Safety

• This product should only be repaired by qualiﬁed service

technicians.

• The product should not be taken apart or modiﬁed.

• Do not cover the product. Adequate ventilation with adistance

of at least 15 cm between ventilation openings and the

surrounding area is necessary to prevent overheating.

• Remove the batteries if the device is not to be used for

along time. This should prevent the batteries from leaking.

• The product should not be taken apart or modiﬁed. Certain

exposed parts inside the casing carry dangerous current.

Touching these can lead to ﬁre or electric shock.

• The product is designed for indoor use only.

• Never subject the product to high temperature, dust, heavy

vibration, impacts, humidity or moisture.

• Do not place the product where there is a risk of it falling into

water or other liquid. Do not place containers with liquid on

the product e.g. ﬂower vases, coffee cups, ﬁzzy drink bottles.

• Disconnect the device from the power supply by unplugging

it from the wall socket. The product’s plug should be easily

accessible.

• The mains lead should be checked regularly. Never use the

product if the mains lead or plug is damaged.

• Never lay the power lead over hot surfaces or pull it round

sharp edges or corners.

1. Connect the mains lead to the radio’s mains socket (9).

2. Plug the other end of the mains lead into a wall socket.

The radio will automatically switch over from battery power.

Radio

1. Set the function selector to FM.

2. Adjust the volume using the volume knob.

3. Tune into a radio station using the tuning knob.

4. Extend the telescopic aerial to improve reception.

AUX IN (3.5 mm line-in)

The AUX IN (8) can be used for connecting an external audio

source such as an MP3 player.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the product using a dry cloth as and when required.

Inserting the batteries

1. Remove the battery cover.

2. Insert 4 x AA/LR6 batteries. Make sure to insert the

batteries according to the polarity markings in the battery

compartment.

3. Replace the battery cover.

Säkerhet

längre period. Detta för att förhindra att batterierna börjar läcka.

Knappar och funktioner Nätanslutning

1. Anslut nätsladden till apparatens uttag (9).

2. Anslut stickproppen till ett vägguttag.

Batteridriften upphör då automatiskt.

Radio

1. Ställ funktionsväljaren på FM.

2. Justera volymen med volymratten.

3. Använd frekvensväljaren för att välja radiostation.

4. Fäll ut och dra upp antennen för bästa mottagning.

AUX IN (lågnivåingång 3,5 mm)

Anslut en extern ljudkälla som till exempel en MP3-spelare

till lågnivåingången (8).

Skötsel och underhåll

Vid behov, torka av apparaten med en torr mjuk trasa.

Avfallshantering

När du ska göra dig av med produkten ska detta ske enligt

1. Öppna batteriluckan.

2. Sätt i 4 st. AA/LR6-batterier i batterifacket. Observera att

batteriernas polaritet överensstämmer med märkningarna
