• Grounding wire should be connected with the grounding bar. The grounding wire can not be connected to the gas
pipe, water pipe, lightening rod or the telephone grounding wire. Improper grounding may cause electric shock.
• Units installed on roof should have appropriate access and handrail.
• Use the wrench to fasten the nut and are at proper torque. Excessive torque may cause ared section to broke
leading to refrigerant leakage.
• After refrigerant pipe installation, please take nitrogen leakage test to avoid refrigerant leakage.
• R410A is the only permitted refrigerant.
• To avoid mischarging wrong refrigerant, the check valve diameter is changed for R410A. To strengthen the pipe,
the ared pipe dimension is also changed. Please use R410A specied tools as shown below.
• When charging refrigerant, the refrigerant must be in liquid state from the tank.
• To prevent EMC interference on other appliances, please keep indoor unit, outdoor unit, power cable and
connecting wire at least 1m away from those appliances.
• Fluorescent lamp (reverse phase or rapid start type) may interfere with the remote controller's signal. Please
install indoor unit away from uorescent lamp. The farther the better.
• The temperature and ow of the outdoor unit inlet water need to conform to the requirements of the specication,
the water temperature is too low or the water is too small will cause the unit malfunction.
• The water pipe network including water lter and tube heat exchanger need to regularly clean, otherwise it will
decrease the capacity.
• The quality of the circulating water must conform to the specications. otherwise it will decrease the system life.
R410A specied tools Remarks
1 Gauge manifold Range: HP>4.5MPa,LP>2MPa
2 Charge hose Pressure: HP 5.3MPa, LP 3.5MPa
3 Electronic weight for charging R410A No other means permitted
4Torque wrench
5 Flare tool
6 Copper pipe gauge for adjusting projecting margin
7Vacuum pump tting Vacuum pump must be equipped with check valve
8 Leakage detector Only Helium detector permitted
CAUTION

General Information
1.2.2 Double EEVs control
The double EEVs control the 2 stages heat exchanger separately, which can adjust the condenser volume and
optimize system performance.
1.2.3 Energy Saving: Heat recovery between different refrigerant system
Heat recovery is achieved within the water loop among different refrigerant systems, higher whole system efciency
due to cooling and heating simultaneously in different refrigerant systems.
1.2 Feature
1.2.1 User friendly outdoor structure
Compact inner structure and core parts.

1.2.10 Reliable performance
a. High COP
High efciency and great energy saving are always the purchased aim for each Haier air conditioning system. Haier
MRV has been designed to get high COP from the reasonable structure and the excellent electric system
COP

b. Approved for RoHS certicate
All the parts in the unit have been approved for RoHS certicate. The parts are in conformance with RoHS directive.
Thus Haier MRV will be environmental for human and nature.
The directive is to approximate the laws of the Member States on the restrictions of the use of hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment and to contribute to the protection of human health and the
environmentally sound recovery and disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
C. Operation condition:
To use the air conditioner normally. Please perform as to the below conditions.
1.2.8 Easier maintenance
a. Backup operation
If one outdoor unit malfunction happens, the other units provide emergent operation until repair achieved.
b. Auto check function.
Failure codes displayed by LED in outdoor PCB or controllers are so detailed for us to find the fail place more
quickly, and can judge the failure content easily.
