SAFETY INFORMATION

Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect hood from the

mains by removing the plug or disconnecting the mains electrical supply.

Always wear work gloves for all installation and maintenance operations.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above

and per sons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or

lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or

instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand

the hazards involved. Children shall not be allowed to tamper with the

controls or play with the appliance. Cleaning and user main te nance

shall not be made by children without supervision. The premises where

the appliance is installed must be sufciently ventilated, when the kitchen

hood is used together with other gas combustion devices or other fuels.

The hood must be regularly cleaned on both the inside and outside (AT

LEAST ONCE A MONTH). This must be completed in accor dance with

the maintenance instructions provided in this manual. Failure to follow the

instruc tions provided in this user guide regarding the cleaning of the hood

and lters will lead to the risk of res. The aming of foods beneath the

hood itself is severely prohibited.

The use of exposed ames is detrimental to the lters and may cause a

re risk, and must therefore be avoided in all circumstances.

Any frying must be done with care in order to make sure that the oil does

not overheat and ignite.

CAUTION: Accessible parts of the hood may become hot when used

with cooking appliances.

For lamp replacement use only lamp type indicated in the Maintenance/

Replacing lamps section of this manual.

WARNING! Do not connect the appliance to the mains until the

installation is fully complete.

When connecting the hood to the electrical network, only certified electrical

adaptors are allowed and not power strips.

1.SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

With regards to the technical and safety

measures to be adopted for fume

discharging it is important to closely follow

the regulations provided by the local

authorities.

The ducting system for this appliance must

not be connected to any existing ventilation

system which is being used for any other

purpose such as discharging exhaust fumes

from appliances burning gas or other fuels.

Do not use or leave the hood without the

lamp correctly mounted due to the possible

risk of electric shocks.

mounted grids.

2.USE

The hood serves to aspirate the fumes and

vapors resulting from cooking.

3.INSTALLATION

The mains power supply must correspond

to the rating indicated on the plate situated

inside the hood. If provided with a plug

benutzt werden, sofern sie entsprechend überwacht werden bzw. in

mit dem Gerät nicht spielen. Die Reinigungs- und -Wartungsarbeiten

Achtung! DasIst das Kochfeld in Betrieb, können zugängliche Teile der

Dunstabzugshaube heiß werden.

Für den Lampenersatz verwenden Sie nur den Lampentyp, der in dem

Absatz Lampenwartung / Ersatz des vorliegenden Handbuchs angegeben

wird.

Achtung! Das Gerät nicht an das Stromnetz anschließen, bis die

Installation vollständig abgeschlossen ist.

zonder toezicht. De ruimte moet voldoende geventileerd worden,

wanneer de afzuigkap wordt gebruikt samen met andere apparaten die

werken op gas of andere brandstoffen. De kap moet regelmatig worden

schoongemaakt, zowel van binnen als van buiten (MINSTENS EENS

PER MAAND), in elk geval de instructies opvolgen die uitdrukkelijk zijn

aangegeven in de onderhoudsinstructies in deze handleiding.

Indien de normen voor het schoonmaken van de afzuigkap, en voor het

vervangen en schoonmaken van de lters niet worden nageleefd, kan

dat brandgevaar opleveren. Het is ten strengste verboden voedsel direct

boven de vlam te bereiden onder de kap.

Het gebruik van open vlammen is schadelijk voor de lters en kan brand

veroorzaken, dus moet in ieder geval worden vermeden.

Het frituren moet constant in de gaten gehouden worden om te voorkomen

dat oververhitte olie brand vat.

Waarschuwing! Wanneer de kookplaat in gebruik is, kunnen de

toegankelijke delen van de afzuigkap heet worden.adapters toegestaan

en geen verdeelstekkers of stekkerdozen.

Voor vervanging van de lamp alleen het type lamp gebruiken dat

aangegeven is in het deel ‘onderhoud / vervangen van de lamp’ in deze

handleiding.

Waarschuwing! Het apparaat niet aansluiten op het elektriciteitsnet

voordat de installatie volledig is voltooid.

Voor de aansluiting van de afzuigkap op het elektriciteitsnet zijn alleen

goedgekeurde.

INFORMAÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA

as operações de instalação e manutenção. Este aparelho pode ser usado

capacidades físicas, sensoriais e mentais, ou falta de experiência e

conhecimento, desde que sejam supervisionadas ou se tiverem recebido

as necessárias instruções relativas ao uso em segurança do aparelho e

que tenham conhecimento dos riscos envolvidos.

As crianças não devem ser autorizadas a manipular os comandos ou

brincar com o aparelho.

A limpeza e a manutenção não devem ser feitas por crianças sem

supervisão. O local onde o aparelho será instalado, deve ser

Na ligação do exaustor à rede elétrica são permitidos apenas adaptadores

elétricos certificados e não tomadas múltiplas.

Attenzione! Non collegare l’apparecchio alla rete elettrica finchè

l’installazione non è totalmente completata.

Nella connessione della cappa alla rete elettrica sono permessi solo

adattatori elettrici certicati e non le prese elettriche multiple.

2.USO

La cappa serve per aspirare i fumi e

vapori derivanti dalla cottura. Nel libretto

di installazione allegato è indicata quale

versione è possibile utilizzare per il modello
