This hood is ANSI/NSF2-2015 Listed for the Standard for Food Equipment, Revised June 2016.
This hood is ANSI/NSF51-2014 Listed for the Standard for Food Equipment Materials, Revised March
2015.
INSTALLATION
The equipment is required to be installed and operated with the designed airow, lters and
construcon that are idened and explained within this manual. If there are any quesons about

issues.

INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING OR
SERVICING THIS EQUIPMENT.
RECEIVING/STORAGE
Once equipment is received, check for both obvious and hidden damage. If damage is found, record all
necessary informaon on the bill of lading and le a claim with the nal carrier. Conrm that all parts of
the shipment, including accessories, are accounted for.
If a kitchen hood system must be stored prior to installaon it must be protected. Indoor storage is rec-
ommended. For outdoor storage, cover the hood and accessories with a tarp to keep it clean, dry, and
protected from UV (Ultra Violet) Radiaon damage.
Improper storage which results in damage to the unit will void the warranty.
