiska naturalnego.
3 MontaĆŒ
1) -NaleĆŒy wyciąć w suïŹcie otwĂłr odpowiedniej wielko
ƛci (por. dane techniczne).
2) NaleĆŒy podƂączyć urządzenie (rozdziaƂ 4).
3) NaleĆŒy zagiąć do gĂłry cztery zaciski.
4) NaleĆŒy wprowadzić gƂoƛnik do otworu suïŹtowego
lekko pchając urządzenie, aĆŒ zaciski zƂoĆŒÄ… się i gƂo-
ƛnik zostanie zablokowany w otworze.
4 PodƂączenie urządzenia
UWAGA Podczas pracy, na zaciskach gƂoƛnika
występuje wysokie napięcie do 100 V.
Instalację naleĆŒy zlecić osobie przeszko-
lonej.
SzczegĂłlną uwagę naleĆŒy zwrĂłcić na odpowiedni
dobór mocy gƂoƛnika do mocy wzmacniacza. Niedo-
pasowanie mocowe moĆŒe spowodować przeciÄ…ĆŒenie
wzmacniacza i w konsekwencji jego uszkodzenie. Su-
maryczna moc gƂosnikĂłw, nie moĆŒe przekraczać mocy
wzmacniacza.
1) Jeƛli system PA jest wƂączony, naleĆŒy go wyƂączyć
przed rozpoczęciem podƂączania gƂoƛników!
2) NaleĆŒy podƂączyć gƂoƛnik: poƂączyć zacisk COM oraz
zacisk o kolorze odpowiadającym ĆŒÄ…danej mocy zna-
mionowej gƂoƛnika z wyjƛciem 100 V wzmacniacza.
3) Przy podƂączaniu kilku gƂoƛnikĂłw naleĆŒy się upew-
nić, czy wszystkie gƂoƛniki mają odpowiednią bie-
gunowoƛć (np. zacisk COM = biegun ujemny) i czy
wzmacniacz PA nie zostaƂ przeciÄ…ĆŒony.
Z zastrzeĆŒeniem moĆŒliwoƛci zmian.

Estas instrucciones van dirigidas a instaladores con
un conocimiento sobre la tecnologĂ­a de 100 V en
aplicaciones para megafonĂ­a. Lea atentamente
estas instrucciones antes de la instalaciĂłn y guĂĄr-
delas para usos posteriores.
1 Aplicaciones
Este altavoz estå especialmente diseñado para aplica-
ciones en sistemas de megafonĂ­a. EstĂĄ equipado con un
transformador para el funcionamiento en sistemas de
100 V. La carga conectada se adapta mediante la selec-
ciĂłn de los terminales. Como un sistema de 2 vĂ­as, el alta-
voz es ideal para reproducir habla y mĂșsica. El altavoz
estĂĄ hecho de un material de ABS de alta temperatura y
es resistente hasta 100 °C de temperatura. Es resistente
a la intemperie (IP 65), resistente a la radiaciĂłn UV y
al agua salada (probado de acuerdo con el test ASTM
B117, ensayos en niebla salina 400 h). De este modo,
también estå indicado para instalaciones en exterior o
para usos en zonas de saunas o de piscinas.
2 Notas Importantes
El altavoz cumple con todas las directivas relevantes de
la UE y por lo tanto estĂĄ marcado con el sĂ­mbolo .

No podrĂĄ reclamarse garantĂ­a o responsabilidad al-
guna por cualquier daño personal o material resul-
tante si el altavoz se utiliza para otros ïŹnes diferentes
a los originalmente concebidos, si no se conecta ade-
cuadamente o si se sobrecarga.
Si el altavoz debe ser retirado del funciona-
miento deïŹnitivamente, llĂ©velo a una planta
de reciclaje local para su disposiciĂłn no per-
judicial para el medioambiente.
3 Montaje
1) Sierre un agujero del tamaño apropiado en el techo
(vea características técnicas).
2) Haga la conexión eléctrica (capítulo 4).
3) Pliegue las cuatro abrazaderas hacia arriba.
4) Introduzca el altavoz en el agujero del techo ejer-
ciendo una ligera presiĂłn hasta que las abrazaderas
se plieguen hacia abajo y el altavoz quede sujeto
en el techo.
4 Conexión Eléctrica
ADVERTENCIA Durante el funcionamiento, existe el pe-
ligro de contacto con un voltaje de hasta
100 V en el cable de altavoz. La instala-
ciĂłn tiene que llevarse a cabo sĂłlo por el
persona cualiïŹcado.
Preste atenciĂłn a la carga del ampliïŹcador de mega-
fonía con los altavoces. Una sobrecarga puede dañar
el ampliïŹcador. La potencia total de todos los altavo-
ces conectados no puede sobrepasar la potencia del
ampliïŹcador.
1) -ÂĄSi el sistema de megafonĂ­a estĂĄ encendido, apĂĄ
guelo completamente antes de conectarlo!
2) Conecte el altavoz: Conecte el terminal COM y el ter-
minal marcado con la potencia nominal deseada a la
salida de 100 V del ampliïŹcador.
3) Cuando conecte varios altavoces, asegĂșrese de que
todos los altavoces tienen la misma polaridad (p. ej.
terminal COM = polo negativo) y de que el ampliïŹ-
cador de megafonĂ­a no estĂĄ sobrecargado.

Altoparlante PA da sofïŹtto
Queste istruzioni sono rivolte agli installatori che
possiedono delle conoscenze speciïŹche della tec-
nica di sonorizzazione a 100 V. Vi preghiamo di
leggerle attentamente prima dell‘installazione e
di conservarle per un uso futuro.
1 Possibilità d’impiego
Questo altoparlante Ăš stato realizzato in modo partico-
lare per l’impiego in impianti PA. È equipaggiato con
un tra sformatore per impianti con uscita audio a 100 V.
L’adattamento alla potenza di connessione avviene
scegliendo i morsetti di connessione. Come sistema a
2 vie, l’altoparlante ù adatto per la riproduzione di
musica e della lingua parlata. È prodotto in materiale
ABS ad alta temperatura ed Ăš resistente al calore ïŹno
a 100 °C. È resistente alla intemperie (IP 65), ai raggi UV
e all’acqua salata (testato secondo ASTM B117, test di
polverizzazione con acqua salata per 400 h). Pertanto Ăš
adatto anche per l’installazione all’esterno oppure per
l’impiego in saune o piscine.
2 Avvertenze importanti
L’apparecchio ù conforme a tutte le direttive rilevanti
dell’UE e pertanto porta la sigla .

Nel caso d’uso improprio, di collegamenti sbagliati o
di sovraccarico dell’altoparlante, non si assume nes-
suna responsabilitĂ  per eventuali danni consequen-
ziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna ga-
ranzia per l’altoparlante.
Se si desidera eliminare l’altoparlante deïŹni-
tivamente, consegnarlo per lo smaltimento
ad un’istituzione locale per il riciclaggio.
3 Montaggio
1) Praticare l’apertura necessaria nel sofïŹtto (vedi dati
tecnici).
2) Eseguire il collegamento elettrico (cap. 4).
3) Ribaltare i quattro bracci di sostegno verso l’alto.
4) Con una leggera pressione inserire l’altoparlante
nel sofïŹtto ïŹnchĂ© i bracci si abbassano nuovamente
stringendo l’altoparlante contro il sofïŹtto.
4 Collegamento elettrico
AVVERTIMENTO Durante il funzionamento, nel cavo di
collegamento Ăš presente una tensione
ïŹno a 100 V, pericolosa in caso di con-
tatto. L’installazione deve essere ese-
guita solo da personale specializzato.
Tener presente anche la potenza dell’ampliïŹcatore
rispetto agli altoparlanti. Un sovraccarico puĂČ dan-
neggiare l’ampliïŹcatore! La somma delle potenze di
tutti gli altoparlanti collegati non deve superare la
potenza dell’ampliïŹcatore.
1) Se l’impianto PA ù acceso occorre dapprima spe-
gnerlo completamente!
2) Collegare l’altoparlante: collegare il morsetto COM e
il morsetto contrassegnato con la potenza nominale,
con l’uscita 100 V dell’ampliïŹcatore.
3) Nel caso di collegamento di piĂč altoparlanti fare
attenzione all’identica polarità di tutti gli altopar-
lanti (p. es. morsetto COM = polo negativo) e di non
sovraccaricare l’ampliïŹcatore.
