FALL ASLEEP FASTER ...
Mina Sunrise lamp makes it easier for you to fall asleep. Its soothing orange light gradually changes
to a red light.
The wavelengths of red light stimulate the production of melatonin. Melatonin is a natural hormone
that promotes better sleep. The brain releases more melatonin at nightfall and tends to release less
when you are exposed to light.
... AND WAKE UP NATURALLY
Mina Sunrise lamp provides a gentle wake-up call and a real feeling of lightness and well-being. The
blue light emitted by Mina Sunrise plays a key role in regulating our circadian rhythm, also known as
the body clock. This blue light causes a decrease in the production of melatonin, so you feel awake
and ready to face the day.
The intensity gradually increases and eventually approaches a warm white light simulating sunrise.
