1 Important instructions for safety and
environment
This section contains safety instructions that will help protect
from risk of personal injury or property damage. Failure to
follow these instructions shall void any warranty.
1.1 General safety

may get damaged.

automatic washing machines only.

detergent package.

2 Installation
Refer to theξ ξ ξnearest Authorisedξ ξServiceξAgent for installationξ ξ ξ
of the product.ξ ξ ξToξ ξ ξmake the product ready for use,ξ ξ ξ ξ ξreview
the information in the user manual and make sure that the
electricity,ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ ξtap water supply and water drainage systems areξ ξ
appropriate before calling theξ ξ ξ ξAuthorized Serviceξ ξAgent.ξ ξIf
they are not,ξ ξ ξ ξaξcall qualified technician and plumber toξ ξ ξ ξ ξhaveξ
any necessary arrangements carried out.
CPreparation of theξ ξ ξlocation and electrical,ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ ξtap water and
waste water installations at the place of installation is
under customer's responsibility.ξ ξ
Bwarning: Installation and electrical connections ofξ ξ ξ ξ ξ
the product mustξ ξ ξbe carried outξ ξ ξ ξby theξAuthorizedξ
ServiceξAgent. Manufacturerξ ξshall not be heldξ ξ ξ ξliable forξ ξ
damages that mayξ ξ ξarise from procedures carried outξ ξ ξ ξ ξbyξ

CMake sure that the water inlet and discharge hoses
as well asξ ξ ξthe power cable areξ ξ ξ ξnot folded,ξ ξpinched orξ ξ
crushed while pushing the product into its place after
installation or cleaning procedures.
2.1 Appropriate installation location
β’ξ Place the machineξ ξ ξon rigid floor.ξaξ ξ ξ ξ ξDo not place it onξ ξ ξaξ
long pile rug or similar surfaces.
β’ξ Total weightξ ξof the washing machine andξ ξ ξ ξ ξthe dryer -withξ ξ ξ
full load- when they are placed on top of each other
reaches to approx.ξ ξ ξ ξ180 kilograms.ξ ξ ξ ξPlace the product
on a solid and flat floor that has sufficient load carrying
capacity!
β’ξ Do not placeξ ξ ξthe product on the power cable.ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ
β’ξ Do not installξ ξ ξthe product places where temperatureξ ξ ξat ξ ξ ξ
may fall below 0ΒΊC.ξ ξ ξ
β’ξ Place the productξ ξ ξat awayξ ξ1ξ ξleast cm ξ ξ ξ ξ ξfrom the edges of
other furniture.
2.2 Removing packaging reinforcement
Tilt theξ ξmachine backwards to remove theξ ξ ξ ξ ξpackagingξ
reinforcement.ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ ξRemove the packaging reinforcement by
pulling the ribbon.ξ ξ
2.3 Removing the transportation locks
Awarning: Do not remove theξ ξ ξ ξtransportation locksξ ξbeforeξ
taking out the packaging reinforcement.
Awarning: Remove the transportation safety boltsξ ξ ξ ξ ξbeforeξ
operating the washingξ ξ ξmachine! Otherwise,ξ ξthe productξ ξ
will be damaged.ξ ξ
1.ξLoosen all the bolts withξ ξ ξ ξ ξaξ ξ ξ ξ ξsuitable spanner until they
rotate freely (C).
2.ξRemove transportation safety boltsξ ξ ξ ξ ξby turning themξ ξ
gently.
3.ξAttach the plastic covers suppliedξ ξ ξ ξ ξin the User Manual bagξ ξ ξ ξ ξ
into the holes on the rear panel.

CKeep the transportationξ ξ ξsafety bolts inξ ξ ξaξ ξ ξ ξsafe place to
reuse when theξ ξ ξwashing machine needs toξ ξ ξ ξbe movedξ ξ
again in the future.
CNever move the product without the transportation safety
bolts properly fixedξ ξ ξin place!ξ
2.4 Connecting water supply
CThe water supplyξ ξ ξpressure required to runξ ξ ξ ξthe product isξ ξ ξ
betweenξ1ξto 10 bars (0.1ξ ξ ξ ξβξ1ξMPa). Itξ ξis necessary toξ ξ ξ
have 10ξ ξβξ ξ ξ ξ80 liters of water flowing from the fullyξ ξ ξ ξ ξopenξ
tap in one minute to have your machine run smoothly.
Attachξaξpressure reducing valve ifξ ξ ξ ξwater pressure isξ ξ ξ
higher.
CIf you areξ ξ ξgoing to use theξ ξ ξ ξdouble water-inletξ ξproductξ
as a single (cold)ξwater-inlet unit,ξ ξ ξ ξ ξyou must install theξ
supplied stopper toξ ξ ξthe hot water valveξ ξ ξ ξbefore operatingξ ξ
the product.ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ(Applies for the products supplied withξ ξ ξaξ
blind stopper group.)ξ ξ
Awarning: Models withξ ξaξsingle water inlet should notξ ξ ξ ξ ξbeξ
connected to theξ ξ ξhot water tap.ξ ξ ξ ξ ξaξ ξ ξ ξIn such case the laundry
will get damaged or the product will switch to protection
mode and will not operate.
Awarning: Do not use oldξ ξ ξ ξor used water inlet hosesξ ξ ξ ξ ξon theξ ξ
new product.ξ ξ ξ ξ ξIt may cause stains on your laundry.ξ ξ ξ
1.ξConnect the special hoses suppliedξ ξ ξ ξ ξwith the product toξ ξ ξ ξ
the water inlets on the product. Red hose (left) (max. 90
ΒΊC) is for hotξ ξ ξ ξwater inlet,ξ ξblue hose (right) (max.ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ25 ΒΊC) is
for cold water inlet.
Awarning: Ensure that the cold and hot water connections
are made correctly when installing the product.
Otherwise,ξ ξ ξ ξ ξ ξyour laundry will come out hot the endξ ξat ξ ξofξ
the washing process and wear out.
2.ξTighten all hose nutsξ ξ ξ ξbyξhand.ξ ξ ξaξ ξNever use tool whenξ
tightening the nuts.
3. Open the taps completely after making the hose
connection to check for water leaks at the connection
