1-6 Internal Connectors
Read the following guidelines before connecting external devices:
•First make sure your devices are compliant with the connectors you wish to connect.
•Before installing the devices, be sure to turn off the devices and your computer. Unplug the power
cord from the power outlet to prevent damage to the devices.
•After installing the device and before turning on the computer, make sure the device cable has
been securely attached to the connector on the motherboard.

Determines the state of the system after the return of power from an AC power loss.

Always Off The system stays off upon the return of the AC power. (Default)

Displays the detection status of the chassis intrusion detection device attached to the motherboard CI
header.Ifthesystemchassiscoverisremoved,thiseldwillshow"Open",otherwiseitwillshow"Close."
To clear the chassis intrusion status record, set to , save the settings Reset Case Open Status Enabled
to the CMOS, and then restart your system.

Disabled Keeps or clears the record of previous chassis intrusion status. (Default)
Enabled Clears the record of previous chassis intrusion status and the Case Openeldwill
show "No" at next boot.

Allows you to determine whether to enable the Intel® CPU Turbo Boost technology. (Default: Enabled)

Allows you to determine whether to let the CPU enter C states. When enabled, the CPU core frequency
willbereducedduringsystemhaltstatetodecreasepowerconsumption.Thisitemiscongurableonly
